Abstract

The fast-paced development of e-commerce in Indonesia has driven the expansion and rising demand for goods delivery services. Every goods delivery service offers consultations or Q&A sessions about their services through Twitter. The number of tweets from users of goods delivery services can be used to determine the level of public satisfaction with these delivery services. The sentiment analysis process is conducted using a CNN-LSTM deep learning model. Evaluation of the CNN-LSTM model resulted in an accuracy of 0.838, an F1-score of 0.838 for the macro average and micro average, a precision of 0.840 for the macro average and 0.838 for the micro average, and a recall of 0.840 for the macro average and 0.838 for the micro average. Based on the results of analysis, it was found that Indonesian people tend to be dissatisfied with existing delivery services.

Abstract

Data, including digital and physical documents, is a valuable asset often vulnerable to forgery, theft, and reliance on centralized servers, which are costly and prone to failure. This study develops a prototype of a decentralized document storage application by combining blockchain and the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). The system is designed as a web-based decentralized application (DApp), integrating Ethereum smart contracts to immutably record document metadata and access history, while the actual files are stored in IPFS and identified using unique Content Identifiers (CIDs). User interactions are facilitated through MetaMask for authentication and transaction approval. The system is developed using the Waterfall methodology. Functional testing is conducted through unit tests using Ganache as a local Ethereum blockchain, and the smart contract is also deployed to the Sepolia Ethereum testnet. The results show that the system successfully stores documents via IPFS and records metadata and access activities transparently on the blockchain. Access and download tracking features enhance document accountability. This solution provides a secure, efficient, and transparent alternative to centralized document storage and contributes to the advancement of distributed digital archiving systems.

Abstract

The ornamental fish industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, positioning the country as the second-largest global exporter of ornamental fish in 2020. However, fish shop owners still face operational challenges, especially in managing consistent and timely feeding across multiple aquariums. Manual feeding practices often lead to inefficiencies and can compromise fish health and water quality. This study presents an end-to-end fish feeding information system integrated with an Android mobile application, designed to address these challenges. System development in this study employs waterfall method. The system supports automated fish feeding routines, device management, and multi-user access with token-based authentication, enabling fish shop owners to operate multiple feeders under a single account. Communication between IoT devices and the backend server utilizes MQTT, ensuring independent control of each feeder through unique topics. The system introduces a novel architecture that supports multi-user, multi-device operations in an end-to-end feeding workflow, improving scalability and efficiency compared to existing single-device systems. System testing, including black box and load testing, demonstrated robust performance, with all test scenarios passing successfully and an error rate of 0.00% during high-load simulations involving up to 100 virtual users. These results indicate that the system effectively addresses existing limitations in fish feeding management and is capable of supporting multiple users and fish feeder devices simultaneously. Further development is recommended to enhance infrastructure, security, and scalability for real-world deployment.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in Indonesia has growing up significantly in the last few years. Thus, there are many opportunities to digitize the business processes of a business and business ecosystem. One of them is in the field of digital economy by adapting business processes into a digital platform, as well as designing an E-Commerce platform in a village that has commodities inside it and increase the product visibility. This research uses Belega Village as a case study location considering that this village has commodities in the form of bamboo crafts. Research was conducted to build an android-based bamboo craft E-Commerce application which is expected to increase product visibility. The application itself is built using the Agile Development method using a Sprint model. This application is built with a microservices architecture with Express.js technology as a backend service and React Native to create client applications and PostgreSQL as a DBMS. The results of this research are in the form of an android-based E-Commerce application that is expected to increase the visibility of products from bamboo crafts from Belega Village.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing an Internet of Things (IoT)-based control system for multiple servo motors. The system is equipped with an Android-based controller using a virtual joystick, enabling online and real-time control. The use of a virtual joystick on an Android smartphone application allows operators to control the device remotely, enhancing safety and work efficiency, especially in hazardous or hard-to-reach areas. The objective of this research is to evaluate the success and accuracy of servo movements to ensure optimal performance. The findings aim to demonstrate that IoT technology can serve as a reference for implementing wireless control in various automated systems, improving operational quality in different applications. Experimental results show that joystick control via an Android device facilitates online operation and can be effectively utilized. However, hardware limitations, such as servo motors and brackets, reduce the accuracy of object transfer, leading to failure in some trials, with a success rate of 70 percent. Nevertheless, this research can serve as a reference for future developments in the field, particularly in enhancing the accuracy and stability of IoT-based control systems.
