Abstract

This research proposed a framework to identify the impact of social enterprise on local communities in Tasikmalaya. Research on the impact of social enterprise on society in dealing with poverty problems, has been carried out in different locations, but no one has researched the impact of social enterprise in the Tasikmalaya area. Therefore, it is necessary to research the impact of the existence of a social enterprise on the surrounding community and in dealing with social problems that occur in the area around the existence of the social enterprise. This research used qualitative methods by collecting data through observation and in-depth interviews with social enterprise actors and the surrounding community. The results of the research showed that there are four roles of social enterprise that can be identified in Tasikmalaya, and five impacts of social enterprise on the recipient communities are found. In general, social enterprises have a positive impact on society in economic, social and environmental aspects.

Abstract

Innovation in a business is an important key to remaining competitive and improving the quality of products, services and marketing. So it can increase customer awareness and satisfaction and increase revenue. The aim of this research is to find out the description and formulation of Marketing Innovation using the Digital Marketing Canvas approach at Albaby Official MSMEs. The object of the research is an MSME that operates in the fashion sector, especially baby shoes. Located in Dramaga, Bogor Regency. Using a qualitative case study approach. This study focuses on understanding the problems faced by MSMEs regarding digital adoption and the innovations they implement. Using primary data through observation, semi-structured interviews with MSME owners and secondary data including MSME sales data. Alleged interim results : MSME Albaby Official is experiencing problems with products and marketing, the core problem is in marketing because MSME Albaby Official only uses the Shopee platform to market its products. It is hoped that by implementing marketing innovations in its business, MSME Albaby Official can increase brand awareness and increase revenue. The results of this research confirm that the application of the Digital Marketing Canvas has helped MSMEs in developing effective marketing strategies and adapting themselves to rapidly changing market dynamics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kualitas konten instagram @studio.dapur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan total 100 responden yang merupakan followers dari @studio.dapur. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Customer Response Index sebagai alat ukur efektivitas respon konsumen, dimana respon diukur dalam beberapa tingkatan yakni awareness, comprehend, interest, intention, dan action. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas konten instagram menghasilkan nilai CRI sebesar 55% yang masuk dalam kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract

This study discusses the concept of "Edupreneurship 5.0" in the context of the culinary industry in Tasikmalaya, West Java, which faces challenges and opportunities in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. Edupreneurship 5.0 integrates advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT), with entrepreneurship education to shape a generation of young people who are innovative and adaptable to the developments of the global market. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and a case study of the TO Mughni rice business, this research collects data through interviews and documentation to analyze the business background, capital, profits, employee management, and marketing strategies. The findings show that the entrepreneur has been able to survive and grow in a competitive environment by implementing efficient management strategies and utilizing digital platforms for marketing. The concept of Edupreneurship 5.0 is expected to facilitate the digital generation in developing technology-based culinary businesses, preserving local wisdom, and creating business models that are adaptive to the changing times. This article discusses "Edupreneurship 5.0: Tasikmalaya Culinary for the Digital Generation."

Abstract

Empowerment is a process aimed at strengthening and enhancing the capabilities of individuals or vulnerable community groups so that they can independently identify needs, analyze potential, and determine the best solutions. However, community empowerment in the Forum Komunitas UMKM Cisayong has not been optimal, primarily due to low member participation in training sessions that only partially meet their needs. This study seeks to present an overview of entrepreneurship training and the extent of community empowerment and evaluate its impact on the level of community empowerment within the Forum Komunitas UMKM Cisayong. The research utilizes a quantitative method with both descriptive and verificative approaches. The study's population consists of 84 respondents, with a sample of 30 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression in SPSS version 29, encompassing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and the regression analysis. The study's findings indicate a significant relationship between entrepreneurship training and community empowerment, with a coefficient of determination of 37,2%. This study concludes that entrepreneurship training positively and significantly enhances community empowerment within the Forum Komunitas UMKM Cisayong.

Abstract

Du Anyam is a social enterprise that produces and distributes woven handicrafts. From 2021 to 2023, Du Anyam consistently faced discrepancies between the actual inventory data and the records in their system which could potentially impact stock reports. This research focuses on evaluating the company’s internal control system over inventory using the COSO Internal Control Framework. The framework was selected due to its comprehensive scope. This qualitative study utilized a case study approach, collecting data through interviews, documentation, and direct observation of Du Anyam's inventory management system. The findings indicate that the internal control system over inventory at Du Anyam, based on the COSO Internal Control Framework, is less effective in three principles and ineffective in two principles. Enhancing the existing internal control system's effectiveness will necessitate several efforts, including the establishment of an audit committee, the creation of written procedures for end-to-end inventory management, and the augmentation of human resources.

Abstract

The competitive business world demands that young people possess an entrepreneurial spirit, yet student interest in entrepreneurship remains low. This situation highlights the importance of entrepreneurship education in fostering interest and shaping entrepreneurial behavior. This study was conducted to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial interest. A quantitative method with descriptive and verification approaches was employed. The study involved 84 students from the 2023/2024 class of SMKN Manonjaya. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that entrepreneurship education influenced entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial interest by 48.1%, while the remaining 51.9% was likely affected by other factors.

Abstract

Public awareness of environmental issues has led to the emergence of environmentally friendly product innovations, one of which is Hejau Detergent Sheets, the first paper detergent in Indonesia. Although it offers environmental and practical benefits, this product still faces challenges in the form of low brand awareness and consumer understanding, which affect trust and repurchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of green brand awareness on repurchase intention, with green trust as the mediating variable and green product knowledge as the moderating variable. The study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive-inferential approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, targeting consumers who have previously used the Hejau product. The sample size was determined using Slovin's formula, resulting in 181 respondents. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using a moderated mediation model (Model 7 PROCESS Macro Hayes). The results of the study indicate: (1) green brand awareness significantly influences green trust (coefficient 1.31); (2) green trust significantly influences repurchase intention (coefficient 0.81); (3) green brand awareness significantly influences repurchase intention (coefficient 0.34); (4) green trust mediates the influence of green brand awareness on repurchase intention; and (5) green product knowledge moderates the influence of green brand awareness on green trust.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the impact of training programs in empowering housewives who participate in Rumah BUMN Kota Tasikmalaya. The background of this study is the significant poverty conditions in the area and the limited opportunities for housewives to access training and skills development that could improve family welfare. The training program at Rumah BUMN serves as a tangible effort to equip participants with practical skills while creating pathways toward economic independence. This study employed a descriptive quantitative design, with sampling carried out using a saturated sampling technique, meaning that all individuals in the population were included as respondents, involving 65 participants who attended the training as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and observation, and then analyzed using simple linear regression after fulfilling the classical assumption tests. The findings indicate that the training has a positive and significant effect on empowerment, thereby proving the essential role of the Rumah BUMN training program in improving skills, independence, and welfare among housewives.
