Abstract

ABTSRACTThrough leadership models offered by Locke et. al (1991) we can say that whether good or not the vision of leaders in the organization is highly dependent on whether good or not the motives and traits, knowledge, skill, and abilities owned leaders. Then, good or not the implementation of the vision by the leader depends on whether good or not the motives and traits, knowledge, skills, abilities, and the vision of the leaders. Strategic Leadership written by Davies (1991) states that the implementation of the vision by using strategic leadership, the meaning is much more complete than what has been written by Locke et. al. in the fourth stage of leadership. Thus, aspects of the implementation of the vision by Locke et al (1991) it is not complete implementation of the vision according to Davies (1991). With the considerations mentioned above, this article attempts to combine the leadership model of the Locke et. al and strategic leadership of the Davies. With this modification is expected to be an improvement model of leadership is more comprehensive and parsimony.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether capital adequacy, credit risk, operational efficiency, liquidity, and productive asset management ability affect the profitability of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression panel data. The sample consisted of 22 commercial banks with 110 observations, which were carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the existing test equipment, the estimation model chosen is the random effect model. The results of the analysis show that CAR does not affect ROA, NPL and BOPO have a negative effect on ROA, LDR has no effect on ROA, and NIM has a positive effect on ROA. Therefore, the findings of this study are as follows. First, capital adequacy does not have a positive effect on profitability. Second, credit risk negatively affects profitability. Third, operational efficiency has a positive effect on profitability. Fourth, liquidity does not positively affect profitability. Fifth, the ability to manage productive assets has a positive effect on profitability. This research implies that if banks want to increase profitability, they need to reduce non-performing loans (NPL), lower the BOPO ratio, and increase the NIM.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of lifestyle, halal labels, and prices on purchasing decisions at Starbucks outlets in Generation Z in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population used in this study is Generation Z who is in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and who make purchases at Starbucks outlets, who are at least 15 years old and a maximum of 25 years old. This study uses a quantitative approach and causal analysis technique. The sampling technique uses non-probability with purposive sampling. The findings of this study are Lifestyle, Halal Label, and Price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Starbucks outlets in Generation Z in Yogyakarta Province. The theoretical implication of this study is that the findings of this study are expected to provide a view that lifestyle, halal labels, and prices can affect purchasing decisions at Starbucks outlets in Generation Z in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The practical implication of this research is that the findings of this study are expected to provide input for Starbucks outlets to be able to continue to maintain quality and can increase understanding related to the importance of lifestyle, halal labels, and prices on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh green poduct knowledge pada keputusan pembelian green product dengan green trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Tujuan penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh moderasi perceived price pada hubungan antara green trust dengan keputusan pembelian green product. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research yang bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesis. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer. Metode purposive sampling digunakan sebagai teknik penentuan sampel. Proses mendapatkan data dilaksanakan dengan cara survei yang berbentuk kuesioner. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 192 responden yang merupakan konsumen The Body Shop. Penelitian ini memakai structural equation modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut. Green product knowledge dan green trust memiliki pengaruh positif pada keputusan pembelian green product. Selain itu, green trust mampu memediasi hubungan antara green product knowledge dan keputusan pembelian green product. Terakhir, perceived price mampu memoderasi pengaruh antara green trust dan keputusan pembelian green product.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of liquidity, growth, profitability, company size on the capital structure of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. In this study, the population used was consumer goods companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The selection of samples was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained 42 companies as samples. The analytical method used in this research is by using multiple regression analysis model with panel data. The results showed that liquidity and profitability had a significant and negative effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, company size and growth have a significant and positive effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari dimensi kualitas pelayanan pada loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada studi ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Teknik path analysis akan digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai mediasi pada loyalitas pelanggan bus Trans Jogja yang berdomisili di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Hasil uji pengaruh langsung membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan pada dimensi bukti fisik, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan pelanggan bus Trans Jogja. Lalu untuk kualitas pelayanan pada dimensi bukti fisik, daya tanggap dan empati berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas pelanggan bus Trans Jogja. Sedangkan untuk kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas pelanggan bus Trans Jogja. Hasil uji pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati studi loyalitas pelanggan bus Trans Jogja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived convenience, perceived benefits, e-wallet promotion, and peer environment on the consumer behavior of students using ShopeePay. The object of the research is students who use the ShopeePay e-wallet in various regions with primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is the convenience sampling method. The findings of this study indicate that (1) Perception of convenience does not have a positive effect on student consumptive behavior, (2) Perception of benefits does not have a positive effect on student consumptive behavior, (3) Promotion has a positive effect on student consumptive behavior, and (4) Peer environment has a positive effect on student consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Culture has received a large amount of interest in the management accounting literature. We present the first structure of the article studying culture in management accounting. Our search yielded 51 papers published in eight leading journals between 2001 and 2020. This study provides a critical review of the findings of cultural research in the last 20 years in the management accounting literature and summarizes the contributions of previous research to the management accounting literature. We find that culture emerges as a relevant variable in the field of management accounting, particularly management control systems. The results of this study indicate that there is a shift in the trend of cultural research in the management accounting literature which initially focused on Hofstede's national culture. This shift was triggered by one of the criticisms by Baskerville (2003) who criticized Hofstede's concept of national culture. The study also identifies gaps in published research for future research. Keywords: Culture; cultural; country; nation; literature review

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengukuran Risiko Bisnis dan Risiko Pendanaan dalam Perusahaan. Dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan leverage, manajer keuangan tidak cukup hanya memperhatikan laba, melainkan juga risiko yang ditimbulkan. Risiko dapat berupa risiko bisnis, risiko pendanaan, dan risiko total. Pengukurannya dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan statistika dan pendekatan pasar. Menurut pendekatan statistika, risiko total diukur dengan Koefisien Variasi EPS, atau dihitung dari Koefisien Variasi EBIT kali Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL). Risiko bisnis diukur dengan Koefisien Variasi EBIT, dan risiko pendanaan diukur dengan Koefisien Variasi EPS dikurangi dengan Koefisien Variasi EBIT. Menurut pendekatan pasar, risiko total diukur dengan beta leverage firm, risiko bisnis diukur dengan beta unleveraged firm, dan risiko pendanaan diukur dari beta leverage firm dikurangi dengan beta unleverage firm. Melalui pendekatan pasar dapat diperoleh adanya keterkaitan yang berupa trade-off antara risiko leverage dan return yang diharapkan. Kata kunci: beta, bisnis, laba, leverage, pendanaan, dan risiko Abstract:  Business and Financial Risk Measurement in the Firms. In making decisions on leverage, financial managers is not enough to pay attention to the earnings, but should also pay attention to the risks. The risks can be business risk, financial risk, and total risk. They can be measured either by statistical or market approach. With the statistical approach, the total risk is measured by the coefficient of variation of EPS, or calculated from the coefficient of variation of EBIT times the Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL). Business risk is measured by the coefficient of variation of EBIT, and financial risk is measured by the coefficient of variation of EPS reduced coefficient of variation of EBIT. With the market approach, the total risk is measured by beta leverage firm, business risk measured by beta unleveraged firm, and financial risk obtained by reducing beta leverage firm by beta unleveraged firm. Through market approach a trade-off relationship between risk and expected return in leverage can be obtained. Keywords: beta, business, earnings, leverage, financing, and risk

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of conducting this study was to test the effect of brand image, brand trust, and reference group on buying decision of sneakers. Research methodology: This study took the primary data through questionnaires distribution. The analytical method used is multiple-linear regression. Results: The finding from hypothesis testing results is that brand image, brand trust, and reference group have positive effect on buying decision of sneaker shoes. Limitations: The testing involved only 3 factors, while generally, buying decision is often affected by some other factors for example, price, taste, and others. Contribution: This study can be used to add insight and reference for the next study, especially in the marketing of sneakers. Keywords: Brand image, Brand trust, Reference group, Sneakers
