Abstract

Masyarakat adil dan makmur merupakan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia yang sesungguhnya. Cita-cita ini bahkan sudah diamantkan dalam pembukaan UUD 1945. Upaya perwujudan masyarakat adil dan makmur dapat dilaksanakan melalui penyelenggaraan sistem pendidikan nasional. Dalam kerangka sistem kenegaraan sangat disadari bahwa adil dan makmur merupakan hak segala warga bangsa Indonesia. Pancasila sebagai ideologi dan falsafah bangsa serta UUD 1945 merupakan suatu cita-cita besar yang dapat memberikan jaminan bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki keadilan dan kemakmuran hidup jika semua itu dapat diwujudkan. Sebagai warga Indonesia semangat dan optimisme terhadap perwujudan masyarakat yang adil dan makmur tentulah tak boleh sirna, bahkan harus dipupuk serta berkarya dengan baik dan jujur untuk menggapai cita-cita luhur bangsa. Oleh karenanya diperlukan terobosan pedagogis pendidikan.

Abstract

Madrasah merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang lahir dari dan untuk masyarakat. Dengan memposisikan madrasah sama dengan sekolah umum, maka ada kecenderungan dalam masyarakat Indonesia yang tamat madrasah untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi umum. Namun, untuk melahirkan alumni yang kompeten dibutuhkan standarisasi Bila standarisasi sudah terintegralisasi dengan baik maka alumni madrasah tidak dianggap sebagai alumni kelas dua. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik dan kooperatif, dan yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua komponen yang ada di Universitas Jambi. Penentuan subjek penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling (sampel bertujuan). Secara akademik, alumni madrasah yang ada di Universitas Jambi pada umumnya memiliki nilai akademik yang memadai dan dapat dikatakan mahasiswa berprestasi bila dilihat dari indek prestasi dan ko kurikuler. Akan tetapi sangat disayangkan tidak semua alumni madrasah memiliki kemampuan yang sama karena keterbatasan mereka di bidang informasi dan teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain scientific information on the achievement and effectiveness of Mahad Al-Jamiah program management. The research method used is evaluative research. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires / questionnaires, and document review. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and qualitative quantitative methods. The results of the research obtained the evaluation results obtained value of each aspect, namely: 1) functionalization of management functions Mahad Al-Jamiah 75.46 good category, 2) 100 curriculum management very good category, 3) mahasantri management 80 categories good, 4) management of facilities and infrastructure 71.42 good category, 5) management of educators and education 60 categories enough, 6) public relations management 0 categories very kuran, and 8) special service management 60 categories enough. The results of this evaluation provide advice to the leadership Mahad Al-Jamiah to run the organizing function that is to formulate and determine the methods and procedures, and select and conduct training and education of educators and educational. Furthermore, it is expected that the leadership of Mahad Al-Jamiah to make contact with the community, financial supervision, and form the committee acceptance mahad students.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini di RA Nurul Islam Kelurahan Tanjung Pasir Kecamatan Danau Teluk Kota Jambi, yaitu perkembangan sosial emosional anak yang terhambat seperti pendiam, suka menyendiri dan tidak mau berbaur dengan temannya. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengembangkan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini tersebut adalah pertama kita bisa menanggapi perasaan/pertanyaan anak, kedua kita bisa menerapkan disiplin kepada anak, ketiga melatih keterampilan komunikasi anak, keempat kita bisa memperbanyak permainan tradisional agar anak lebih banyak berinteraksi atau berbaur dengan temannya, itu secara umum. Secara khusus kita lakukan pendekatan dengan anak. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya faktor yang menyebabkan terhambatnya perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini, dan beberapa upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengembangkan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini di kelas B. Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the implementation effectivity of Ma’had alJamiah Program in IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The design of the study is evaluative survey by applying CIPP and DEM evaluation models. In this research, the evaluation result level is devided into five categories, that are: very good, good, moderate, fair, and not applicative program. The result of the study is Ma’had alJamiah Program included in moderate category. Some reasons for stating the program included in this category are the college does not have any permanent clasrooms, students’ desks and chairs, library, book references, and mosque. Ma’had alJamiah does not have specific curriculum in learning process program. Most of the lecturers do not make learning plan. They do not evaluate students’ learning performance, both theory and application in the way of doing practice worship. Based on the results of the study it is recommended to the leaders of Al-Jami'ah Ma'had to fulfil infrastructure the college and remind the lecturers to prepare lesson plans and carry out the evaluation of both theory and application in the way of doing practice worship learning. Abstract

This study aims to develop a pattern of planning for educational facilities in the education management system in Jambi Province based on the projection of population growth in Jambi Province in 2023. The method used in this study is the quantitative method. The data collection method was carried out by literature study, and secondary data study from the Central Statistics Agency of Jambi Province. The results showed that the projected population growth in 2023 experienced different trends in each district and city. Population growth projections provide a real picture of school needs for junior high school & senior high school. This trend indicates a strong direction of management functionalization in planning aspects for local governments to meet the needs of educational facilities junior high school & senior high school which are relatively balanced with the population. Analysis of the results of the calculation of the number of school availability with the population in each region is relatively less balanced. This happens because one of the main factors, namely planning for school needs, is not based on information and projected data for calculating population growth in the area. The results showed that the areas that did not need to add junior high schools until 2023 were Kerinci, Merangin, Sarolangun, Batanghari, Muaro Jambi, East Tanjung Jabung, West Tanjung Jabung, Tebo, Bungo districts. On the other hand, the areas that require an additional number of junior high schools are the City of Jambi as many as 32 and the City of Sungai Penuh with 3 schools. For the senior high school, all districts in Jambi Province require additional schools. Therefore, it is suggested to the Government and Regional Governments to develop plans based on population growth projections so that there is an even distribution of educational facilities so that inequality between regions can be minimized..Key words: population growth projections, educational facilities, management, planning

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the findings of children's behavior tendencies less independent. The research objectives were to determine the understanding of parents towards attachment and urgency, the duration of time with parents and children, and optimal coordination between parents and teachers in shaping children's independence in As-Salam Kindergarten, Jambi City. This research used a qualitative descriptive method which was conducted in As-Salam Kindergarten, Jambi City. The research subjects were parents (mothers) of As-salam Kindergarten children, Jambi City. Methods of data collection are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher as a key instrument. The data collected were analyzed using a flow data analysis model, namely data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study revealed that the lack of parental understanding of attachment and urgency, the lack of time between children and mothers to make children, and less optimal coordination between teachers and parents. Analysis of these findings shows that children are less independent.

Abstract

MULTI LEVEL COMMUNITY SERVICE DEPARTEMENT OF MATHEMATICS EDUCATION AT THE STATE ISLAMIC UNIVERSIY OF SULTHAN THAHA SAIFUDDIN JAMBI THROUGH RUMAH PINTAR INTEGRASI. Departement of Mathematics Education has a forum for community service namely Rumah Pintar Integrasi (RPI). The lecture method is used for multi-level knowledge transfer. The implementation of this community service program has produced results, namely the formation of the RPI with the Decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers of the State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi Number 223 Year 2019 regarding the Establishment of RPI Management and was officially launched and symbolized cutting ribbon by Deputy Dean II. Activities to improve understanding of mathematical concepts have been carried out and obtained results that there is a significant increase between the pretest and posttest scores. The community service activity of the Department of Mathematics Education was carried out in January 2020 with the concept of students giving free tutoring to "SD / MI" schools in preparation for the UN. There are around 200 students spread in 147 elementary schools in Jambi Province and even in other provinces. implemented multi-level community service in mathematics education majors.

Abstract

                                            ABSTRACTThis research was conducted based on the result of the observation that children's linguistics which was still low. The aim of this research was to find out the results of evaluating the development of children's linguistic intelligence by using pictorial cards media at Tunas Mulya Kindergarten, Jambi City. Children's linguistic intelligence is that their preference to communicate, tell stories, pay attention to stories, having a lot of vocabulary, easy to remember and mention the names of objects, likes to ask questions about labels, and like linguistic games. To develop linguistic intelligence, it can be done by using pictorial card media. This research was conducted by using evaluation research and classroom action research method. Data collection techniques were observation and interview by using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that pictorial card media can improve children’s linguistic intelligence. Therefore, it is suggested to the teacher to use the pictorial card media in teaching. The principal is suggested to encourage and provide material and tools to create learning media.Keywords: evaluation, linguistic intelligence, early childhood.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan atas temuan rendahnya pengembangan linguistik anak. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui hasil evaluasi pengembangan kecerdasan linguistik anak dengan menggunakan media kartu bergambar di Taman Kanak-Kanak Tunas Mulya Kota Jambi. Kecerdasan linguistik  anak adalah sikap suka anak dalam berkomunikasi ditunjukkan dengan suka bercerita, suka memperhatikan cerita, memiliki banyak kosa kata, mudah mengingat dan menyebutkan nama benda, suka bertanya tentang label-label, dan menyenangi permainan linguistik. Untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan linguitik tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media kartu bergambar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian evaluasi dan penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan linguistik dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan media kartu bergambar. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada guru untuk dapat menggunakan media kartu bergambar dan kepada kepala sekolah agar mendorong dan menyediakan bahan dan alat untuk mengkreasikan media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: evaluasi, kecerdasan linguistik, anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the PTP-VI Private Madrasah Aliyah Berangir extracurricular program, North Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra, during the covid 19 pandemic. The scope of the evaluation used in program evaluation includes four levels, namely evaluation of context, input, process, and product. This program evaluation research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques are data presentation, data reduction, data verification, and concluding. Test the validity of the data through credibility, dependability, and confirmability tests. The data sources in this study were the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa in the field of curriculum, and all extracurricular coaches. From the study results, it was found that the context level was relatively good. The entire program of extracurricular activities evidences this following the madrasa's vision, mission, goals, and needs of the madrasa and students. At the level of relatively good input, all extracurricular teachers have met the qualifications in their respective fields. Previously, the coaches achieved at the sub-district, district, and provincial levels. The process level is relatively good because the planning is done carefully in curriculum, teacher coaches, facilities, and schedules. The product level is not good because only specific extracurricular fields have proud achievements, but other extracurricular areas or branches are not followed.
