Abstract

The measurement of waste characteristics (generation, composition, and density) was conducted for 8 consecutive days. The measurement of waste generation refers to the Load-count analysis method by recording the volume and weight of waste as well as the number of waste transport units such as waste carts, trucks, and pickups. The measurement of waste composition and density follows SNI 19-3964-1995, with waste composition consisting of 9 types: food waste, garden waste, plastic waste, paper waste, wood waste, fabric waste, metal wa ste, rubber/leather waste, and others (stones, glass, dust). The results of the study showed the average total waste generation amounting to 28,817 kg and the total waste density amounting to 154.95 kg/m³. The waste composition measurement consists of 9 types: food waste 40.57% with a composition density of 139.17 kg/m³, garden waste 21.19% with a composition density of 130.83 kg/m³, plastic waste 15.95% with a composition density of 85.42 kg/m³, paper waste 5.32% with a composition density of 67.67 kg/m³, wood waste 7.67% with a composition density of 33.33 kg/m³, fabric waste 2.25% with a composition density of 75.34 kg/m³, metal waste 1.10% with a composition density of 40.00 kg/m³, rubber/leather waste 1.08% with a composition density of 202.38 kg/m³, others (stones, glass, dust) 4.87% with a composition density of 166.27 kg/m³. The highest average waste composition is food waste reaching 40.71 kg with an average percentage of food waste reaching 40.57% with a composition density of 139.17 kg/m³. This is because most of it comes from food stalls, restaurants, and markets.

Abstract

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to observe the effect of addition coloured LED light on plant growth of chrysanthemum, and to observe the appropriate color lights that resulted to the best plant growth of chrysanthemum. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor. The factor used was LED color lights, consisted of red, yellow, green, blue, and white LED light colors. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, followed by LSD (Least Significance Different) test if the treatment effect was significant. The variables observed that growth variables include: plant height, number of leaf and canopy area. The result showed that addition coloured LED light of positive effect against the growth of chrysanthemum. The addition of coloured LED light increased the plant growth. The red light color gave the best effect against plant growth. It showed by the highest plant height (71.50 cm), the most number of leaf blade (33.00) and the biggest canopy area (478.34 cm2).

Abstract

This research was carried out to know the result of the application method system of rice intensification (SRI) which was combined with rice planting system legowo in raw toward micro climate which influence the productivity of red rice. These research was consist of 6 treatments, they were : K0 (the treatment which appropriated to local farmers custom), K1 (SRI method), K2 (SRI method combined with legowo 4:1 inserting), K3 (SRI method combined with legowo 4:1 without inserting), K4 (SRI method combined with legowo 6:1 inserting), and K5 (SRI method with legowo 6:1 without inserting). This treatment study was repeated 3 times. Parameters observed were : relativity of humidity, temperature, intensity of sun shine, the length of stalk, the weight of rice in a clump, percentage pure rice, the weight of 1000 pure rice, the number of young plants in a clump, the number of young plants and each productivity. The outcome of this research shown that the application of SRI method combined with legowo 4:1 without inserting got more intensity of sun shine and the highest temperature, while the application of K0 had the highest relativity weakness. Application SRI method with legowo 6:1 without inserting produced the highest product in average per width of area, there were 7,48 ton/ ha, comparing with other applications.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the cyclic time that could give the best quality of the results of chrysanthemum. The treatment of this research was additional LED red light in the cyclic manner with different cycle time. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and the variables observed were grouped into 2 groups such as : production and quality of chrysanthemum. The result showed that the highest production and the best quality of chrysanthemum were obtained on the treatment of additional LED red light with five cycles. The production of the chrysanthemum was 85.83 cm, the amount of flowers was 23.67 of flowers, and in a quality manner of flower area was 52,96 cm2. The more the cycles that had given on the addition of LED red light, the better the results of production and quality of chrysanthemum.

Abstract

Chrysantemum cultivation in tropical region like Indonesia required the provision of additional light..The application of additional light is done by using artificial light from electric lamp in the evening for 4 hours after the sun set. This research determine the best cyclic pattern to generate the highest growth rate. The application that had been given in this research was the addition of LED lights of red-blue combination in a cyclic (off, on, off). Cyclic number given is 1 cycle, 2 cycles, 3 cycles, 4 cycles, 5 cycles and controls. The collected data were analyzed by regression analysis. The variables observed is plant height, the leaves number, the canopy area, and the rod diameter. The result showed that the addition of LED lights of red-blue combination for one cycle gave the best impact for rate of growth of chrysanthemum plant. The addition of LED red-blue combination one cycle gave the best effect against chrysanthemum plant growth, which was showed produced the highest growth rate of plant height (y = 1.106x + 2.11), the leaves number (y = 0.514x + 3.163), the canopy area (y = 2.346x + 21.61), and the rod diameter ((y = 0.082x + 0.168).

Abstract

Intense competition in the trading industry makes business actors to carry out more effective sales strategies to face market competition. One strategy that can be used to face market competition is to utilize data mining information technology with the association rules method. Data mining is the process of collecting, using historical data, and modeling large data sets to obtain new patterns or knowledge that can be utilized later. UD.  Kori conducts dozens more sales transactions every day. Sales transactions that occur every day produce increasing data in the database and the availability of goods often does not meet consumer needs, making consumers switch to other stores. This study aims to apply the Fp-Growth Algorithm to determine consumer buying patterns based on sales transaction data. Sales transaction data used as many as 34,085 transactions. Through the mining process with the Fp-Growth algorithm, it will be obtained what products are often purchased simultaneously by consumers and the tool used in this study is Google Colaboratory using the python programming language. The results of the study found that products that are often purchased simultaneously are Mie Sedap Kuah Rasa Soto and Indomie Goreng have support of 0.29% and confidence of 97% with the highest lift ratio reaching 159.73.
