Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Kecamatan Gunungpati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan media SPSS . Populasi yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum di kantor Kecamatan Gunungpati. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebesar 10% dari populasi atau sejumlah 50 dengan teknik pengambilan data secara accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrument berupa angket, dokumentasi dan analisis data bersifat kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari masyarakat umum yang berada di Kantor Kecamatan Gunungpati. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh masyarakat. Kemudian instrumen diujicobakan secara terbatas kepada pengunjung peminta pelayanan. Hasil ujicoba instrument diukur validitas, reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha. Dari hasil yang diperoleh besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat yaitu 65%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap aktivitas belajar secara parsial adalah disiplin kerja yaitu sebesar 33,1% sedangkan untuk kinerja pegawai memberikan pengaruh lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 27% maka variabel kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan masyarakat secara signifikan. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence between employee performance and work discipline to community satisfaction in the Gunungpati District Office. This research uses quantitative approach, using SPSS. Population to be studied in this research is general public in office of District of Gunungpati. The size of the sample used is 10% of the population it means 50 person with the technique of taking the data by accidental sampling. Data collection is done by instrument in the form of questionnaire, documentation and quantitative data analysis which aims to test the hypothesis that has been determined The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from the general public in the district office Gunungpati. Data obtained from questionnaires that have been filled by the community. Then the instrument is tested in a limited way to the visitor requesting service. From test results measured instrumentality validity, reliability using alpha formulas. As the result the magnitude of the effect simultaneously between employee performance and work discipline on community satisfaction is 65%. The variable that gives the most influence to the learning activity partially is work discipline that is equal to 33,1% while for employee performance give less influence that is equal to 27%. So employee performance variable and work discipline have a positive effect on community satisfaction significantly.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi guru, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 73 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 73 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian data diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda yang selajutnya disingkat dengan MBS = 9,855 + 0,438 (KG) + 0,620 (FB)+ 0,646 (LK) + e. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompetensi guru, fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Variabel kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Variabel fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Variabel lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan kompetensi guru, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kualitas pelayanan publik sehingga diperoleh kendala dan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini terdapat 8 informan dengan 3 kriteria informan yaitu, 1 informan terkait, 1 informan terlibat dan, 6 informan pelaku. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik pada Tempat Perekaman Data Kependudukan (TPDK) Disdukcapil Kecamatan Gunungpati dinilai masih kurang maksimal. Pelayanan administrasi yang diberikan kurang sesuai dengan harapan dan masih terdapat berbagai kendala yang perlu diperbaiki. Kendala dalam kegiatan pelayanan adalah belum terdapat prosedur pelayanan yang jelas, jaringan internet belum maksimal, kurangnya koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa terkait sosialisasi pelayanan publik. Selain kegiatan pelayanan, tidak tersediannya papan informasi terkait prosedur pelayanan, tidak adanya kotak saran, serta belum terdapat mesin pencetak E-KTP, juga menjadi kendala dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen Swasta di Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru non PNS SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen Swasta di Semarang yang berjumlah 79 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 79 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 64,2% dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,0036% dan taraf signifikansi 0,961 > 0,05. Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 11,36% dan taraf signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 20,25% dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the BKK in assisting the absorption of graduate’s employment at SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Sources of research data were obtained from 19 informants consisting of the Principal, Deputy Head of Public Relations, Chairman of BKK, Secretary of BKK, Treasurer of BKK, 14 graduates of SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using the librarian method and field study methods consisting of observation, interviews, a`nd documentation. The results revealed that the role of BKK in SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi includes registration and data collection of job seekers who have completed their education or training; data collection of``to the needs of labor users or to be independent; offers to users of labor regarding the supply of labor; implementation of verification as a follow-up to the deliveries and placements that have been made; implementation of job fair activities and similar activities. From the BKK’s role, it was found that there were still graduates who had not been absorbed in the world of work. The conclusion of this study, the role of the BKK in assisting the absorption of graduate work at SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi is in accordance with Binapenta Regulation No. Kep-1907 / PPTK-PKK / X / 2018.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan aparatur desa dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya tertib arsip di Desa Kenteng. Upaya meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesadaran aparat desa dalam mengelola arsip sesuai kaidah yang berlaku dilakukan melalui pendampingan teknis penataan arsip sesuai kaidah kearsipan di lingkungan pemerintahan. Hasil dari kegiatan masyarakat ini menunjukkan partisipasi peserta sangat tinggi dalam kegiatan webinar record management. Kegiatan webinar berkaitan dengan teknik penataan arsip. Kegiatan webinar dimaksudkan sebagai pengganti kegiatan sosialisasi secara langsung, karena masa pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan segala bentuk kegiatan tatap muka dikurangi. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan acara webinar. Setelah diberikan webinar, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan teknis kearsipan dengan cara simulation video di lapangan tentang penataan kembali arsip sesuai klasifikasi yang ada, dengan tujuan agar aparatur desa tertib akan arsip. Selain itu, arsip yang dibutuhkan dapat mudah ditemukan kembali. Evaluasi kegiatan webinar dan pendampingan penataan arsip ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aparatur desa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan dan kesadaran terhadap tertib arsip desa. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of village apparatus and raise awareness of the importance of orderly archives in Kenteng Village. Efforts to improve the skills and awareness of village officials in managing archives in accordance with applicable rules are carried out through technical assistance in the arrangement of archives in accordance with archival rules in the government environment. The results of this community activity showed very high participation of participants in record management webinar activities. Webinar activities related to archival structuring techniques. Webinar activities are intended as a substitute for direct socialization activities, as the COVID-19 pandemic requires all forms of face-to-face activities to be reduced. Therefore, devotional activities are carried out with webinar events. After being given a webinar, followed by archival technical assistance by means of simulation video in the field about the rearranging of archives according to existing classifications, with the aim of orderly village apparatus will archive. In addition, the required archives can be easily rediscovered. Evaluation of webinar activities and assistance in the arrangement of this archive shows that all village apparatus shows improvement in the ability and awareness of the orderly village archives.

Abstract

The existence of an electronig agenda system (E-Agenda) can facilitate the correspondence activities when employee does manually, it would take a long time, then the system can help to work faster and more efficiently. Each of the subdistricts in Gunungpati requires the recording of correspondence in an orderly, because during this time in the handling of incoming and outgoing letter is still logged manually by using the agenda book, so employees are still habing difficulties if there is unclear writing to be read on the agenda book. The existence of E-Agenda system can be utilized for each village in the exercise of their duties. Implementation of E-Agenda aims to improve the quality of public services effectively and efficiently with paperless and electronic government (e- government) for the development of information technology. Similar statements by presidential instruction Number 3 Year 2003 RI that the purpose of e-government development is to develop the organization governance based electronic in order to improve the quality of public services effectively. Method of the implementation of E-Agenda is using activities include socialization, training, and mentoring to each village for a week. The final of this activities is all of subdistricts in Gunungpati can use E-Agenda for their handling of letter.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of industrial work practices, information on the world of work and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness at SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal. The population in this study were all students of class XII Office Administration expertise program. The research sample consisted of 59 respondents who were taken from all students of class XII of the Office Administration expertise program of SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire and analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are (1) there is a partially positive effect of industrial work practices on job readiness of 18.49%, (2) there is a partial positive effect of information on the world of work on work readiness by 17.30%, (3) there is an effect Partially positive motivation to enter the world of work on work readiness is 14.66%, (4) there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between the variables of industrial work practices, information on the world of work, and entering the world of work on student work readiness by 76.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of archival management in mediating the effect of training, archives, archive officer competence, and archival infrastructure on the work effectiveness of administrative employees at SMK-se in Batang Regency. The results showed that (1) archiving training had a positive and significant effect on the management of SMK archives in Batang Regency, 2) Archival officer competence had an effect on the management of SMK archives in Batang Regency, 3) Archive facilities and infrastructure had a positive and significant impact on the management of SMK archives in Batang Regency. Batang, 4) Archive management has an effect on the work effectiveness of administrative employees of SMK in Batang Regency, 5) Archival training has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of administrative employees in SMK in Batang Regency. 6) The competence of archive officers has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of administrative employees in SMK in Batang Regency, 7) Archival facilities and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of administrative employees in SMK in Batang Regency, 8) Training and employee work effectiveness administration in SMK in Batang Regency through archive management is proven in this study, 9) archive officers affect the work effectiveness of administrative employees in SMK in Batang Regency through archive management proven in this study, 10) Facilities and infrastructure affect the work effectiveness of administrative employees business in SMK in Batang Regency through archive management.

Abstract

Given global environmental challenges, developing sustainable behavior among pre-service teachers is crucial, as they will be responsible to educate future generations who must contribute to solving environmental problems. Offline pro-environmental identity refers as the individual's environmental commitment in real-life setting. Previous studies have primarily focused on online identity and behavioral intentions, while real-life behavioral context have not been fully examined. The goal of this study was to investigate the effects of the online pro-environmental identity, the perceived behavioral control, and the moral identity on the behavioral intention and the offline pro-environmental behavior. The study employed a quantitative research design and adopted Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) to analyze the data. The population was all Economics Education students of Universitas Negeri Semarang. A proportionate simple random sampling method was employed to choose 277 respondents. Questionnaire-based data were obtained and analyzed using CB-SEM. The findings reveal that intention was a strong and positive predictor of offline pro-environmental behavior (H1). Moral identity significantly influences intention (H2) and affects offline behavior both directly (H3) and indirectly through intention (H8). Online pro-environmental identity also has a significant influence on both intention (H4) and offline behavior (H5), with both effects mediated by intention (H9). However, perceived behavioral control has no impact on either intention (H6) or discharge behavior offline (H7), even indirectly through intention (H10). R value for intention is a moderate 0.539 whereas offline pro-environmental behaviour shows a strong R value at 0.963. These results emphasize the importance of intention for transforming values and identity to actual ecological behaviour. Enhancing moral and online pro-environmental identity can be beneficial to the development of sustainable behavior in offline context which calls for joint efforts in environmental education and behavioral interventions.
