Abstract

UD. Nadi Utama is one of the producers and distributors of traditional snacks. As a snack producer, UD Nadi Utama supplies 5 minimarkets every day. To support its business, UD Nadi Utama installs PLN electricity with an average electricity payment of IDR 750,000 per month which is considered to burden production costs. After conducting observations, the capstone project team found that UD, Nadi Utama produces 25 kg of coconut fiber and shell per day. From the problems and potential found at UD Nadi Utama, team capstone project provides a solution in the form of an incinerator. This incinerator has a converter device that can convert the heat generated from combustion into electrical energy. However, monitoring the data of voltage, current, temperature, and the power generated by this incinerator is quite difficult for ordinary users. Because the resulting data is stored in a data logger that can only be downloaded in the form of excel files and cannot be known directly (real-time). This makes it difficult to know when the temperature of the device has decreased, and the amount of power generated by the device. At UD Nadi Utama itself, its human resources have a good ability to use the web system on their mobile devices. From the problems with the conversion tool and the potential of human resources at UD Nadi Utama. A website-based monitoring system is created, which displays the data generated by the data logger in almost real time.

Abstract

The importance of pet adoption is very important in efforts to support the prevention of animal abandonment. Currently, the pet adoption system in Indonesia still largely relies on a manual approach. This process is carried out directly without paying attention to important aspects of the match between the pet and its adopter, which can result in a lack of information which has a long-term impact on the abandonment or return of the pet. Based on these problems, this research aims to design and create an application that can facilitate the pet adoption process. This application was built for Android-based mobile devices by utilizing Machine Learning methods to provide personalized pet recommendations based on user preferences using Content-Based Filtering and making it easier to identify pet breeds from photos uploaded or selected by users using Image Classification. The pet data collected was sourced from the Kaggle, TensorFlow, and GitHub websites. It is hoped that the results of this research can overcome the problem of pet adoption in a better and more sustainable way and will not only provide benefits for abandoned animals, but can also reduce cases of animal abandonment due to irresponsible owners.

Abstract

The implementation of technology in universities is rapidly increasing, Either of them are creating various groupings such as financial, library, and academic data. This research implemented the graduation data Udayana University Faculty of Engineering students by applying the data mining method, specifically the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The study aimed to assist Udayana University Faculty of Engineering in comprehending detailed graduation patterns by categorizing the data based on variables including students' origin (district or city) and the study programs in engineering faculty. This research also focused on the visualization design of clustered data in the form of charts and graphs. This data visualization dashboard was created using Google Looker Studio, which the clustered student graduation data is visualized in the form of charts and clustering graphs, which can make it easier for Udayana University Faculty of Engineering to achieve new information and useful insights to improve the academic performance of Udayana University Faculty of Engineering itself.

Abstract

The evaluation process of information technology governance can be conducted using the domains within the COBIT 5 and ITIL V3 2011 frameworks. In this research, The process of evaluation was discussed to ensure the efficient functioning of information technology governance at PT. Bali Unggul Sejahtera using several domains from the COBIT 5 and ITIL V3 2011 frameworks. The aim of this research is to identify issues in the governance and information technology services at PT. Bali Unggul Sejahtera, determine the maturity level of IT processes using relevant domains from the COBIT 5 and ITIL V3 2011 frameworks through Gap Analysis and establish recommendations for activities as a reference for future improvements. In the COBIT 5 framework, researchers use sub-domains APO12, DSS01 and DSS05. In the ITIL V3 2011 framework, researchers use sub-domains Service Design 4.7, Service Operation 4.1 and Service Operation 6.2.1.3. The results of this research, The APO12 sub-domain COBIT 5 framework is currently at maturity level 3, the DSS01 and DSS05 sub-domains are currently at maturity level 4. In the ITIL V3 2011 framework, the sub-domains Service Design 4.7, Service Operation 4.1 and Service Operation 6.2.1.3 are currently at maturity level 4.). The results of this evaluation serve as recommendations for activities aimed at achieving the desired maturity level of 5 (Optimized).

Abstract

Educational games about early warning against tsunami disasters can be of interest to school children at an early age to expand information about prevention or develop an early warning system for tsunami disasters. This research aims to make a visual novel role-playing game as a means of educating about the tsunami disaster and finding out the usefulness of games in providing information about the tsunami disaster. Using Ren'py software, the tsunami disaster educational Visual Novel Game was developed and built intelligently, resulting in an application that runs on Windows and Android-based devices. With an average score of 86.1, the System Usability Scale test findings. The design of a Visual Novel Game as a means of educating about the tsunami disaster is considered very good.

Abstract

In the era of technological advancement, especially in computer and artificial intelligence (AI), there is a significant impact on various fields, including the Food and Beverage business. The use of chatbots with AI technology enables human-computer interaction in natural language, facilitating efficient ordering, information, and customer services. Chatbots are based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and are trained using Machine Learning techniques such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), with TensorFlow as the main tool. This provides ease, accuracy, and efficiency in customer service. From the conducted research, NLP- based reservation chatbots perform well and receive positive feedback from users in most aspects. Abstract

Net Act Planner digunakan dalam perencanaan pembangunan BTS, namun kurang efisien jika dijadikansebagai media pembelajaran karena berlisensi/berbayar. Penelitian ini membahas implementasi library Google MapsAPI sebagai aplikasi pemetaan perencanaan coverage area BTS dan implementasinya sebagai media pembelajaran.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan hasil perhitungan aplikasi sama dengan hasil perhitungan manual, namun berbeda0,05% dari data hasil perencanaan Net Act Planner v6.00 karena perbedaan parameter yang digunakan aplikasidalam perhitungan. Sedangkan hasil perbandingan dengan data hasil drive test diperoleh 89,55% titik berada didalam hasil perencanaan dan 10,45% berada di luar perencanaan yang berarti hasil perencanaan aplikasi masih dapatditerima untuk direalisasikan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan aplikasi yang menyediakan fitur untuk memodifikasiformula perhitungan dan 4 modul sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Many documents were distributed on the Internet every day. Not all of the text in a document is important information. To seek information from documents that are widely used methods Information Retreival (IR). Research in the field of Information Retreival (IR) has been made since the 1950s. Document retrieval system is a system that can search for documents by keyword, but the retrieval of the document will encounter problems if they have to seek specific information from the document a polynomial with the number of constituent documents of text that amount is not small. Automatic Text Summarization combines two methods of graph method and the method of ant colony optimization and use features four sentences. Four features the phrase used, namely: the similarity between sentences, sentences that resembles the title of the document TF-ISF and TF-IDF. Tests performed include: testing the summary results of the system with the summary results of the manual to get the 76.3%, the test results summary system with the summary results Autosummary tools in Microsoft Word to get the 68.15% and the test results summary system with the summary results of the expert that high school teacher, getting the 78.43 %. Results compression rate to get the system summary 78.2%.

Abstract

PT. Solusi Lintas Data Cabang Bali adalah perusahaan berkembang yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa penyedia layanan internet, dimana peranan sumber daya manusia atau tenaga kerja yang baik dan berkualitas sangat mempengaruhi masa depan perusahaan. Pada PT. Solusi Lintas Data Cabang Bali, proses seleksi calon tenaga kerja masih menerapkan metode konvensional dan tidak dilakukan secara komputerisasi. Hal ini menyebabkan proses seleksi penerimaan tenaga kerja membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama mengingat banyaknya jumlah pelamar. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan membangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun berbasis web dan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil dari proses sistem menggunakan metode SAW adalah perangkingan dari pelamar dengan rangking tertinggi sampai dengan rangking terendah. Hasil perangkingan ini, menjadi rekomendasi untuk pihak perusahaan dalam penentuan calon tenaga kerja yang akan diterima.

Abstract

Abstract— English Private lessons institutes are now widely facilitates a person to develop English skills in speaking and writing. Currently the service users private lessons English book private lessons manually, that is by coming directly to the place as well as through the telephone service, but with the operator even then still have difficulties in user validation that requires a long time. To facilitate the user in terms of the reservation, then the system will be built based on web and Android. Development of private lessons reservation application built with PHP and Java programming language using CodeIgniter framework on the web side , while on the Android using Eclipse tools , and MySQL as database storage media . Applications reservation private lessons has several functions to make a reservation time and tutor can be done by the student of Easyspeak and on the side of the tutor application can provide information about the student will be taught , as well as on the side of the operator to provide ease in setting booking private lessons because it computerized not manually as before. Applications reservation private lessons are also equipped with a reminder or reminders are made on the side of Android apps , using alarmmanager system.DOI:  10.24843/MITE.1501.14
