Abstract

Hama utama yang menyerang tanaman kopi adalah Hypothenemus hampei Ferr. Keberadaan hama ini menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab rendahnya produksi kopi. Pengendalian yang umum dilakukan adalah menggunakan insektisida sintetik yang dapat berdampak buruk bagi lingkungan. Semnetara itu, tanaman kecubung gunung (Brugmansia Suaveolens) dan mahoni (Swietenia macrophylla) mengandung metabolit sekunder yang memiliki potensi sebagai bahan insektisida nabati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan fitokimia dan efektivitas insektisida nabati kombinasi daun B. suaveolens dan daun S. macrophylla dalam mengendalikan H. hampei. Penelitian dilakukan selama November 2021 sampai Januari 2022 di Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan dan Laboratorium Biologi ITSNU Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima formulasi perbandingan daun B. suaveolens dan S. macrophylla, yaitu F1 (500 g : 0 g), F2 (350 g : 150 g), F3 (250 g : 250 g), F4 (150 g : 350 g), dan F5 (0 g : 500 g) serta pelakuan kontrol negatif (air) dan kontrol positif (insektisida berbahan aktif karbaril 85%), masing-masing diulang tiga kali. Skrining fitokimia dilakukan untuk mengetahui kandungan metabolit sekunder sedangkan uji efektivitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui tiga parameter uji yaitu intensitas serangan, lethal time (LT50), dan mortalitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan Anova dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima formulasi insektisida nabati mengandung senyawa fenol, tanin, saponin, alkaloid, flavonoid, triterpenoid, dan steroid (kecuali F1 tidak mengandung saponin). Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan formulasi F2 dapat mengendalikan H. hampei dengan intensitas serangan sebesar 4,7 lubang gerekan mendekati kontrol positif (4,3 lubang gerekan), lethal time LT50 14,6 jam, dan mortalitas sebesar 53,3%.

Abstract

This research aim to know: (1) Client profile of JWnet, (2) Customer’s level of fulfillment and (3) Customer’s differential fulfillment of JWnet, assessed by age, sex, occupation, and education level. This applied research using descriptive case of the client of JWnet, using 100 clients as samples. Literature study and questioner used to collect the information. And then data processing uses percentage analysis, One Way ANOVA and Consumer Satisfaction Index analysis. The results of the study show: (1) the profile of the respondents is dominated by men (63%), aged 21-25 years (38%), the majority have university education (66%) and work as students (44%); (2) based on customer satisfaction index is very satisfied (78%), dissatisfied (17%), and satisfied (5%); and (3) and there is a difference in the level of satisfaction, depends on gender, age, and profession, meanwhile there is a significant difference between the level of satisfaction of educated consumers for internet services from JWnet.

Abstract

Alkopini is a small and medium enterprise engaged in the manufacture of hommade sandals with synthetic leather as the basic material. The purpose of this service is to help expand the market and increase the selling value in the market by introducing the brand more widely to the community in the Pasuruan Regency area. In this service method using SWOT analysis. The results of the service show an increase in the production of the Alkopini praduk from 15 pairs of sandals a day to 20 to 25 pairs of sandals a day. Through this community service, the service team helps expand the Alkopini sandal market by using brands and packaging with the aim of attracting more consumers and using the sandal products produced and increasing the selling value of each product produced.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of information technology in driving the internationalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Using a literature study approach, this study collects data from various sources such as scientific journals, books, reports, and relevant articles. Content analysis is used to identify the main themes, code the data, and interpret the results to find patterns and relationships between variables related to the research topic. The results of the study show that information technology plays an important role in various aspects of MSME internationalization, including digital marketing, supply chain management, and international payments. The challenges faced by MSMEs in adopting information technology include resource constraints, lack of technological knowledge, and cybersecurity issues. Effective strategies for utilizing information technology for internationalization include investing in technology training, collaborating with technology companies, and utilizing easily accessible and usable digital platforms. This study concludes that support from the government and related institutions is essential to strengthen the digital ecosystem that supports MSME internationalization

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan yang pertama untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran syariah yang dilakukan oleh usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Desa Jatigunting Wonorejo Pasuruan dalam mempertahankan usaha pada usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di era pasca pandemi covid-19 yang kedua untuk mengetahui efektivitas strategi pemasaran syariah yang dilakukan oleh usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Desa Jatigunting Wonorejo Pasuruan dalam menghadapi era pasca pandemi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dimana penelitian ini menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hasil temuan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder, serta teknik keabsahan data menggunakan Tringulasi. Dapat diperoleh bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Desa Jatigunting Wonorejo Pasuruan dalam mempertahakan usahanya dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran syariah melalui 7P (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Process, People, Physical evidence) yaitu; produk, harga, promosi, tempat, proses, manusia, dan bukti fisik hanya pada promosi yang tidak dilakukan selama era pasca pandemi. Selain strategi bauran pemasaran yang dipakai oleh usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Desa Jatiguting Wonorejo Pasuruan juga sudah menerapkan strategi pemasaran sesuai dengan syariah Islam. Efektivitas strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan sudah efektif untuk bertahan di era pasca pandemi.

Abstract

In today's competitive business environment, customer experience has become an increasingly important factor in determining the success of a business. As a result, businesses are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of their customers through service innovation. Service innovation refers to the development and implementation of new or improved services that better meet the needs and wants of customers. The objective of service innovation is to provide a unique and differentiated customer experience that sets a business apart from its competitors. Although the importance of service innovation in improving customer experience is widely recognized, there is a lack of clarity on how service innovation can be effectively implemented to enhance customer experience. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by synthesizing existing research on service innovation and its impact on customer experience.

Abstract

A business student incubator is an organizational unit that provides integrated facilities and infrastructure as well as services to foster new entrepreneurs and grow them into strong and independent entrepreneurs. Therefore, student incubators are expected to play a role in encouraging local and national economic growth and creating a more prosperous society. Yudharta University Pasuruan held the WiraYudha #Gen1 school (School for Entrepreneurial Students of the First Generation Yudharta University). UYP Entrepreneurship has high hopes for students to be able to realize and develop a business or business that is in the planning or under construction stage. In addition, it is hoped that the participants can become the 'Best-Pactice' as an interpretation of successful entrepreneurs that other students can emulate. This activity was attended by students from various study programs and levels within the University of Yudharta Pasuruan, with the theme "Independent, Independent, and Empowered". It is hoped that this activity can be held in a sustainable manner in order to create a millennial generation who is creative and innovative in creating new jobs.

Abstract

The empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the management of integrated pesantren community markets in Purwosari District, Pasuruan, aims to enhance local economic welfare and create a more organized market environment. This program involves collaboration between pesantren, the village government, and local communities to relocate MSMEs, which were previously selling on the roadside, to a more structured market. The provided assistance includes training on digital marketing, product quality improvement, and integrated market management. As a result, the program successfully increased market access for MSMEs, improved product quality, and expanded market reach through digital technology. This integrated pesantren community market not only created an ecosystem that supports local economic growth but also made a positive contribution to community-based economic empowerment.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pengelolaan herb-biodiversity berbasis community development di kawasan hutan Gunung Arjuna untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui agroforestri kopi dan konservasi tanaman obat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan community development dengan tahapan pelatihan pembuatan pestisida nabati, pendampingan pengolahan produk kopi pasca panen, serta pengembangan jaringan pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini meningkatkan kapasitas petani dalam pengelolaan hama kopi menggunakan pestisida nabati, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan nilai jual kopi. Program ini juga menekankan pentingnya konservasi tanaman lokal, seperti kecubung gunung, sebagai bagian dari keanekaragaman hayati hutan. Kesimpulannya, sinergi antara pelestarian lingkungan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan perekonomian lokal sekaligus menjaga ekosistem hutan.
