Abstract

Produktivitas karyawan CV Timan Agung belum tercapai sesuai dengan yang diharapkan perusahaan. Kemampuan karyawan CV Timan Agung untuk menghasilkan pupuk organik sebanyak 10 ton/hari sedangkan kapasitas mesin yang dimiliki CV Timan Agung memiliki kemampuan menghasilkan pupuk organik sebesar 20 ton/perhari. Kendala tersebut menandakan karyawan CV Timan Agung belum mampu bekerja secara efektif sehingga pencapaian efisiensi sumber daya pada perusahaan tidak tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi non finansial terhadap produktivitas karyawan CV Timan Agung. Analisis data dimodelkan ke dalam model SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa software smartPLS.3.0. Variabel bebas dari penelitian ini adalah kompensasi finansial (X1) dan kompensasi non finansial (X2) serta untuk variabel terikat adalah produktivitas karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi finansialberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan CV Timan Agung. Variabel kompensasi non finansialberpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan CV Timan Agung. Berdasarkan nilai original sampelyang diperoleh dari hasil Boostraping variabel kompensasi non finansial mempunyai nilai lebih kecil, dibandingkan dengan kompensasi finansial. Saran untuk CV Timan Agung perlu membenahi kebijakan pemberian jaminan asuransi kesehatan, sehingga karyawan merasa puas dan produktivitas karyawan di CV Timan Agung meningkat.

Abstract

Potensial for Developing Ornamental Plant Bussiness in Petiga Village, Marga Sub-District, Tabanan Regency. The potential for developing ornamental plant businesses in Petiga Village is certainly highly expected for business actors and the surrounding community, in addition to obtaining optimal profits, it is also expected to open up employment opportunities for the surrounding community. This study aims to determine the potential for ornamental plant business development, the characteristics of business actors, the contribution of businesses to household income, and the attitude of business actors to the benefits of ornamental plants business. This research was conducted in Petiga Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency from June to August in 2021 with a total of 40 respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on the analysis, it shows that the age of business actors is at the productive level, dominated by male business actors, high school/vocational education level, more than 10 years of experience, the number of dependents in the family is between 3-5 people, land area is more than 10 acres, micro business category business scale, and allocation of personnel employment using labor inside and outside the family. The average income of the ornamental plant business in Petiga Village is Rp. 25,299,697/year. The contribution of ornamental plant business income to the household income of actors is 60,24%. Assessment of business actors' attitudes towards business benefits 75% of respondents are in the category of agree. So that makes the ornamental plant business has the potential to be developed.

Abstract

The Effect of Income, Household Consumption, Social Demographics on the Well-being of Rice Farming Families at Subak Jatiluwih, Desa Jatiluwih, Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan Farmers have a very important role in all activities in the agricultural sector, therefore farming families must have a prosperous life. There are several factors that affect well-being, namely social demographic characteristics, income, and household consumption. The purpose of this study is to 1) Analyze the influence of demographics on farmer's income 2) Analyze the influence of socio-demography on farmer household consumption 3) Analyze the effect of income on farmer household consumption 4) Analyze social influence on farmer's family well-being 5) Analyze the effect of income on well-being farming family 6) Analyze the effect of household consumption on the well-being of farming families. Collecting data using a closed questionnaire using descriptive analysis methods and SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed a significant effect on all relationship variables specified in the research objectives. Based on the results of the study, suggestions that can be given related to this research are that it is hoped that farmers can take advantage of the socio-demographic characteristics of the family in order to increase the income and well-being of the farmer's family, it is hoped that farmers can increase their income and allocate their income for useful things, and it is hoped that farmers can optimize household consumption and reduce consumption of things they feel are not really needed.

Abstract

The Financial Performance Analysis of Rural Cooperative of Ulun Tanjung, in Kerobokan, District Badung Regency, Bali Financial performance analysis was carried out to determine the financial performance of KUD Ulun Tanjung. The research objective was determine financial performance of KUD Ulun Tanjung in terms of liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratio, as well as to analyze the development of balance sheets and income statements in terms of trend and common size analysis. Data processed of the research were sourced from secondary data, financial statements of KUD Ulun Tanjung in 2017-2021 and also literature related to this research. The types of data used in this research are qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection is done by documentation, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis used ratio analysis, trend analysis, and common size. The results of the research show that the financial performance of KUD Ulun Tanjung is in a condition that tends to decline during the Covid-19 pandemic. The trend analysis of KUD Ulun Tanjung tends to experience a declining percentage during the Covid-19 pandemic. The common size also experiences a percentage that tends to decrease during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, KUD Ulun Tanjung needs to reduce the amount of debt and receivables and maximize its own capital, income, and use of assets to stabilize its financial performance.

Abstract

Social, Economic, and Environmental Aspects in Subak Sembung as Ecotourism, Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar District, Bali Bali is part of the Indonesian territory that relies on the agricultural sector to meet the needs of the community as well as to support its tourism activities. Subak Sembung has been conserved and inaugurated as an ecotourism site in 2014 by the Denpasar City Government. Currently, Subak Sembung has 103 hectares of land and it has the largest green land in the city center, then known as the lungs of Denpasar City. This research is conducted with the aim of analyzing the social, economic, and environmental aspects in Subak Sembung as ecotourism in Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar District, Bali. The sample size is 35 people and generated by using simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is the descriptive qualitative analysis. The results shows that Subak Sembung as ecotourism in terms of social aspects measured from three indicators, namely the high level of knowledge of farmers about ecotourism, positive responses of farmers to ecotourism, and high skills of farmers in farming. The economic aspect measured in terms of economic benefits is relatively high, and the environmental aspect can be said to be good in terms of natural resource conservation is fairly high and facilities in the form of counseling and coaching are carried out quite often.

Abstract

The Effectiveness Of Organizational Communication In Its Relations By Optimizing The Subak Function (Case In Subak Munggu, Cempaga Village, Bangli District). Agriculture in Bali is closely related to the existence of Subak which has been known since 1071 AD as one of the three main pillars supporting Bali's fame. Subak is a Balinese cultural heritage which plays a very important role in the development of agricultural development in Bali, by applying the Tri Hita Karana (THK) philosophy, the three causes of happiness, namely the existence of a harmonious relationship between humans and God, humans and fellow humans, and humans and nature. Subak is declared as a farmer-based irrigation system and an independent institution (self-governed irrigation institution). Based on Bali Province Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2012, Subak is a traditional organization of indigenous communities in Bali in the field of water and plant use that is socio-agrarian, religious and economic at the farming level. According to Windia (2010), daily Subak activities include spiritual activities related to various religious ceremonies, mutual cooperation activities of Subak organizations regulated in customary regulations (awig-awig), management of irrigation systems with a proportional concept, regarding lending water to each other. , and others. These subak activities or activities are related to the five functions of subak as an irrigation system, namely (1) carrying out religious ceremonies, (2) sharing and distributing irrigation water, (3) management or mobilization of farmer resources, (4) maintenance of irrigation canals, and ( 5) conflict handling or management.

Abstract

Analysis of the Influence of Market Segmentation on The Decision to Purchase Organic Red Rice in Tiara Dewata Supermarkets. Market segmentation is basically a way to differentiate the market according to several characters from customers. With the existence of market segmentation in accordance with the diversity of consumer needs in making purchasing decisions, the company will be able to satisfy its consumers. This study aims to This study aims to 1) Analyze the influence of geographical segmentation on the purchasing decision of organic red rice at Tiara Dewata Supermarket 2) Analyze the influence of demographic segmentation on the purchasing decision of organic red rice at Tiara Dewata Supermarket 3) Analyze the influence of psychographic segmentation on the purchasing decision of organic red rice at Tiara Dewata Supermarket 4) Analyze the influence of behavioral segmentation on the purchasing decision of organic red rice at Tiara Dewata Supermarket. The data collection methods in this study are interviews, documentation, and literature studies and use research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is to use the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. Hypothesis test results explain that segmentation variables Geographical, Demographic Segmentation, Psychographic Segmentation and Segmentation Behavior partially had a significant effect with t-count values of 2,603, 1,998, 2,790, 3,474 > t-table values of 1,96 and significance levels of respectively, 0,010, 0,046, 0,005, 0,001 < 0.05. The results of this study showed a significant influence on all variable relationships established in the study objectives. Based on the results of the study, the advice that can be given related to this research is that it is hoped that Tiara Dewata Supermarket can continue to expand its sales area in order to reach a wider market and promote consistently through social networks by offering or introducing organic red rice products that are marketed while providing a little overview of the benefits and quality of the product in order to build consumer confidence.

Abstract

Marketing Strategy Roasted Bean Arabica (Coffea Arabica) in Unit Usaha Pengolahan (UUP) Catur Paramitha, Catur Village, Kintamani District, Bali. Coffee is one of the most widely grown crops and is a product that is in great demand in Indonesia. The growth and development of coffee enthusiasts makes coffee a promising business with considerable profits. Catur Kintamani Village is a village located in Bangli Regency which is the center of Kintamani Arabica coffee plantation and processing. Marketing strategy is a combination of activities that are planned and implemented in accordance with company decisions. This study aims to identify and identify internal environmental factors and external environmental factors owned by the UUP. Catur Paramitha who then set an alternative marketing strategy for Kintamani Arabica roasted coffee beans. The results of the data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants consist of three internal informants who are in the UUP internal environment. Chess Paramitha and five informants are in the external environment. Analysis of the data used is the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, IE Matrix and SWOT Matrix. The results showed that there were four internal environmental factors, four strengths and four weaknesses. While the external environmental factors there are four opportunity factors and three threat factors. The results of the IFAS and EFAS matrix calculations show UUUP. Catur Paramitha in the IE matrix is in position II (growth and build) and the SWOT matrix is in Quadrant 1 (2.723: 3.134) which is an SO strategy in the SWOT diagram by maintaining product quality for market expansion and utilizing technology in the production business as well as expanding the marketing network of roasted beans, arabica coffee.

Abstract

The Influence of Price and Product Quality toward Society Purchasing Intention Internet Online on Organic Face Masks in Denpasar City. One of the organic agricultural products that can be processed into beauty products is a face mask. The number of companies that issue various types of products, makes consumers have many choices to buy organic face mask products. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of price and product quality toward society purchase intention internet online on organic face masks in Denpasar City. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM-PLS approach. The results of this study indicate that the price and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on people's online buying interest in organic face masks in Denpasar City. The price variable shows that price affordability is the highest parameter, this proves that organic face masks that are sold can be purchased by all groups. The product quality variable shows the highest durability parameter. The durability in this study is seen from the durability of the packaging, this proves that the packaging of organic face masks sold is good, durable, not easily damaged and dirty. Suggestions for online shop owners for organic face masks should pay attention and improve the quality of their products, such as the function of the organic face masks themselves so that purchase intention increases.
