This study aims to determine the problems of rafting facilities, the surrounding environment and the potential for rafting sports tourism on the famous parakan river of Sumedang regency, rafting itself is a very interesting sport of course also tests adrenaline in every activity, the method in this study uses qualitative with the population of tourists and rafting operators, samples purposive sampling was taken with the material used, namely the MSPDM (Marketability, Sustainability, Participatory, and Disaster ,Mitigation) instrument through interviews or questionnaires analyzed using the Nvivo 12 software application. The results obtained from the Nvivo 12 software application, namely rafting are very potential to be used as a sports tourism object or recreational sports, analysis of the potential for rafting sports tourism on the parakan kondang river of Sumedang regency can be concluded that rafting is a potential tourism because the water in the parakan kondang will remain stable both when it rains and is dry because it is accommodated by the Jati Gede dam, with this, it can raise the name of the Sumedang area and also improve the economy of the people in the rafting sports tourism destination.

In squash, Agility is the ability to move various footsteps and aim to place the body position as quickly as possible. This study aims to determine the effect of Cones Drill and BackCourt exercises on increasing agility in squash. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method using pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study was 76 people from all over West Java Squash athletes, a sample of 22 squash athletes in Sumedang district using purposive sampling techniques. Before collecting data, researchers were divided into 2 groups using the ABBA technique. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting initial tests using the Illinois Agility Run to 2 groups. Then given the Cones Drill and Backcourt Session exercise treatment, then given a final test using the illinois agility run. for data processing techniques, descriptive statistical analysis and comparative test analysis which shows that, (1) There is a significant influence on increasing agility in squash sports with the Cones Drill training method. (2) There is a significant effect on increasing agility in squash with the BackCourt Session training method. (3) There is no significant difference in the effect between Cones Drill training methods and BackCourt Session training on the ability to increase agility in squash. The practice method of cone drill drills and backcourt sessions has an influence on improving agility, both methods have a very significant influence. So it can be concluded that Cones drill and backcourt practice methods have an equally important influence in improving agility in the sport of squash.

This research aims to determine the effect of differentiated learning through gross motor skills on physical fitness in physical education learning. The method used is quasi-experimental. The population of this research is class IV students at SDN 254 Griya Bumi Antapani Bandung for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 54 people. The sample used was 26 people. The instrument used is TKSI Phase B with 5 test items, that’s: V Sit and Reach Test, Half Up Test, Hand Eye coordination Test, T Test, and Around the World Test. The data analysis techniques used are Paired Sample T-Test, and Linear Regression using the SPSS For Windows 20 application, at the Sig T Test level. (0.000) < 0.05. Based on the results of data analysis, this research shows that there is an influence of differentiated learning through gross motor skills on physical fitness in physical education learning. Also supported by the results of data analysis carried out using the R Square test, the results showed that the magnitude of the effect between the pre-test and post-test experimental data was 0.111% x 100%. In this way, the increase in the influence of learning with differentiated programs through gross motor skills on physical fitness in physical education is 11.1%. So with the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of differentiated learning through gross motor skills on physical fitness in physical education learning, and differentiated learning has an effect on improving gross motor skills on the physical fitness of class IV students at SDN 254 Griya Bumi Antapani Bandung.

Selaras dengan uraian di atas, maka penulis bermaksud meneliti Model Pembelajaran Teaching Game For Undertsanding (Tgfu) Dan Direct Intruction Terhadap Permainan Bola Futsal. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah diatas, maka penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Teaching Game For Undertsanding (Tgfu) Dan Direct Intruction Terhadap Permainan Bola Futsal”.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat eksperimen, dimana pada jenis penelitian ini terdapat perlakuan pada objek penelitian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ilmiah karena peneliti menggunakan perlakuan atau treatment yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa-siswi SMA AL-Barkah Cikalongkulon yaitu 60 siswa terdiri dari kelas XI-IPA dan XI-IPS. sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara acak sebanyak 40 siswa dari kelas XI-IPA dan XI-IPS kemudian akan terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok 20 siswa kelompok TGFU dan 20 siswa kelompok Direct Intruction.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian , dalam kegiatan perlakuan pembelajaran Teaching Game For Understanding (TGFU) dan pembelajaran Direct Intruction terhadap peningkatan permainan bola futsal terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pembelajaran Teaching Game For Understanding (TGFU) dan pembelajaran Direct Intruction tersebut. metode teaching game for understanding (TGFU) dan direct intruction terhadap permainan bola futsal memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode teaching game for understanding (TGFU) dan direct intruction terhadap permainan bola futsal memiliki pengaruh yang sama.Kata Kunci: TGFU, DIRECT INTRUCTION, FUTSAL

Turbo throwing is a modification of javelin throwing intended for children where the series of movements begins with a throwing prefix and further motion. The students in general have not mastered the basic movements of turbo throwing. Children are out of place if they are taught to achieve high achievements in sports but instead they must be guided according to their physical and mental abilities as stated in teaching physical education in elementary schools must be adjusted to the level of student ability. The peer teaching learning model is a cooperative learning strategy where mutual respect and understanding are fostered among students working together. Peer teaching facilitates learning, students actively participate, and can solve problems together, so that an even distribution of understanding of the learning material provided can be achieved The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Peer Teaching learning method on the accuracy of the turbo throw of elementary school children. This research was conducted at State Elementary School 3 pegagan Kidul Cirebon Regency. By involving 9 students consisting of 2 male students and 7 female students. This study uses an experimental research method where the primary data source is the researcher who takes action and the students who receive the action, while the secondary data is in the form of documentation data. The results showed that the peer teaching learning method was able to improve students' understanding of turbo throwing learning material. The conclusion of the study states that in the subject of Physical Education and Health athletics turbo throwing numbers with peer teaching learning methods can improve student learning outcomes in class V SD Negeri 3 Pegagan Kidul, and is useful for adding to the learning process learning method innovation.

This research aims to improve physical fitness through playing volleyball at SDN Simpang Baru. This research uses a quantitative method with experimental research, using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design. The instrument used in this research is the Indonesian physical fitness test for ages 10-12 years, which consists of 5 tests: body lift; sit-ups;vertical jump; 600 m medium distance run; 40 m sprint. The population in this study was students of SDN Simpang Baru class V, totaling 41 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a sample determination technique with specific considerations. The criteria for sampling are as follows: Simpang Baru Elementary School student attended during PJOK lessons, had no history of illness, and was 12 years old. After selecting based on the criteria, 37 samples were obtained. The data were analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and t-tests. The analysis results found that mini volleyball significantly influenced students' physical fitness, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This study shows that traditional games and modern games can improve children's physical skills. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an effect of the game on children's physical skills and which is more effective than the two games. Using a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental design. This study includes two groups, namely the traditional game group and the modern group. The sample in this study consisted of 36 students using random sampling technique. Traditional games have an average increase to 47.44 and modern to 39.94. In N-Gain there are 11 samples that have an increase in modern games there are 6 samples that have an increase. The paired sample T-Test analysis of traditional games obtained a significance of 0.000, and modern 0.005. In the normality test the traditional game has Sig. 0.67, modern has Sig 0.58 and the homogeneity of both has a result of 0.47. In the last analysis, the lower independent sample T-Test has a value of -.0864148 and upper -.0897481 and for Sig (2 tailed) it is 0.009. The results of the discussion show that there are differences in traditional modern games on children's physical skills.

This research aims to determine the differences between agility ladder and shuttle run training for futsal players. The method used in this research is quantitative research. Data collection in this study began by performing zig-zag dribbling movements, and then treatment was given to two groups, namely the agility ladder and shuttle run groups. The population in this study was SDN Bojongsalam 01, totaling 40 students who were also designated as samples. The results of this research show that the agility ladder and shuttle run training methods are good. In this research, students were treated by providing 12 meetings with two groups of 20 students each. Agility ladder and shuttle run exercises are dribbling agility training activities that can be used in this research to improve dribbling agility. This is supported by the data obtained for the increase in the agility ladder group, which has an independent of 0.840, while the increase in the shuttle run has a mean of 0.843, or (0.840 > 0.843). The agility ladder run training can be produced more effectively than the shuttle run in improving futsal dribbling agility at SDN Bojongsalam 01.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of practicing pencak silat training patterns on increasing the attitude or character of independence and creative thinking of teenage students in extracurricular pencak silat activities at SMPIT Nurul Azmi and how big the influence of practicing these training patterns is. The research method used is the pre- experimental with a One group pretest-posttest design. At meeting 1, namely carrying out a pretest (initial test), the results were relatively low, so the treatment was given 12 times and ended with carrying out a posttest (final test) to obtain data or results that were expected to increase in the experimental group. The results of the research show that the sig value, (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Hı is accepted and H₀ is rejected, so from this research there is an influence of pencak silat training patterns on increasing students' independent attitudes and creative thinking. After that, to find out the magnitude of the influence, the researchers used a regression test and the results obtained were that the influence of pencak silat extracurricular activities by providing this training pattern was 33.3% on the aspect of independence, and 54.3% on the aspect of creative thinking. The conclusion of this research is that extracurricular Pencak Silat can increase independence and creative thinking in adolescents. This research aims to determine the effect of circuit pass and drill pass training methods on increasing the accuracy of rugby athletes' spin passes. The method used in this research is experimental. This method was chosen because the main aim of this research is to determine the impact of a treatment. This research uses a pretest-posttest group design research design, which involves one group, and a pretest is carried out, then a treatment is given for 16 meetings, and then a posttest (final test) is carried out with a schedule of January-February 2024. This research uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. So the sample used in this research was 30 people. The instrument used is the rugby spin passing test. The results of the research show that the sig value (0.000) < 0.05, and it can be concluded that the pass circuit training method has an effect on increasing the accuracy of rugby athletes' spin passes. Meanwhile, the drill pass training method has a value of (0.000) < 0.05, meaning it has an influence on increasing the accuracy of rugby athletes' spin passes. Furthermore, the hypothesis test for the circuit pass and drill pass training methods has a value of (0.506) > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the two training methods do not have a significant difference in increasing the accuracy of rugby athletes' passing passes.
