Abstract

Academic means the teaching and learning process carried out in the classroom or school world. Academic information systems at SMAN 1 Ketungau Tengah previously still use manual management systems, such as the calculation of final manual values ​​as a result can cause delays in giving value, the data received is still in the form of paper files that can be lost or damaged, and not connected to the network from one computer to another computer so that the process of moving data still uses a flashdisk. The system certainly has a lot of weaknesses, the implication of which is the weakness of the administrative system, the waste of energy, the less optimal service, for example the distribution of report cards which are sometimes late, slow data processing and calculation errors. The system created aims to help ease calculations, can enter data more effectively and efficiently. The system development method used is SDLC (Sytem Development Life Cycle) which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Using the PHP programming language in its creation and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are a Mobile Web-based Academic Information System that helps the admin (staff) in managing data and printing report cards, teachers in managing values, students and parents / guardians in looking at schedules and grades.

Abstract

Management of school funds in the form of SPP (Educational Development Donations) at the Kranggan foundation sourced from kindergarten, elementary and junior high schools so far is still managed manually, making it difficult and takes a long time for the Administration to check lists for students who have made payments. Every month. In this study, an SPP payment system was made using an SMS Gateway with the web scraping method. In the development process using the prototype method. The researcher aims to develop a web-based information system that is expected to help manage school payment data for the better. The information system will be equipped with an SMS feature that will be sent to the parents of the students concerned so they can know that the school payment has been made. This SMS feature is also useful for sending reports of late payments or SPP arrears to parents of students whose children are late in paying tuition fees. With this program, students can also make tuition payments in two ways. The first is manually or submitting payment to the TU at the school. The second is by means of money transfer payments through banks.

Abstract

Digitalisasi adalah proses lih media dari bentuk tercetak, audio, maupun video menjadi bentuk digital. Sistem digitalisasi dokumen ini dalam pengalihan dokumen fisik ke dokumen digital mengatur beberapa hal seperti scanning, pengindeksan dokumen elektronik, pencarian dokumen dan proses cetak media elektronik di kembalikan ke media kertas. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini, di harapkan dengan adanya sistem ini pihak kantor urusan agama kecamatan sayung tidak lagi mengalami permasalahan seperti dokumen di temukan setelah lama mencari di tumpukan dokumen, jumlah dokumen tiap hari bertambah dan tempat penyimpanan dokumen terlalu kecil bila di bandingkan jumlah dokumen, dan dapat mempercepat proses pencarian dokumen sehingga petugas arsip dapat meningkatkan pelayanan permohonan dokumen akta nikah dan ikrar wakaf. Pada sistem ini, metode yang di gunakan untuk pengamanan dokumen fisik hasil cetak dari sistem adalah visible watermark cara kerja dari metode ini adalah menimpakan sebuah tanda yang terlihat secara visual ke dalam obyek utama. Tanda yang di timpakan ini berupa logo, simbol atau tanda-tanda lainya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang terdiri dari 10 langkah namun pengembangan sistem yang di laksanakan pada penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap ke 6 (enam) menghasilkan produk akhir berupa prototype, sehingga tidak sampai pada tahap implementasi produk. Keenam langkah tersebut adalah Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminaryformof, Preliminary field testing, main product revisian dan Main field testing.

Abstract

Kesenian khususnya tari dan karawitan dipraktekkan di kota Semarang. Pendataan siswa Sanggar Greget masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dicatat di atas kertas, sehingga ada banyak data yang hilang. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka perlu dibangun sistem informasi manajemen pada Sanggar tari Greget berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP, CSS, CI Framework, database MySQL dan Free Template AdminLTE. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) merupakan metode pengembangan sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini dikembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data siswa di Greget Studio. Abstract

Credit Card (CC) scam In financial markets is a growing nuisance. CC scams increasing rapidly and causing large amounts of financial losses for organizations, governments, and public institutions, especially now that all payment methods for e-commerce shopping can be done much more easily through digital payment methods. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to detect scam CC transactions from a given dataset by performing a predictive investigation on the CC transaction dataset using machine learning techniques. The method used is a predictive model approach, namely logistic regression models (LR-M), random forests (RF), and XGBoost combined along particular resampling techniques that have been practiced to anticipate scams and the authenticity of CC transactions. Model performance was calculated grounded Re-call Curve (RC), precision, f1-score, PR, and ROC. The experimental results show that the random forest in combination with the hybrid resampling approach of SMOTE and removal of Tomek Links works better than other models. The random forest model and XGBoost accomplished are preferred over the LR-M as long as their global f1 score is without re-sampling. This demonstrates the strength of one technique that can provide greater achievement alike in the existence of class inequality dilemmas. Each approach, at the same time when used with Ran-Under, will give a great memory score but fails cursedly in the language of accuracy. Compared to the coordinate model sine re-sampling, the accuracy and RS are not repaired in cases where Tomek linker displacement was used. RF and xgboost perform quite well in terms of f1-S when Ran-Over is used. SMOTE increases the random forest draw score and xgboost but the precision score (PS) decreases slightly. Completely, during a hybrid solution of Tomek delinker and SMOTE was practiced with random forest, it gave equitable attention and RS in the PR-AUC. XGboost failed to increase the PS even though the same re-sampling technique was used. For future research, a fee-delicate study method can be applied as long as fee misclassifications. So for future research, it is very necessary to consider this behavior change and it is also very important to develop predictive models. In addition to this, much larger data is needed so that detailed studies on handling non-stationary properties in CC scam detection can be carried out better.

Abstract

Documents are valuable/important letters that can be used as evidence of printed or written information. The company where the author conducted research is a company operating in the logistics sector, which of course has a special document storage room, namely the Accounting room . The use of plastic folders containing documents and safes as a place to store important documents and files still carries a lot of risk of misuse and loss. The title of this research is Document Security System Using Arduino- Based Fingerprint and RFID Modules . One of the aims of this research is to minimize loss and prevent misuse of documents/files placed in plastic folders. A security system using fingerprint and RFID is very good to apply as document security because it has double security. The system created uses a fingerprint as a signal breaker or RFID tag electromagnetic waves which are attached to a folder containing important documents/files belonging to the company. This system is also supported by an Arduino kit Uno with an Atmega328 microcontroller as the brain for processing data from the fingerprint sensor and RFID Reader functions as an electromagnetic wave identification system for RFID Tags , therefore two pieces of hardware are needed, called Tags and Readers . Apart from the three main components mentioned, there are several other components used in making this document security system, namely micro SD kit, buzzer, push button, servo . Creating this system is very important to limit misuse of documents and the risk of losing documents in a company.

Abstract

In today's digital landscape, effective data management is essential for organizations, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that often struggle with traditional manual methods, leading to inefficiencies and data inaccuracies. This research aims to investigate the implementation of phpMyAdmin, a web-based database management tool, to enhance administrative systems within SMEs. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating qualitative case studies and quantitative surveys to gather comprehensive insights into user experiences and operational performance. The findings reveal that the adoption of phpMyAdmin significantly improves data management efficiency, with 75% of respondents expressing satisfaction with its user-friendly interface. However, challenges such as security vulnerabilities and the necessity for user training were also identified, indicating that while phpMyAdmin offers substantial benefits, organizations must address these issues to fully leverage their capabilities. The implications of this research suggest that SMEs should prioritize investing in user training and implementing robust security measures to mitigate risks associated with data management. By doing so, organizations can enhance their operational efficiency and decision-making processes. Future research should focus on the long-term impacts of phpMyAdmin and explore its integration with other management systems to further optimize organizational performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of this service activity is carried out for teachers at the Asshodiqiyah Semarang Foundation which includes orations, training and mentoring which are given directly and gradually. The activity was carried out for 2 days and was attended by 28 participants from teachers (elementary, junior high, MA, vocational) in the Semarang Asshodiqiyah Foundation and guided by 9 presenters / lecturers from the University of Computer Science and Technology. After holding community service activities in the form of orations and training for elementary, junior high, MA and vocational teachers in the Semarang Asshodiqiyah Foundation, it can be concluded that: The implementation of these community service activities was deemed successful in developing the creativity of teachers in developing interactive learning media because the majority of the participants attending training activities can create an interactive learning media in accordance with the subjects taught at school. The teachers seemed enthusiastic about participating in this training and hoped that similar activities could be held in the future to improve the skills and abilities of the teachers. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan selama 2 hari dan diikuti sebanyak 28 peserta dari para guru (SD, SMP, MA, SMK) di lingkungan Yayasan Asshodiqiyah Semarang dan dipandu oleh 9 orang pemateri / dosen dari Universitas Sains dan Teknologi Komputer. Setelah diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa orasi dan pelatihan bagi para guru SD, SMP, MA dan SMK di lingkungan Yayasan Asshodiqiyah Semarang), dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dirasa berhasil dalam mengembangkan kreatifitas pengajar dalam mengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif karena mayoritas para peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan pelatihan dapat membuat suatu media pembelajaran interaktif sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu di sekolah. Para pengajar nampak bersemangat dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini dan berharap kegiatan serupa dapat diadakan dikemudian hari untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan pengajar. Abstract

Temperature and humidity are inseparable from server rooms. This is important because server rooms consist of computers that provide services 24 hours a day without stopping. After collecting all the supporting data, the author found that the temperature was too high and the humidity did not meet the standard, causing the computer to not function properly. The author finally created a tool that can monitor the temperature and humidity in the server room and applied it to the server room of Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang. The tool works by reading the temperature and humidity using a DHT22 sensor. After the data is read, the ESP32 will process the data, which will then be sent to a database and stored. The data can be viewed directly from anywhere. The tool not only monitors but also performs other functions, such as turning on the AC/fan when the temperature rises above the predetermined limit and sending notifications via Telegram to the staff so that they can take further action.This device will help the staff because all information about temperature and humidity will be recorded well, so the staff does not need to check the server room all the time.
