Abstract

Online learning is widely used by every educational institution during the Covid-19 pandemic. Without face-to-face meetings, lecturers are required to present quality learning with feedback from students. The problem that arises is that EDOM is considered too long in terms of data processing, while lecturers are required to carry out quality teaching at each meeting. If students lose interest in a lecture due to the performance of the lecturer who is unable to make each virtual class attractive, the lecture activity will be ineffective. With the existence of a performance measurement system with the application of gamification that can measure the performance of lecturers at each meeting, lecturers can receive feedback while pursuing rewards or ratings on their performance. This study uses the waterfall model and produces a web-based information system that can be used as evaluation material in improving the quality of online learning.

Abstract

Interest in stock investment in Indonesia is still relatively low compared to other countries, data shows that the population of productive age has reached 189 million, but there are only 4.16 million retail investors in the capital market with an involvement ratio of around 2.2 percent. This shows that the participation ratio of the Indonesian population in investing in shares is less than 5 percent, which is far behind other countries such as the United States (55 percent), Singapore (26 percent) and Malaysia (9 percent). The lagging interest in investing is due to a lack of understanding of digital literacy in investing. This needs to be overcome by increasing the digital literacy understanding of the Indonesian people regarding investing in shares. The webqual 4.0 method is a method used to measure the quality of the stock exchange information system website in Indonesia, namely IDX.co.id, through the use of three measurement variables, namely in terms of usability, information quality, service interaction quality. In addition, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is applied to carry out performance assessments on expectations of website quality. It can be measured to identify indicators according to user preferences, then the results of these measurements are used to identify indicators that need to be improved on the IDX information system so that can improve user experience, as well as increase digital literacy of stock investment in Indonesia. This research collects information from users through questionnaires which are processed using the linear regression analysis method. The research results show that users are satisfied with the current IDX Website in terms of Usability, Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality, indicated by the T-Statistics value which is higher than the T-Table. So that the public's understanding of digital stock investing literacy facilitated by the idx.co.id website is good. However, based on the Importance Performance Analysis analysis, improvements still need to be made to indicators in quadrants I and III which have low performance. Recommended improvements include improving site navigation, implementing SEO, site redesign, increasing credibility, reorganizing menus, content audits, and increasing user interaction.

Abstract

Akar Wijaya is a creative industry with superior products in the form of artisan sculptures made from teak roots. In the marketing sector, Akar Wijaya's unpreparedness in utilizing digital technology for marketing and sales means that Akar Wijaya's exposure could be a lot higher. The inability to meet all demand in the production sector is also caused by the extended production time, namely 5-7 days per craft. Therefore, this program aims to increase Akar Wijaya's turnover by solving two main priority problems: implementing digitalization in the branding and marketing process and production efficiency by cutting machine technology to reduce production time. At the end of the program, UMKM Akar Wijaya had a visual identity in the form of a logo, which was then applied to the website to improve branding. In addition, digital branding training was carried out, which significantly increased participants' understanding. Implementation of production technology has the impact of reducing production time by up to 50%.

Abstract

Social distancing is an effort to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Several systems for monitoring social distancing have been developed. People detection is an essential step in implementing a social distancing system. Failure to detect people causes the social distancing system to be inaccurate. Two people who communicate cannot occur violations of social distancing because one person is not detected. Therefore, we propose a precise person detection method for the social distancing system. The proposed social distancing system uses the YOLOv3 method for people detection and Euclidean Distance for measuring the distance of social distancing. YOLOv3 can detect people's objects precisely, even people who are caught small by the camera. Experiments on two outdoor video datasets result in an F1 value of more than 0.8. This proposed system can serve as a reference for future social distancing research.

Abstract

Batik Ecoprint merupakan salah satu produk unggulan di desa wisata cikakak, dengan rumah produksi di bawah naungan Aza Craft. Batik ecoprint diproduksi secara berlanjut untuk menjadi salah satu produk unggulan yang dapat dijual baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Tingkat permintaan batik ecoprint yang masih minim menjadi isu di dalam tujuannya untuk menjadi produk unggulan. Minimnya permintaan tersebut disinyalir dikarenakan kurangnya kualitas di dalam batik ecoprint untuk dapat bersaing dengan produk unggulan sejenis. Kualitas berperan penting dalam hubungannya dengan minat beli konsumen, sehingga untuk meningkatkan penjualan, diperlukanlah sebuah cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas batik ecoprint di aza craft. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara mencari akar masalah dari kurangnya kualitas batik ecoprint untuk kemudian dapat diberikan solusi dalam kegiatan produksi batik ecoprint dalam bentuk instruksi kerja baru ataupun sebuah standar operasional dalam hal produksi yang seragam guna terjadi peningkatan kualitas secara merata dan dengan harapan terciptanya peningkatan dalam hal penjualan.

Abstract

Melati MSME is located in Kedungbenda Village, Purbalingga and faces several challenges in improving the quality and quantity of production and expanding market share. This is due to the need for digital literacy and UMKM Melati's ability to utilize production technology to support daily business. Therefore, this community service aims to encourage an increase in the economic independence of Melati MSMEs through the implementation of production technology and digital media. This program is carried out in several stages, starting from socialization, application of technology and innovation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The production technology used is a cutting machine, spinner, and sealer to increase efficiency and product consistency. In addition, digital literacy was also improved through training on the use of social media and e-commerce for marketing, as well as the development of a visual identity in the form of a logo as a branding strategy. The results show an increase in the quality and quantity of Melati MSME production, as well as ease of market access using digital media. The program performance assessment showed significant success, with an average achievement of 95.71%. The increased ability of MSME members to use digital production and marketing technology contributed to the increase in turnover and production time efficiency. The program evaluation showed a high level of participant satisfaction, especially in terms of the benefits provided by this service activity. Through this program, Melati MSMEs can continue to develop and be economically independent by optimizing production technology and more effective digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The Fish Farming Group (Pokdakan) Mina Jaya in Banyumas Regency faces challenges related to low dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in earthen ponds and the lack of structured business documentation. To address these issues, a community service team from Telkom University Purwokerto implemented a solar-powered aerator system equipped with automatic control based on DO sensor readings and provided training on digital business recording. The program applied a participatory approach, including initial coordination, technology installation, training sessions, and impact monitoring. The results show that the aerator system successfully increased the stocking capacity from 2,000 to 3,000 fish per pond without a significant rise in mortality rate. Additionally, the digital bookkeeping training was adopted by some members using simple spreadsheet tools. These outcomes indicate that the application of appropriate technology and basic digitalization can offer practical solutions to improve the productivity and efficiency of small-scale fish farming operations. This program also demonstrates strong potential for replication in other communities with similar conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Affilliate Marketing dan sifat Hedonism terhadap Purchase Intention di TikTok Shop, dengan Rating dan Review sebagai variabel mediasi. Dalam konteks perkembangan pesat pemasaran digital, TikTok Shop muncul sebagai salah satu platform e-commerce yang diminati generasi muda karena menawarkan pengalaman berbelanja yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna aktif TikTok Shop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Affilliate Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intention, didorong oleh daya tarik promosi yang dilakukan oleh para afiliasi. Selain itu, sifat Hedonism konsumen juga terbukti meningkatkan Purchase Intention dengan menekankan aspek pencarian kesenangan dalam berbelanja. Rating dan Review berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan, memperkuat hubungan antara Affilliate Marketing maupun sifat Hedonism dengan Purchase Intention. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa aspek emosional dan sosial, seperti kepuasan pengalaman serta kepercayaan yang dibangun melalui Rating dan Review, sangat penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di platform media sosial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi para pemasar dalam merancang strategi promosi yang efektif di TikTok Shop, serta menyoroti pentingnya membangun interaksi positif melalui Rating dan Review. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi studi lanjutan mengenai perilaku konsumen di era digital, khususnya pada platform media sosial yang terus berkembang.Kata kunci: Affilliate Marketing, Sifat Hedonism, Mediasi, Rating, Review, Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gamifikasi dan persepsi kegunaan terhadap minat beli pengguna aplikasi Shopee, dengan e-trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh meningkatnya persaingan platform e-commerce dan pentingnya strategi interaktif untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling terhadap 201 responden yang pernah menggunakan fitur Shopee Games. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi dan persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-trust dan minat beli. E-trust juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, serta memediasi hubungan antara gamifikasi dan minat beli. Namun, e-trust tidak memediasi hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan dan minat beli. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola e-commerce dalam mengembangkan fitur interaktif yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan mendorong pembelian.Kata kunci: Gamifikasi, Persepsi Kegunaan, Minat Beli, E-Trust, Shopee, PLS-SEM
