Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Haluan Daily media strategy faces the fierce competition of online media that continues to emerge by using Everett M. Rogers' Innovation Diffusion theory which explains how new ideas, products, or practices spread in society through various stages. Where these stages are Relative Advantage, Complexity, Trialability, Observability, and Compatibility. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of the study show that the media reporting strategy of Haluan Daily is in accordance with the theory of Innovation Diffusion. Starting from the Relative Advantage stage by highlighting the benefits or added value of the news conveyed. Complexity is seen in the web system it runs. Trialability is seen in interactive web views. Observability, by optimizing visibility on Google's search engine. Compatibility where the Haluan Daily has a format adjustment in the form of rules or Journalistic principles that he holds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan diantaranya adalah a. mengetahui proses penyadaran  yang dilakukan oleh DP3A Kota Bandung kepada  perempuan korban kekerasan seksual, b. meengetahui bagaimana proses pembentukan keamampuan korban kekerasan seksual oleh DP3A Kota Bandung dalam hal tertentu, c. mengetahui bagaimana proses transformasi terhadap pemberdayaan korban kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan oleh DP3A Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan penelitian deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori hubungan antar manusia, yang dipelopori oleh Elton Mayo, dan teori dari Karls yaitu teori pemberdayaan perempuan. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh DP3A Kota Bandung kepada perempuan korban kekerasan seksual dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing korban. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pemberdayaan, DP3A Kota Bandung juga bekerjasama dengan instansi yang terkait, guna memaksimalkan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The residents of Gili Island, better known as Oxygen Island, have an age composition with more than 40% of its residents being over 100 years old. This condition has sparked the curiosity of many researchers regarding its cause. Based on this background, an observation was conducted in the Gili area. Using several concepts from Asset-Based Community Development, it can be identified that Oksigen Island has many assets that must be developed. These assets consist of tangible and intangible objects. In contrast to previous results, which stated that the influence of clean oxygen with a level of 20.9% is what affects the longevity of the residents of Gili Island, the results of this service conclude that in addition to the beneficial oxygen levels, the determining aspect is obtained from intangible assets, namely the level of religiosity or religiousness of the island's residents which is good. The indicator can be seen from their activities, at every time the words of Tayyibah adorn their lives.

Abstract

Employers' use of communication technology is practical, fast, efficient, and effective. Among the communication technology tools that can be used to support business activities are the Zoom application, Google Meet for webinars, and social media such as Instagram, which is used as a marketing medium. This study aims to determine the use of webinars and live Instagram as a medium of business communication in Tokocrypto marketing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. The study results show that, First, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, online media such as webinars and live Instagram were very effective as a medium for Tokocrypto's marketing communications. Using online media is one of the best ways to reach an audience. Applications used by Meeting, Youtube, and Instagram by Tokocrypto as a platform for buying and selling cryptocurrency assets. This is a convenience during a pandemic like today. Second, Tokocrypto utilizes webinars and live Instagram as a means of creativity in promoting, marketing, and educating cryptocurrencies on the Tokocrypto platform, with exciting material, competent sources, and dible guest stars so that Tokocrypto can create an ecosystem for users or Tokocrypto. Third, Tokocrypto was able to effectively and efficiently utilize webinars and live Instagram in publishing to audiences during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
