Abstract

Bunga Kembang Sepatu (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L) berpotensial sebagai salah satu sumber antosianin yang dapat berfungsi sebagai antioksidan, antimutagenik, dan antikarsinogenik. Antosianin dapat rusak pada suhu tinggi (pemanasan) yang biasa digunakan dalam pembuatan sejumlah produk pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kandungan antosianin dalam bunga kembang sepatu berdasarkan variable konsentrasi pelarut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode ekstraksi maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol konsentrat dalam air. Variable tetap yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsentrasi etanol (60, 70, 80, 90, 96 % (v/v)). Waktu maserasi adalah selama 24 jam pada temperatur ruang dan kondisi terlindung dari cahaya matahari ataupun sinar langsung. Hasil ektraksi kemudian disaring dan dipekatkan dengan rotary vakum evaporator dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan instrument Spektrofotometer  UV-Visible. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendemen dan kadar antosianin tertinggi ditandai dengan warna yang paling pekat yang didapatkan dari pelarut ethanol 96%. Hasil rendemen tertinggi yang diperoleh adalah 22,05% (b/b) yang mengandung ekstrak antosianin sebesar 48,260 mg dari 25 gram bahan baku. Persamaan yang menghubungkan antara variable konsentrasi pelarut etanol dan rendemen adalah y = -36,547x2 + 72,335x + 12,422. Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar yang terjadi di kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 2 Gedangsari pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Proses pembelajaran tidak kondusif (siswa tidak fokus, berbicara dengan teman selama pembelajaran, tidak memerhatikan penjelasan guru). Prestasi belajar yang diperoleh siswa cenderung rendah (rata-rata 71,94 dari KKM 75). Selain itu, dari 34 siswa, hanya 10 orang siswa yang memenuhi ktiteria KKM. Bertolak dari permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang diharapkan akan berdampak pada peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Upaya ini dilakukan dengan cara mengganti model pembelajaran yang konvensional dengan pembelajaran yang inovatif, yaitu pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes (untuk prestasi belajar), dan pedoman observasi (untuk motivasi belajar). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan siklus II. Rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 32 pada siklus I, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 41 pada siklus II. Sedangkan prestasi belajar juga senantiasa mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 79,91 dengan ketuntasan sebanyak 26 orang. Sedangkan pada siklus II, rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 89,59 dengan ketuntasan sebanyak 32 siswa. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran Group Investigation dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the operational management system to improve the Transjakarta bis maintenance needs of safety and comfort for the user community. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. Results of the study: 1. Implementation of busway that has been and are going to be implemented by the local government of DKI Jakarta through the Department of Transportation (Dinas Perhubungan) and the Agency of Busway management (BP) has met the expectation like infrastructure such as ticketing system, bis stops, bis facilities, human resources and publications, 2. Performance in implementating busway program, in general has shown its satisfaction level. Busway is considered as an alternative public transport that is safe, comfortable and punctual, 3. Evaluation of the implementation of the busway program since last year have shown satisfying results. Busway passengers are around 17.4 million. 7.6 percent has shifted from private transportation to busway. It is higher than the average of shift rate in the world that is only 4 to 5 percent. The income from this program in 2015 for DKI Jakarta is Rp. 42.7 billion and it also has successfully changed peoples attitude to use public transportaion. However, congestion problem is not significantly decreased.

Abstract

Udara adalah faktor penting dalam kehidupan, namun, di era modern, sejalan dengan perkembangan pembangunan fisik kota dan pusat industri, serta berkembangnya transportasi, telah menyebabkan kualitas udara mengalami perubahan. Dari yang mulanya segar, kini, kering dan kotor akibat dari terjadinya pencemaran udara karena kendaraan transportasi. Lewat penggunaan metode kepustakaan, maka, tampak dengan jelas ada beberapa hal yang harus mendapatkan perhatian yang serius, di antaranya; 1. Pemberian izin bagi angkutan umum kecil lebih dibatasi, sementara, kendaraan angkutan massal, diperbanyak. 2. Kontrol jumlah kendaraan pribadi. 3. Pembatasan usia kendaraan . 4. Pembangunan MRT, dan pembuatan Electronic Road Pricing. 5. Pengaturan lalu lintas, rambu-rambu, dan tindakan tegas terhadap pelanggaran berkendaraan. 6. Uji emisi harus dilakukan secara berkala pada kendaraan umum maupun pribadi. 7. Penanaman pohon berdaun lebar di pinggir jalan yang lalu lintasnya padat serta di sudut-sudut kota.

Abstract

The aimed of the study of oil content on upper leather is to know the influence of oil content both on the Tensile strength on upper leather. Materials used in this study were of test result data taken from test carried out at Quality Control and Normalisation for leather good section leather and leather product Development Devision, IRDLAI since Januari 1 st 1984 till December 31, 1990. The data were statistically analysed using regression and correlation method to obtain the influence of oil content content and tensile strength of upper. The oil content and tensile strength have mutual relation ship, i.e the higher the oil content is, the better the tensile strength will be, and contrary  INTISARI Penelitian tentang Pengaruh Kadar Terhadap Kekuatan Tarik Kulit Boks bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kadar minyak terhadap kekuatan tarik untuk kulit boks. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengambil data pengujian yang ada di Seksi Pengawasan Mutu dan Normalisasi Barang Kulit, Balai Pengembangan Barang KUlit dari tanggal 1 Januari 1984 sampai dengan 31 Desember 1990. Analisa Data statistik menggunakan regresi korelasi, diperoleh hasil pengaruh kadar minyak terhadap kekuatan tarik sebanding, artinya semakin tinggi kadar minyak maka kekuatan tarik menjadi semakin tinggi, begitu pula sebaliknya

Abstract

Transportation is the backbone in creating social welfare in Jakarta. Therefore, if there are problems in the transportation system, it will have an impact on the smooth traffic flow and will ultimately hamper the achievement of public welfare. This study used a descriptive-qualitative method. This study refers to the theory proposed by Anderson (in Tachjan, 2006: 23) and Sarana, et al (2009: 9). The results of the study are as follows. Policy implementation transportation system in Jakarta has been able to improve the social welfare of most citizens, which means some people have to feel and enjoy the outcome of transportation development  in Jakarta. However, others have not optimally felt the positive impact of the policy. Even, it is perceived negatively; such as traffic jams which are almost evenly distributed throughout Jakarta causing high air pollution, hampered economic activity and generated high economic costs that social welfare was also weakened. This is reinforced by the increasing poverty rate in 2014 that reached 393,980 people thousand compared to previous years.

Abstract

In achieving Depok City development, the role of land transport has an important and strategic position, so that policies need to be integrated in a single management policy and land transportation impact on the economy of the community in Depok. Various policies have been issued, in order to minimize the land transport problems, but no matter how well the policy will not work optimally for the management of land transportation is less addressed. This study used descriptive qualitative, because trying to find empirical facts with the proper interpretation of the action phenomenon. Results: 1. Selection land transportation that correspond to the characteristics of Depok City, and attentive to the needs and interests of all sections of society were different, able to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the provision of public transport services of the city. 2. Development of an adequate road network in the City of Depok has increased the economic sectors of society, increasing the value / price of land, the development of small-scale enterprises, medium and large, the product specialization between regions, the concentration and urbanization, especially in areas that have opened access roads and transport. Resulting in increased revenue Depok City coupled with equitable distribution of goods between residents, business lines spread across several regions. In addition, an increasing number and types of goods and services are able to produce consumer, government and industry.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) untuk mengetahui cara meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan melalui media kartu kata bergambar, 2) untuk mengetahui besarnya peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan melalui media kartu kata bergambar pada anak kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita Sucen Gemawang Temanggung Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan anak Kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita Sucen Gemawang Temanggung Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 dapat ditingkatkan melalui media kartu kata bergambar. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari peningkatan yang dialami dalam penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti, sebelum tindakan diperoleh persentase kemampuan membaca permulaan dengan persentase 26,6%, mengalami peningkatan pada Siklus I sebesar 53,3%. Pada pelaksanaan Siklus II peneliti memperbaiki kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran dari klasikal menjadi kelompok agar lebih memudahkan peneliti dalam memberi bimbingan pada setiap anak, memperbaiki media kartu kata bergambar menjadi lebih besar agar lebih jelas. Setelah pelaksanaan Siklus II, kemampuan membaca permulaan anak meningkat sebesar 86,6% ditandai dengan anak mampu menyebutkan fonem yang sama, menyebutkan lambang bunyi, membaca kata, lancar dalam pengungkapan kata.

Abstract

The public transportation in Semarang City which less of services and comfort made the students don?t use it. Based on the problem, it makes the idea of bus rapid transit Inter campuses created. Bus rapid transit expected to be a solution of the transportation needs of students and the other people around colleges, it also expected to make a communication Inter student colleges in Semarang City.The purposes of this study is to analyze the route of BRT, amount of BRT, bus stop, and the cost of BRT Inter campuses. quantitative approach metodology used to analyze the BRT performances dan qualitative approach for the people responses. The cost determine with component analyze method. From the result of the study of bus rapid transit inter colleges the length of route 36 km, and passes 21 colleges obtained. The cost simulated with comparison number of passengers. The calculation cost of bus rapid transit Rp 2.633,994 is about to loss if 70% of passengers is common passengers. For common passengers the cost is Rp 3.500 and 1.000 for school student passengers. Abstract

ABSTRACT Semarang and Surakarta have different characteristic on structure and urban growth. This difference affects on urban public transport service in those cities. Aim of this research is to know the difference characteristic of urban public transport service between Semarang and Surakarta. The analysis method is comparing urban public transport service generally with transportation service and especially with public transport service, those are effectiveness and efficiency. Result of this research can be used for local government as one of the review on making of urban public transport system insight. The result of this research shows that the difference on urban structure of Semarang and Surakarta affect on urban public transport service. The urban structure of Semarang with concentric design and add with its ring radial road network cause almost all of public transport track through the down town area as the centre of all activities, mean while the urban structure of Surakarta with its grid road network tendency to spread the movement into all over the town that cause people activity spread relatively. These circumstances cause urban public transport track also spread all over the town following road network up to its hinterland. Some proposed to ascend urban public transport system service in Semarang needs an evaluation of urban public transport service more efficient with reduce or change public transport moda with that whose have bigger capacity so that can reduce traffic problem in down town area, mean while Surakarta needs to cooperate with its hinterland because almost all of urban public transport that are operating in Surakarta having the beginning and ending terminals outside of its jurisdiction.
