Abstract

Afifah tofu industry is an industry with the largest tofu production capacity in Palu with      a total production of 250 tons per year, but the handling of the raw material has not been optimized yetleading to over stock each month, which in turn can cause over cost. The purposes of this study were to determine the economic purchase of the amount of soybeans raw material, to determine the total economic cost of supply, to determine the amount of safety stock of soy beans raw material, and to determine the reorder point on the Afifah tofu industry in Nunu Village Tatanga Palu. This research was conducted from September to October 2012. The number of respondents was two people such as the manager and an administrator of Afifah Tofu Industry determined by purposive technique. Data collected was primary and secondary data which then analyzed using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Total Cost of Inventory, Inventory Safety, and Reorder Point. The economic purchase of soybean raw materials by the Afifah Tofu Industry should be done in July, August and October 2012 with the amount of 72541.63 kg, 59990.31 kg, 60419.41 kg, and 59337.10 kg respectively. The total economic cost of supplies spend during July, August and October 2012 were IDR 1,177,497.35, IDR 929,248.08, IDR 1,024,312.45. and IDR. 1,006,158.04, respectively. Safety stock that should be always ready in the ware house from July to October 2012 was 5434.06 kg. The reorder point that must be made in July, August and October 2012 when the amount of the raw material reached 17134.32 kg, 15109.92 kg, 15503.96 kg, and 15004.56 kg respectively. Abstract

This research aims to test the efficiency by using inputs production and analyse farming income of Bawang Merah Varietas Lembah Palu which managed by farmers in Bulupountu Jaya village. Bawang merah is one of vegetable commodity that has big market ooportunity in agricultural sector. The results by hypothesis testing of input production which are, area (X1), seeds (X2), fertilizer (X3), and labour (X4) simultanly and parsially are influencing positive and highly significant. All variables of inputs production, area (X1), seeds (X2), fertilizer (X3), and labour (X4), there are three inputs production haven’t allocated efficiently. They’re area, seeds, and fertilizer. While labours (X4) has allocated efficiently. So, from all of variables which have analysed, labour is the only one of inputs production that has allocated efficiently. Farming of Bawang Merah Varietas Lembah Palu earns income as Rp. 21.746.480,24/0,34 Ha or Rp. 64.634.792,65/Ha. Abstract

The study aims to formulate an effective development strategy for Aan Village by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Aan tourism Village with a diversity of attractions should be well developed using an appropriate strategy. The study used a qualitative approach where the researcher became the research instrument. Data collection techniques used were observations, interviews, documentation, and triangulation techniques to check the credibility of the data. It was found that Aan Village has several potential tourist attractions such as landscapes, waterfall, river, culture, art, and history. The study found that growth-oriented strategies are suitable to be implemented in Aan tourism village which includes backward integration, forward integration, horizontal integration, market penetration, market development, and product development. Implementing those grand strategies will help Aan village meet the needs of the tourists who, based on the recent trend, demand nature, eco, wellness, and adventure concepts.

Abstract

Lombok Island has a mountain bike sport tourism destination, namely the Cacing Fun Track which was just inaugurated in 2021. In order for this destination to develop and be able to compete, it is necessary to conduct research on the behavior of sport tourism tourists and the factors that influence the intention to visit again. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of destination image, motivation and risk perception on tourist satisfaction and intention to return to the Bukit Cacing sport tourism destination (Cacing Fun Track). This research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and data collection through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.3.5 Student Version analysis tool and was supported by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the image of the destination had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction and intention to return, tourist motivation had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction and intention to return, risk perception had a negative and significant effect on tourist satisfaction and intention to return, tourist satisfaction had an effect on significant effect on revisit intention and tourist satisfaction had an indirect effect on the influence of destination image, motivation and risk perception towards revisit intention.
