Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan pengujian pengaruh pelaporan keberlanjutan yang terbagi dari tiga dimensi kinerja, yaitu dimensi kinerja ekonomi, dimensi kinerja lingkungan, dan dimensi kinerja sosial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang meliputi laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu perusahaan-perusahaan sektor energi papan utama yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang mempublikasikan laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan berstandar Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) secara lengkap selama tahun 2022-2024. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan Eviews 12. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah dimensi kinerja ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dimensi kinerja lingkungan mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan dimensi kinerja sosial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to test prosocial behavior, internal control system, community participation, organizational commitment, and leadership affect the accountability of village fund management. The population of this research is all village fund managers who are in 11 Village Governments in Panjatan District, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling method in this study used the saturated sampling method. The sample of this research is 88 respondents who are village officials involved in managing village funds as described in PERMENDAGRI No. 20 of 2018. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. The source of the data used in this research is primary data using the questionnaire method. The data analysis method used in this research are descriptive statistics, data quality test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that prosocial behavior, internal control system, community participation, organizational commitment, and leadership have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh leverage, keberadaan komite audit, reputasi auditor, dan opini audit terhadap keterlambatan audit (audit delay), dengan mempertimbangkan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Objek penelitian mencakup perusahaan sektor bahan baku yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020 hingga 2023. Sebanyak 55 perusahaan dipilih sebagai sampel melalui metode purposive sampling, menghasilkan 163 data observasi. Data yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage, komite audit, dan reputasi auditor tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay. Sementara itu, opini audit terbukti memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap audit delay. Selain itu, ukuran perusahaan mampu memperkuat hubungan antara leverage dan reputasi auditor dengan audit delay, namun tidak memperkuat pengaruh komite audit dan opini audit terhadap audit delay.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyze how market competitive pay, career growth, and job satisfaction affect the job-hopping intentions of Generation Z employees in Yogyakarta. Methodology/approach: This study utilized a quantitative method with purposive sampling. A total of 104 Generation Z respondents filled out an online questionnaire, and the data were processed using multiple linear regression through SPSS 25. Results/findings: The findings indicate that market competitive pay, career growth, and job satisfaction collectively exert a significant influence on job-hopping intentions. However, market competitive pay and job satisfaction show a negative influence, meaning higher levels of both reduce the tendency to job hop. Interestingly, career growth has a positive effect, indicating that greater perceived opportunities for advancement can increase job-hopping intentions when expectations are not met internally. Conclusion: Career growth can motivate Gen Z employees to pursue external opportunities if their current organization lacks clear advancement paths. Meanwhile, competitive pay and job satisfaction can reduce the desire to job hop, making them essential components of effective retention strategies. Limitations: This study is limited by a short data collection period of only one month. This may lead to temporal bias and restrict the depth of analysis, so the findings should be interpreted with caution and not generalized without considering longer-term dynamics. Contribution: This study highlights the need for companies to integrate fair compensation, transparent career development plans, and job satisfaction strategies to retain young employees effectively, particularly in competitive job markets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh lingkungan toko terhadap minat beli dan emosi positif pada hipermarket konsumen di Yogyakarta. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria konsumen hypermarket yang berkunjung atau berbelanja di hypermarket di Yogyakarta dalam sebulan terakhir. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan 200 konsumen hypermarket di Yogyakarta adalah responden dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi dengan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra toko, atmosfer toko, dan emosi positif berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli. Simpan gambar, simpan suasana dan simpan theatrics berpengaruh positif pada emosi.

Abstract

In this article, we will discuss how to combine team performance with emotional intelligence and use human resource management practices in an increasingly competitive globalization situation. Research data was collected through trusted journal databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar to ensure broad and relevant literature coverage. You can search for literature using Publish or Perish (POP) applications and enter keywords relevant to the research subject. In order to gain a more holistic understanding of the research subject, data collection involved combined methods using quantitative and qualitative analysis. In the current era of globalization, the level of productivity and sustainability of an organization can be improved through teams that work effectively, have good emotional intelligence skills, and implement optimal human resource management practices. Abstract

Purpose – This study examines the effect of liquidity, income tax expense, and leverage on profitability. Methodology/approach – The test uses panel data with a population of 103 companies. The research period for 5 years is from 2019 to 2023. The purposive sampling method was used, so the sample data was 170 observations. The data uses a combination of time series data and panel data. Findings – The results showed that liquidity has no effect on profitability and has a negative direction. Income tax expense has a significant positive effect on profitability. Leverage has a significant negative effect on profitability. Novelty/value – This research contributes to making a practitioner reference for decision-making in increasing profitability and becoming a theoretical reference for further research. The relevance of these results helps financial managers make strategic decisions to manage the company's financial resources. High liquidity indicates an accumulation of unproductive assets. Financial managers can plan tax strategies. The relevance of the results helps financial managers determine the optimal level of leverage. High leverage can increase the risk of default. While low leverage can indicate a heavy dependence on equity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh return on asset (X1), return on equity (X2), dan earning per share (X3) berpengaruh terhadap return saham (Y) pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2021 Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor otomotif. Penelitian ini memakai sampling jenuh (Sensus) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis desktiptif, analisis asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji -t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa : (1) secara parsial variabel return on asset (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. (2) secara parsial variabel return on equity (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. (3) secara parsial variabel earning per share (X3) tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham. (4) secara simultan variabel return on asset (X1), return on equity (X2) dan earning per share (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of celebrity endorsement, social media advertising, and customer experience on purchase intention, with brand image as moderation. This research focuses on a case study of the McD BTS Meal product, the result of a collaboration between the McDonald brand and the South Korean boyband, Bangtan Boys or BTS. Two hundred ten respondents filled out the questionnaire, but only 184 respondents were eligible to be processed for data testing. The respondents are in Indonesia. The data processing used the WarpPLS version 7 program, and the validity and reliability tests used the SPSS version 26 program. The research findings show the following. First, celebrity endorsement, social media advertising, and customer experience positively influence purchase intention. Second, brand image cannot moderate the influence of social media advertising and customer experience on purchase intention. Third, brand image moderates the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchase intention.

Abstract

The trend of online shopping among Generation Z is getting higher. Generation Z is a generation that has mastered various technologies, social media, and online shopping platforms. This encourages Generation Z to behave consumptively with transaction conveniences in different online shopping platforms, especially e-commerce. This study aims to determine the mediating effect of a hedonic lifestyle on the relationship between self-esteem, self-control, peer environment, and consumptive behavior. The research method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 203 respondents. The results showed that self-esteem and peer environment positively affected the hedonic lifestyle, while self-control did not affect the hedonic lifestyle. A hedonic lifestyle has a positive effect on consumptive behavior. Self-esteem and peer environment do not affect consumptive behavior. Self-control has a negative effect on consumptive behavior. As for the mediating effect, it shows that a hedonic lifestyle can mediate the influence of self-esteem and peer environment on consumptive behavior. However, a hedonic lifestyle is not able to mediate the effect of self-control on consumptive behavior.
