Abstract

Abstract: Meranti Islands District is one of the youngest in the Riau district, which has many UKM which one is mangrove syrup. Product development is a potential for a product that is still unique, and easy for obtaining the raw materials. Besides capital employed is still affordable by the peoples. Some factors of business is driving this effort, the authors is interested in conducting research on Financial Analysis of UKM Enterprises Syrup Mangrove in Meranti.The aim of this research was to determine whether the UKM enterprises syrup Meranti mangrove is viable when viewed from the financial aspects. The method is carried out to analyze the feasibility analysis investation by measuring the Net Present Value (NPV), Cost / Benefit Ratio (B/C Ratio), and Payback Period (PP). Based on the calculation of financial analysis of this mangrove fruit processing industry showed the Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp. 21,256,489. Therefore NPV is greater than zero, then the mangrove fruit processing industry are eligible to run. Value Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) is equal to 2.04, as the B / C ratio is greater than one, the mangrove fruit processing industry are eligible to run. Payback Period of mangrove fruit processing industries are 1 year 1 month for entrepreneurs to get back the money that invested early in established businesses. From the results of the three studies above analysis method, it can be concluded that the mangrove fruit processing industry in the District of West Rangsang feasible.Keywords: Financial Analysis, Syrup Mangrove, Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio and Payback Period

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of production cost towards Farmers Income in the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Palapa Village Muara Bahan District of Singingi Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi. The research was conducted from April to june 2016. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study was 397 smallholders, the sample in this study as many as 40 farmers sampling technique by using cluster sampling. The data collection technique using the method of documentation and interviews. Data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression. From hasl research obtained that simultaneous production costs affect the income of farmers in the village unit cooperatives Palapa. This is based on the results of analyzes, calculations show Fhitung> Ftabel (1034,471> 4,08). From coefficient determination calculating production costs affect the income of farmers amounted to 96.5% and the rest of its 3.5% influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: Production Costs, Income Smallholders

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the welfare of rubber farmers to the education of children in the village of Teratak Air Hitam Sentajo Raya Sub-district Kuantan Singing District. The subjects of this study are farmers who have childrens that droped out from school. The total sample are 41 respondents using the method of Proposive Sampling. The data used for this study are primary data collected by using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used the chi square test analysis. The results of this study indicate that the, rubber farmers are prosperous it can be seen from the fulfillment of welfare indicators. On the other hand the education of children of rubber farmers is still low. This study found that there is no significant relationship between the rubber farmer’s welfare and their children's education in the village of Teratak Air Hitam Sentajo Raya Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency.Keywords: Rubber Farmer's Welfare, Children's Education.

Abstract

Abstack: Price is the amount of money being exchanged for a product or service. promotion of an activity to increase consumer demand for products offered by producers or sellers. A purchase decision is an action taken by an individual or a group to select any of the goods / services desired. This study aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on purchase decisions. The population in this study are the buyers of Honda motorcycles in PT Hoho and respondents drawn are buyers for teens and adults who have a family, and the respondents are consumers directly and no middleman others, using sampling techniques through simple random sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. Based on the research showed that prices and promotions simultaneously positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It is based on the analysis results, which show the calculation results F count> F table (100.328> 3.159). Furthermore, by t test to determine whether each of the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The results partially show a significant effect on the price of the purchase decision. This is evidenced in which the t (4.394)> t table (2.002). Furthermore, for the promotion variables showed that significantly influence the decision pebelian. This is evidenced in which the t (7.868)> t table (2.002). The predictive ability of these two variables on purchase decisions in the study of 77.9% (R Square .779) while the remaining 22.1% is influenced by other factors which are not included in this study.Key Words: price, promotion, and buying decision

Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to determine the effect of servicequality and propmotion to the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously, with a sample size of 60 people. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, that taking sample by using specific criteria. Data analysis methods use of multiple linear regression. Based on the results obtained F-value (30,911)> F-table (2; 57) = 2.47 means simultaneously servicequality and promotion have a positive and significant impact on the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru. The results of the partial test for service quality variable t-value (2.170)> t-table (1.67) means servicequality influence on decision making. Pormotion variables with the t-value (4.595)> t- table (1.67) means that the promotion has a significant effect on the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru. The coefficient of determination obtained amounted to 0.520 it showed that 52% change in the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru determined by the independent variable which is the service quality and promotion, while 48% is determined by other factors.Keyword: Service Quality, Promotion, Decision Making

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine whether there is influence between learning facility to the learning outcomes of students in vocational Kansai Pekanbaru with 30 sample and sampling technique using sampling techniques Saturated (census). Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The research showed that the students' learning facilities are in adequate category. It is known from respondents (students) that is equal to 63.3% of students stated adequate and student learning outcomes that are in both categories with category value of students who dominate the value of B+. The learning facilities simultaneously affect the students' learning outcomes by 0635. The next simple linear regression equation Y = 2.400 + 0.023. so if the variable learning facilities increased by 1%, the result of learning will increase sebessar 0023. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination obtained from variable learning facilities amounted to 63.5% and the remaining 36.5% influenced by other variables that are not addressed in this study.Keywords : Learning Facilities and Student Results

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed to know the influence of scholarship and Motivation of learning on student learning achievement of SMPIT Madani School Pekanbaru. The method use the research was quantitavive descriptive method. The population in this research was all of the student in SMPIT Madani Pekanbaru that has 101 peoples. Determination of total sample use simple random sampling technique, which has 50 student. the data used were primary data through the spread of questionare and the secondary data through the first semester grade of Indonesian languange, English, Matehematic, Exact science, and Social sciece in academic year 2015/2016. the data analisys technique use was regression. Based on the reseach result, it could scholarship and mativation of learning influence the student learning echievement simultaneously. The influence of scholarship and motivation or learning on student echievement in SMPIT Madani Pekanbaru was 85 %.Key Word: Scholarship, Motivation of Learning, learning echievement

Abstract

Abstract: The background of the problems in this study was the lack of students interest. This study was aimed to determine the increase in students interest in social subject class V Darul Ulum Islamic Elementary School Sintong Tanah Putih by using cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division. This research was a classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Subjects in this study the number of fifth grade students with 22 students consisting of 10 males and 12 females. Classroom action research in order to succeed, the researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument of colleecting the data was observation sheet, that teacher and student activity sheets observation interest in learning. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) increase the interest students of class V Government Elementary School Darul Ulum Sintong Tanah Putih, evidenced by 1) Activities of teachers of the first cycle of the first meeting with the percentage of 54, 17% (Not Good) further increased in the second meeting a percentage of 75.0% (Good). In the second cycle in the first meeting with a percentage of 87.5% (Very Good) increased in the second meeting siklsu II becomes 95.83% (Very Good)., 2) Activities of students meeting the first cycle of the first meeting with a percentage of 46.21% (Not Good) increased at a second meeting be 65.15% (Good) further increased in the second cycle to the first dipertemuan increased to 82.6% (Very Good) increased to 91.67% (Very Good) in the second meeting of the second cycle, and 3) average the percentage of student interest at the first meeting reached 56.36% (Good), and then increased in the second meeting of the first cycle with an average percentage of 66.36% (Good). While on the second cycle, student interest increased to 75.45% (Good) and the second meeting of the second cycle reaches 84.55% (Very Good).Key Words: Cooperative Learning Model Type STAD, Students Interest, IPS

Abstract

Abstract : The study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions and attitudesof students on accounting learning achievment. The population is students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah as many as 166 students, and the sample of 106 students.Data collection using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research based on multiple linear regression showed students 'perceptions and students' attitudes have an effect on students learning achievment of class XI IPS 1. This can be seen from the value of constanta (a) of 7, 686 and the value of regression coefficient (b) of 1, 171, and 1, 378 with the regression equation 7,686 + 1,371 +, 378. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square) obtained value of 0.273. This means that the contribution of students' perceptions and attitudes to accounting lessons on accounting learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah is 27.3%.Key Words: Perception, Attitude, Learning Achievement
