Abstract

According to data from The Indonesian ministry of health, many of individuals suffere dengue fever until may 2023 in Indonesia. To reduce its cases, in this article, a single of control strategy of vaccination for infected human by dengue fever has been proposed. To obtain the optimal control, the SIR model has been modificated with single control and the new objective function has been made before the Pontryagin minimum principle is used in this article. According to the differential equation in the model of the dengue fever and the objective function, we made the Hamiltonian equation. Then, from it, the state equation, costate equation, and stationary condition has been made from the Hamiltonian equation so we obtained the optimal control in vaccination. In the end of this article, we did the numerical simulation using the sweep forward-backward method. Through numerical simulation, we find that the control succeed to reduce the infected human by dengue fever and also increase human recovery from this desease. Futhermore, the control of vaccination for infected human should be implemented not only in this mathematical model but also into real life to decrease the dengue fever case.

Abstract

Various problems be facing by the company to get optimal results. One of them in this research is to optimize cost, time and quality simultaneous to get a minimal solution. The optimization of these problems uses the Hungarian method by applying multi-objective assignments. Based on the of the optimal solution results from one-objective, two-objective and three-objective assignments, these third-objective assignment is the best result. So that in the case example, the optimal solution is obtaining where the total cost incurred is Rp. 24,950,000. The total time required is 96 days. While the quality of the rattan flower vase is very good, the decorative lighting is very good and the mat is very good, the shelf is very good, the table is very good, the wardrobe is very good and the guest chair is very good.

Abstract

The suspension system serves to provide comfort, security, and safety for the driver and passengers while driving. The uneven road surface causes vibrations in the suspension system so that driving comfort for the driver or passenger is disrupted. For this reason, the car's suspension system should be controlled to minimize vibration. The method used in this study is to use a Sliding Mode Control (SMC) controller because the SMC controller is a feedback control with a high-speed switching system added to a Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller. This study aims to design an SMC controller with a combination of PID controllers on the suspension system by providing some disturbances to optimize the vibration of this system. From the results of the study, it was found that the simulation of the SMC and PID controllers was able to make the system response stable again to the initial position with the value of settling time obtained at 0.0232 seconds (0.0232s). Suspension control to minimize vibration using SMC and PID controllers can be said to have almost no overshoot of 0.6% and a relatively small steady state error of 0.00011 m.

Abstract

Paper has a very important role, because it increases the productivity of pulp and paper companies in Indonesia. The company's development in 2018 increased by 2.1%, this was indicated by increasing consumer demand. Therefore, paper becomes a necessity in everyday life. The criteria for the paper to be produced are paper with a flat surface and cannot be wrinkled. However, errors in paper production that often occur are a lot of wrinkles and uneven paper surfaces. This happens because of a discrepancy in the dynamics of paper tension with the standards that have been set. The paper record is caused by the dynamics of the web tension in the Rewinder Roll system. In order for the web tension to remain stable, a controller is needed. The controller used is Auto-Tuning PI controller using Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC). The controller can be said to be successful when it is able to perform automatic tuning of setpoint changes. The results showed that the system was able to achieve setpoint values, overcome overshoot and steady-state error (Ess) with response time values, namely Tr=0.3151 seconds, Ts=0.3750, Td=0.0721, overshoot=0.0044%, and Ess=0 N.

Abstract

In general, in the industrial world, induction motors are more widely used than direct current motors, due to the characteristics of induction motors that are sturdy, reliable, easy to maintain, and relatively inexpensive. The phenomenon of changing rotational speed when the load changes results in regulation of the speed of the induction motor, which risks slow response time, there is overshoot which should still be minimized, and there are disturbances caused by external environmental factors, so that a controller is needed that is able to work effectively to optimize performance. 3 phase induction motor. The purpose of this study is to design a sugeno-PD fuzzy DTC controller, where the DTC provides a fast and strong response mounted on an AC motor. Fuzzy Sugeno provides a short calculation time and its reasoning includes wide enough data and PD to speed up the response time results. So that the proposed method produces an induction motor rotating speed according to the given setpoint of 100 rad/s with a settling time of 0.45 seconds, a rise time of 0.2 seconds and no steady state error. From the state of the plan output response before being given the controller there is a steady state error of 5 rad/s, a maximum overshoot of 5.4111%, a settling time of 0.1554 seconds and a rise time of 0.1554 seconds

Abstract

Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a problem faced by salesmen who only visit each city once and then return to their hometown with the shortest distance. The aim of this research is to determine the shortest route for the distribution journey of JNT package couriers. The method used in this research is a combination of the Branch and Bound Algorithm and the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic. Data analysis was carried out by interpreting the problem in graph form, next use the Googling application to search and determine distances. Based on the research results, it was found that the shortest route for JNT package courier distribution District is JNT Belilas → Kuala Kilan → Bukit Lipai → Aur Cina → Pejangki → Petaling Jaya → Puntianai → Lahai → Talang Mulya → Talang Bersemi → Anak Talang → Kepayang sari → Alim 2 → Sipang → Alim 1 → Batu Papan → Cenaku Kecil → Pematang Manggis → Kerubung Jaya → Bukit Lingkar → Bukit Indah → Kuala Gading → JNT Belilas with total distance 172 km

Abstract

People’s Business Credit (KUR) is vulnerable to unwanted risks such as bad credit. The reduce bad credit, banks need to analyze whether customer debtors meet the requirements for credit. The aim of this research is to determine the logistic regression analysis model and determine the factors that influence the provision of People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI Unit Tangkerang Pekanbaru. The method used is the Logistic Regression method. Based on the research results, it was found that the factors that influence the provision of People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI Unit Tangkerang Pekanbaru are business turnover and business profit. So the logistic equation is obtained with the resulting logit function being g(x) = -11.587+0.501x_1+2.549x_2. The calcification value for granting People's Business Credit (KUR) using logistic regression is 93.84%.

Abstract

Covid-19 has become a global pandemic in the 21st century. Various efforts to control its spread have been made. Isolation or regional quarantine is one of the efforts made by almost all countries in the world. Indonesia modified the lockdown by implementing 'Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB)'. Before and during the implementation of PSBB, there have been many pros and cons in the community. By using the SIR model and Euler method, the impact before and after the implementation of PSBB in Pekanbaru city is compared. Based on daily data of Covid-19 cases in Pekanbaru city, it is obtained that the value of the basic reproduction number before and after the implementation of PSBB are  and  respectivel.  This condition confirms that either without or by implementing PSBB, Pekanbaru city will be free from Covid-19. Simulation of Covid-19 cases before and after PSBB graphically also shows a situation that will be free from disease. However, without implementing PSBB, the number of infected will jump drastically after some time even though it will eventually decrease, while by implementing PSBB there is no spike. Thus, the implementation of PSBB can be an alternative to control Covid-19. Keywords: Basic reproduction number, Covid-19, PSBB, SIR model, Euler methods.
