Abstract

This study analyses ecobrick creative product innovation as a green economy in the perspective of Islamic production ethics with a case study in Ambal Ambil Village, Pasuruan. This research is motivated by the unrest arising from the increasing plastic waste but still low management of the plastic waste problem which indicates that the level of recycling of plastic waste by the community in Indonesia is still low. The selection of Ambal Ambil Village as the object of research because this village applies solutions related to the problem of plastic waste into creative ecobrick products. The purpose of the research is to study, analyse, and identify methods, efficiency techniques, the application of Islamic production ethics, as well as the level of awareness and community participation in environmental sustainability and local economic empowerment. This research method uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This study shows that ecobricking is able to reduce the volume of plastic waste in the community and reduce the impact of environmental pollution, thus contributing to environmental sustainability. On the other hand, ecobrick management is conducted transparently and holds the principles of Islamic production ethics for the common good. The implementation of ecobricking involves the participation of the community of Ambal Ambil Village, which has the effect of increasing public awareness of not littering. This research contributes to supporting ecobricks as a creative solution to the plastic waste problem

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang menganalisis pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui penerapan sistem ijarah dalam pengelolaan lahan peternakan oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Mutiara Welirang di Desa Ketapanrame. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan akan pengelolaan aset desa yang produktif dan sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah, guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. BUMDes Mutiara Welirang memfasilitasi kerja sama sewa-menyewa lahan melalui akad ijarah kepada masyarakat sebagai upaya mendukung kegiatan peternakan yang berorientasi pada kemandirian ekonomi lokal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji implementasi akad ijarah dalam praktik pengelolaan lahan, menganalisis kontribusinya terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, serta mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip etika dan keadilan dalam ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali secara mendalam dinamika sosial-ekonomi yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem ijarah yang dilakukan secara transparan dan adil mampu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam usaha peternakan, memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi desa, serta mencerminkan nilai-nilai syariah dalam praktik ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman model pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis aset desa dan prinsip syariah dalam konteks lokal pedesaan.

Abstract

Credit Union Sawiran Jawa Timur merupakan salah satu koperasi yang selalu berupaya untuk terus mengoptimalkan pelayanan prima sehingga tujuan koperasi dapat tercapai, yaitu mendorong peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota koperasi. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dengan budaya kelembagaan yang terimplementasi dengan baik, CU Sawiran memiliki daya tarik (1) Terbukti credit union ini merupakan bentuk semangat yang diadopsi oleh KSP CU Sawiran ketika memulai bisnis operasionalnya. Lembaga ini menggunakan semangat Credit Union (self help) melalui semangat yang secara alami berasal dari dalam diri mereka (2) Layanan yang diberikan dengan semangat Credit Union yang dianut oleh CU Sawiran sesuai dengan beberapa prinsip pelayanan sesuai prinsip Islam, yaitu Prinsip Pertolongan (Ta'awun), Prinsip Memberi Kemudahan (At-taysir), Prinsip Kesetaraan (Musawah), Prinsip Saling Mencintai (Muhabbah), Prinsip Lemah Lembut (Al-layin), Prinsip Keluarga (Ukhuwah). Islam menekankan validitas suatu layanan yang memiliki niat baik (3) Credit Union bahwa lembaga keuangan dapat mengambil bentuk apapun, tidak harus koperasi. Segala bentuk lembaga keuangan dapat mengikuti semangat Credit Union dimana pendampingan, pendidikan anggota dan sebagainya harus dilakukan

Abstract

This research is motivated by the effectiveness of cooperatives in improving the welfare of member farmers, especially through the Maqashid Syariah approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the Setia Kawan Dairy Farmers Cooperative (KPSP) in economic empowerment, the challenges faced and how the solutions provided by KPSP, and the extent to which KPSP Setia Kawan adopts the principles of Maqashid Syariah in all its operational activities. The method used is qualitative descriptive through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that KPSP Setia Kawan has an important role in improving the economic welfare of its members as evidenced by the achievements of its members, and in its operational activities KPSP has applied the principles of Maqashid Syariah such as hifz al-mal, hifz al-nafs, hifz al-nasl, hifz al-din, and hifz al-aql. The implication is that cooperatives need to strengthen the spiritual aspects and economic sustainability in order to create broader benefits.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of product quality on Muslim consumer satisfaction at Kios Joyo Mulyo, Pandaan, Pasuruan. Product quality is measured through aesthetics, durability, specialty, and customization. Consumer satisfaction is assessed from functional aspects, benefits, and Islamic values ​​such as blessings and halalness. Using quantitative methods and surveys on 93 Muslim consumers, this study analyzed the data with multiple linear regression. The results showed that product durability, specialty, and balance had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product aesthetics did not show a statistically significant effect. Simultaneously, the four dimensions of product quality explained 57.8% of the variation in consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Halal awareness is a deep understanding possessed by Muslim consumers about halal products, in accordance with Islamic law and teachings. This understanding includes knowledge about the concept of halal, the halal production process, and how to ensure the halalness of products to be consumed. Muslim consumers tend to choose and consume halal products, considering that halal is not only about physical safety, but also the safety of belief. They prefer products that have been declared halal by an authorized institution (LPPOM MUI) because they feel safer and free from hazardous materials. Therefore, every Muslim is required to have halal awareness, because it reflects a deep understanding of the Islamic teachings that they believe in. Thus, halal awareness can be interpreted as a Muslim's understanding of the halal concept of a product in accordance with Islamic law. This study aims to examine the importance of halal awareness in improving the quality of culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) services and the perception of halal certification, especially culinary MSMEs, in Pasar Senggol, Purwosari, Pasuruan Regency. The research method used is a qualitative case study with data collection techniques through surveys, interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that most culinary MSMEs understand the importance of halal certification and believe that it is a guarantee of quality and consumer trust. However, there are also some MSMEs that pay less attention to or even ignore halal certification. Culinary SMEs in Pasar Senggol Purwosari have the same thoughts about halal certification. They believe that obtaining a halal certificate is the personal responsibility of each business owner, not a shared responsibility. This means that they think that they themselves must decide whether they want to have a halal certificate or not, regardless of what other business owners do. This was revealed from interviews with several business owners.
