Abstract

Biometric information that exists in humans is unique from one human to another. One of the biometric data that is easily obtained is the human voice. The human voice is identic data that can differentiate between individuals. When we hear human voices directly, it is easy for our ears to tell the person who is speaking is male or female. But sometimes male voices can resemble girls and vice versa. Therefore, we propose a human voice detection system through Artificial Intelligence (AI) in machine learning. In this study, we used the Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCC) method to extract human voice features and Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM) for the classification of female or male voice data. The experiment results showed that the system built was able to detect human gender through biometric voice data with an accuracy of 81.18%.

Abstract

Rice is the main food commodity in Indonesia. With a consumption level in 2021 of 31.9 million tons, an increase of 351.71 thousand tons compared to the previous year. However, this increase in the amount of production does not increase with an increase in rice quality. Based on BPS data in 2021, the import of quality rice is 41,800 tons. This is because there are still seekers of quality rice as the main food ingredient. To achieve rice self-sufficiency in Central Java Province and produce good quality rice, monitoring must be carried out starting from upstream (farmers) to downstream (distributors) of rice. The Integrated Rice Quality Control Application is designed to answer these problems. With the development of the Feature-Driven Development (FDD) software development method, the application can ensure the quality of rice can be maintained properly. The system design is carried out with an approach that aims to make it easier for its users. The design of this application is also proven to be acceptable for its users with the level of SUS testing with an average score of 70.95 which has been designed in the good category and can be implemented.

Abstract

Every human being always needs what is called entertainment andwith the help of the internet entertainment facilities are not only obtained in the real world but can also be obtained in the virtual world.  There are many entertainment facilities to watch online videos  in Indonesia, one of which is by using the WeTV application. WeTV is an application owned by Tencent Video that conducts ekspansi in Indonesia, WeTV was present in 2019 as an application that presents a variety  of interesting online video content  from several countries that can be accessed and can be enjoyed by the Indonesian people because it is equipped with a translator Indonesian.  The purpose of this study is tofind out the factors that influence the acceptance of WeTV applications using  the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method with research variables Preceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Use, Intentation To Use and Actual Usage. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out online with a minimum sample of the number of respondents determined by the slovin formula and and teknik sampling using simple random sampling.  This study used PLS-SEM data analysis with SmartPLS tools.  The results of this study found that the factors that most influenced the acceptance of WeTV applications in Pulau Jawa were the variable Perceived Ease of Use (ease) to Perceived Usefulness (usability).

Abstract

Community service aims to implement website-based information technology as a media for promoting Rahayu River Tubing tourism and its reservation. The attractions offered are Tubing, Pangasinan Waterfall, Pengkol Hill, and Pedestal View. Before this website, promotions were only carried out on social media, and reservations were still manual by contacting the manager directly. This community service method is by identifying problems, developing the Rahayu River Tubing website at the address http://rahayurivertubing.com, and evaluating activities. This activity was attended by 15 participants from the manager and tour guide held at the Rahayu River Tubing basecamp. At the end of the activity, feedback is given to evaluate this community service activity. There are five statements on the questionnaire with an average result of 99%. These results indicate that community service partners are delighted with the socialization and training on the use of the Rahayu River Tubing tourism website.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is developing very rapidly. On the other hand, during this pandemic due to the impact of COVID-19, Fintech is also widely used, especially the OVO application and plays an important role in reducing the amount of spread of the COVID-19 virus because we don't have direct physical contact. Based on Neurosensum's research, he presented the results of digital research with a special study focusing on the use of e-wallets as a digital transaction medium for 1,000 active e-commerce user respondents of productive age (19-45 years) simultaneously in 8 major cities in Indonesia during November 2020 - January 2021. The results of the research stated that OVO occupies the 2nd place with the highest market penetration and the most promotions, OVO has the lowest rating on the Google Playstore of 4.0. when compared to other fintech applications. Based on data from the Google Playstore, the OVO application has experienced a decrease in rating due to frequent errors, so many users have submitted complaints to reviews on Google Playstore, such as OVO user complaints regarding transaction limits, feature limitations, slow performance of the OVO application. Complaints submitted by OVO users tend to point to the quality of service and systems in the OVO application. Even though the higher the quality of the services provided will significantly affect the level of user satisfaction. In this study, an evaluation was carried out using the SUS method, namely to measure the feasibility level of the application on the user's side so that the application can be useful and can properly address user needs. And based on testing the data that has been processed, the average usability value of the OVO application gets a score of 69.23. This score shows that the OVO application has a usability level already in the OK category where the average usability value of the OVO application is more than equal to 68, which means that it is still generally acceptable but with several improvements such as increasing the use of better features so that it runs smoothly. properly and improve the appearance of the user interface which is easier to understand and use for new users so that it increases good usability in using the OVO application

Abstract

Tingginya konsumsi masyarakat terhadap layanan online food delivery menciptakan persaingan yang ketat antar penyedia layanan aplikasi. Hasil survey menemukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan penggunaan layanan online food delivery sebesar 20% pada era pandemi Covid-19. Ketatnya persaingan tersebut menuntut layanan online food delivery memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality dan positive e-WOM terhadap intention to use aplikasi online food delivery di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purpossive sampling yang melibatkan 100 orang responden dengan kriteria usia minimal 17 tahun, berdomisili di wilayah Banyumas, serta telah menjadi pengguna aplikasi online food delivery minimal 1 bulan. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert 1 sampai 5 yang didistribusikan melalui Google Form.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel e-service quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap positive e-WOM dan variabel positive e-WOM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intention to use. Sehingga, untuk meningkatkan intention to use pada aplikasi online food deliivery di Kabupaten Banyumas dapat melalui peningkatan e-service quality dan positive e-WOM.

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi merupakan lembaga pendidikan tingkat tinggi yang memiliki kebebasan akademik dalam mengembangkan penelitian. Beberapa lembaga pemeringkatan membuat metode penilaian untuk mengukur kualitas Perguruan Tinggi. Lembaga pemeringkatan Perguruan Tinggi di dunia salah satunya Webometrics yang menganalisis teknologi ilmu informasi dengan 3 kriteria bobot penilaian yaitu visibility 50%, openness 10%, dan excellence 40%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP untuk memecahkan masalah yang memiliki banyak kriteria dan mengkombinasikannya dengan analisis SWOT sebagai alat dalam menentukan faktor internal dan eksternal untuk menghasilkan perencanaan strategis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan perencanaan stratetgis berdasarkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman serta mengidentifikasi upaya strategis yang dilakukan Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP) dan Institut Teknologi Telkom Jakarta (ITTJ) dalam meningkatkan penilaian pada kriteria excellence Webometrics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di ITTP memiliki bobot Strengths 60%, Weaknesses 11%, Opportunities 15% dan Threats 14% dengan alternatif sub kriteria Strengths yaitu adanya budaya menulis untuk dosen, mahasiswa dan staf sebagai faktor paling penting dengan nilai prioritas 39%. Prioritas lainnya diurutkan berdasarkan tingkat prioritas yaitu kualitas dan kredibilitas Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, perubahan penilaian Webometrics dan kurangnya kolaborasi antar dosen. Sedangkan prioritas SWOT di ITTJ memiliki bobot Strenghts 43%, Weaknesses 12%, Opportunities 37% dan Threats 8% dengan alternatif sub kriteria Strengths yaitu adanya monitoring triwulan berdasarkan contract management sebagai faktor paling penting dengan nilai prioritas 21%. Adapun alternatif lain yang dapat meningkatkan nilai excellence di ITTJ yaitu memaksimalkan upaya terkait Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang berada dibawah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom, adanya budaya penelitian belum merata dan budaya penelitian kompetitor yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Chips are a well-known product among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In order to enhance the quality of chips as an SME product, sentiment analysis is a crucial step. In this research, sentiment analysis of chip purchases on the Shopee E-marketplace was conducted using the Natural Language Processing (NLP) method, utilizing the N-Gram Model and Term Frequent-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) as feature extraction techniques, and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm for sentiment classification. The objective of this research is to identify the most suitable feature extraction model and optimal SVM kernel type from the options of Linear, Polynomial degree, Gaussian RBF, and Sigmoid kernels. Results from the experiments indicate that the TF-IDF and unigram feature extraction techniques offer the best performance for SVM classification when utilizing the Linear kernel. By labeling the dataset, it was observed that using a lexicon-based approach for sentiment classification resulted in 84.31% of the total reviews being positive. The words "price", "cheap" and "quality" in unigram have the highest weights above 0.040. In the unigram model, linear kernel accuracy and precision performance values are 88.4% and 87.3%. At the same time, the recall performance values is 88.4%. The results of the F1-Score assessment matrix from Unigram were 86.9%, Bigram was 78.5% and Trigram was 77.4%. Ultimately, the unigram model combined with a linear kernel in the SVM algorithm demonstrates strong potential for application in the development of various systems focused on detecting user reviews in the Indonesian language on the Shopee E-Marketplace.

Abstract

Pasca pandemi Covid-19 terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belanja online sebesar 31% selama pandemi Covid-19. pada Shopee Terjadi peningkatan transaksi sebesar 130% dan memiliki rata-rata kunjungan tertinggi perbulannya sebanyak 93,4 juta. Hal tersebut mendorong para pelaku bisnis e-commerce agar mampu beradaptasi dalam sisi pelayanan penjualan barang dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang signifikan terhadap minat dan perilaku pengguna e-commerce Shopee dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of thecnology 2 (UTAUT 2) agar mampu meningkatkan penjualan e-commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behavioral intention adalah variabel social influence dengan T-statistik sebesar 2,150, p-value 0,032 dan variabel habit dengan nilai T-statistik sebesar 6,016, p-value 0,000. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap use behavior adalah variabel habit dengan nilai T-statistik sebesar 3,773, p-value 0,000 dan variabel behavioral intention dengan nilai T-statistik sebesar 3,355, p-value 0,001. Dari penelitian didapati kesimpulan bahwa pengembang Shopee agar dapat meningkatkan dari sisi layout sistem dan juga peningkatan intensitas notifikasi untuk mempromosikan produk agar dapat mempertahankan minat pengguna e-commerce shopee dalam berbelanja online.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan pada dunia teknologi informasi menghasilkan dampak penyebaran pemanfaatan teknologi informasi hingga berbagai lapisan masyarakat, khususnya pada sektor kesehatan. Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosia  merupakan salah satu bentuk perlindungan sosial yang menjamin seluruh rakyat demi memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kehidupan yang layak merupakan salah satu  badan yang berperan sangat vital dalam melakukan penjaminan kesehatan bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Pada tahun 2017 BPJS Kesehatan meluncurkan sebuah aplikasi sebagai pembantu pelayanan serta penyebaran informasi dengan nama Mobile JKN. Sejak peluncuran, tingkat penggunaan aplikasi tersebut makin tinggi, hal tersebut dikarenakan tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat akan layanan oleh BPJS yang disajikan dalam sebuah aplikasi. Dengan tingginya penggunaan terhadap aplikasi, maka diperlukan sebuah kualitas layanan yang disajikan agar dapat menjawab seluruh kebutuhan masyarakat di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan Aplikasi Mobile JKN menggunakan metode EUCS.  Penelitian ini menerapkan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode EUCS dan peritungan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan index terhadap kepuasan pengguna dari dimensi content sebesar 79,96%, dimensi accuracy sebesar 78,75%, dimensi format sebesar 78,30%, dimensi ease of use sebesar 79,92%, dan dimensi timeliness sebesar 78,14%. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dapat disimpulkan bahwa  kualitas layanan aplikasi Mobile JKN berada pada level “puas” namun masih membutuhkan perbaikan sehingga dapat digunakan sesuai dengan tugas dan kebutuhan pengguna.
