Abstract

Realization of the Tertiary Irrigation Rehabilitation Aid To Subak (A Case of UPSUS PAJALE Program at Subak Margasengkala of Bedulu Village, Blahbatuh Sub-District, Gianyar Regency) Rehabilitation of the tertiary irrigation network is one of the assistance of the special effort program (UPSUS) to increase the rice-paddy, corn and soybean productions (PAJALE) in realizing food self-sufficiency for three years from 2015-2017. The study aims to determine the conditions of irrigation networks before and after obtaining aid, aid proposal procedures, and suitability between proposals of assistance with those received by Subak. The research was conducted in Subak Margasengkala, Bedulu Village, Blahbatuh Sub-District, Gianyar. The selection of the research location was done by purposive sampling. Respondents in the study were 37 people, consisting of 34 farmers, a chief of irrigation system of pekaseh, an agricultural extension agent, and a respondent of the Gianyar Regency Agriculture Office.The results showed that the condition of Subak Margasengkala irrigation network was damaged along 200 m. Procedures for obtaining the aid is by submission of requests for aid to the department of agriculture in the form of a proposal. The realization of the rehabilitation of tertiary irrigation networks in Subak Margasengkala was not in accordance with what had been proposed, the proposed irrigation network to be rehabilitated was along 200 m, with the required funding of Rp.103,000,000, but in its realization it was only for 116 m with funds received of 23 million Rupiahs.Based on the findings of the study, it is suggested to the government to continue to provide assistance until the Subak or irrigation organization is able to independently overcome the problem of irrigation network damage. In addition, the farmers should be willing and able to work together in self-help in order to independently overcome the problem of damage to the irrigation network.

Abstract

Marketing component of Herbal Tea Bukit Hexon at PT. Karya Pak OlesTokcer Denpasar Bali Marketing is a combination of four variables that are the core of the company'smarketing system, consisting of product, price, place/distribution channels, andpromotions. This study is aimed at identifying the components of marketing carriedout by PT. Karya Pak Oles Tokcer and the constraints faced in marketing theirproducts. The research location was selected by purposive sampling. Types of datacollected included primary and secondary data. Data were collected by observation,interview, and documentation study. Data were analyzed descriptively andqualitatively. Based onthe results of research known component of the marketingdone by PT. By Pak Oles lessening of the products that the company provides onetype of packing to look more attractive in the eyes of connsumers, this type of use thepacking box. The selling price of tea sold is determined based on a calculation of rawmaterial usage, labor, production, operating costs and other costs. Based on theplace/distribution channels, herbal tea Bukit Hexon marketed through directmarketing distribution channel and indirectly. Promotional products are madethrough direct marketing activities (sales counter), sales promotion (rebates andbonuses) and advertising (flyers, newspaper and radio from the company it self).Constraints facing the company consists of internal and external constraints. Internalconstraints in terms of the promotion are less effective. External constraints in termsof competitors’ similar products. Suggested the company should use the print media,better known by the public such as the Bali Post and electronic media such as ads ontelevision so that are building relationships with the community and having apromotion more aggressively by opening a special stand tea sales as practiced bycompanies other tea products.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of Employee Satisfaction on UD. Padma Sari The objective to be attained from this research is to find out the level of work satisfaction of employees of UD. Padma Sari working for more than three years and less than three years. The determination of the location is conducted by using purposive method, namely, a method which is intentionally conducted based on several considerations. The data analisis method applied is descriptive analysis method by using questionnaires measured with Likert Scale. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that satisfaction level of employees working for UD. Padma Sari is included in the category of Satisfied Enough for employees working for less than three years and more than three years, with achievement score of 64.35% for employees  working for more than three years and employees working for less than three years obtain the achievement score of 62.63%. Abstract

Contribution of Tangerine Farming Revenue in Relation with the Total Household Income of Farmers in the Tegalsari Village, Tegalsari District,Banyuwangi Regency Tangerine, or also known as jeruk keprok in Bahasa, is one of the many species of citrus fruit which has been widely cultivated in various regions in Indonesia. Although its market fluctuate from time to time, but the public interest in tangerine never disappeared.This study aims to determine the contribution of tangerine farming revenue in relation with the total household income of the farmers in the Komojoyo Farmer Group. The results of this research obtained that the average tangerine farming revenue is Rp 35,000,000 per year while the average of non-farming revenue is amounted to Rp. 8,761,304 per year. It proved that citrus farm revenue is greater than non-farm revenue. There are constraints faced by Komojoyo Farmer Group, namely, the aphid pest, the lack of guidance from agricultural counselor, and sales methods are still using the services of middlemen. It can be evidenced from the percentages obtained: the pest was 11%, guidance from agricultural counselor at 65%, and sales of middlemen by 24%. From these percentages, it can be seen that the biggest obstacle faced by Komojoyo farmer group is the lack of guidance from agricultural counselor.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance PT Wotraco Bali Raya (In terms of Balanced Scorecard) Balanced scorecard is a management system for companies to invest in the long termin order to achieve certain financial results that enable the development of a business organization rather than simply managing the bottom line to boost short-termresults. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of PT Wotraco Bali Raya viewed from four perspectives of balanced scorecard namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective of the year 2009 till 2011.The research was conducted in PT Wotraco Bali Raya which is housed in the 116 Tukad Pakerisan Denpasar. Types of data collected in clude quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and study documentation. The results showed the performance of PT Wotraco Bali Raya from 2009 till 2011 from a financial perspective gained an average of 169.87% current ratio, debt to total assets ratio of 203.14%, and the net profit margin of 22.12%. From the perspective of the customer, the customer growth rate obtained for 2.43%, and the rate of repeat customers and customer satisfaction is not still providea positive perception or satisfied. From the perspective of internal business process efficiency product order transaction completion time obtained an average of 1.29 MCE. From the perspective of learning and growth, the level of productivity of employeesearned an averageof Rp. 1,088,821.18, the retention rate of employeesearnan average of 3.33%, and the level of employee satisfaction providesa positive perception or satisfied. Based on this research,the authors suggestion is the need for companies rais edfunds, to maintain quality of service to customers, and maintaining the reservation service. Abstract

Partnership Mechanism of PIR-TRANS farmers and PT. Tania Selatan through a cooperative for Palm Oil Production in Tania Makmur Village,Lempuing Jaya Sub-district, OKI Regency, South Sumatera Province PIR-TRANS and PT. South Tania could make farmers feel aggrieved because of the lack of good management company, so the PIR-TRANS farmers need to know the mechanisms and constraints on partnership between farmers PIR-TRANS and PT. South Tania through cooperatives. Mechanisms of partnership can be seen from the rights and obligations of farmers and companies, as well as the role of relevant institutions and the constraints faced by companies and farmers. The data used in the form of qualitative data sourced from primary and secondary data. Methods of data collection in the form of in-depth interviews and documentation. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that mechanisms and constraints in the implementation of partnership is based on a written agreement between farmers of PIRTRANS and PT. Tania Selatan has been implemented quite well. Farmers' right to getseeds, development and marketing of crops. The right of the company is to get the harvest in accordance with the standards of the company. The farmer's obligation is to supply all crops according to the company standards. The company's obligation is to maintain the infrastructure. The certainty of roles between farmers and companies has been running optimally. The biggest obstacle faced by farmers and companies is the poor road infrastructure causing inhibition of transportation and harvesting process, especially in the rainy season, and poor management of the company to make farmers feel harmed at the beginning of cooperation done.

This study aims to determine the marketing mix done by. PT. Karya Pak Oles Tokcer and constraints faced in marketing their products. Locations were selected by purposive sampling. The types of data collected included primary data and sekunde. Data collected by the method of observation, in-depth interviews and documentary study. Data were analyzed by descriptive kualitatf. Based on the survey results revealed that the marketing mix done by. PT. Karya Pak Oles Tokcer the product is, the company provides two different types of packaging in marketing their products to make it look more attractive in the eyes of consumers. For this type of regular use plastic packaging for the type of packaging sacks Kampil use. Bokashi fertilizer selling prices are determined based on a calculation of marketed raw material, labor, production, operating costs and other costs. Based on place / distribution channel, my town Bokashi fertilizer marketed through direct marketing distribution channels and indirectly. Promotional products through direct marketing activities (counter sales), sales promotion (rebates and bonuses) and advertising (brochures, newspapers, and radio from the company itself). Constraints faced by the company consists of internal and external constraints. Internal constraints in terms of the promotion of a less effective. ABSTRACT Subak Role in Agricultural Activities Rice Rice Fields Subak as an organization that regulates the distribution of water in the rice is one of Bali's cultural heritage that has been recognized worldwide. Where existence is in dangered due to start behavioral changes manners subak.The purpose of this study was to determine the role of subak in rice farming activity seen from the five subak role. The approach taken in this study with descriptive qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews about the problems facing subak seen from the five subak role in rice farming activities. The results showed the role of subak in rice farming activities begin reduced. If this is going to endanger the continued existence of subak. There fore, it needs to be more participation of farmers to assist in ferforming subak rice farming activities. Subak role in the distribution and operation of Dalem Subak irrigation water, there is a problem due to lack of attention to soil conditions that cause distriubusi Dalem Subak irrigation water is not adequate for the needs of area farmers' fields.Subak role in the operation and maintenance of irrigation networks, the results of in-depth interviews with key informants. Abstract

The Analysis of Employee’s Job Satisfaction Rate in the PT Hatten Bali in Denpasar This research is aimed to acknowledge the employee’s work satisfaction rate in PT Hatten Bali to build a good result in this company. The method which used to collect the data was survey, observation, and interview. The total respondents were 113 employees who were streamlined by using Slovin Formula and reach 53 samples for eficiency. The samples were taken by purposive sampling. The analyzed data was qualitative descriptive.The result of the research according to the economy factor and social factor shows that the percentage rate of employee’s work satisfaction is satisfied. The percentage of economic factor and social factor based on questioner are 68,11% and 75,20%. The highest percentage according to the questioner is satisfaction to work environment by 82,19%. The achievement of the lowest percentage based on questioner is satisfaction to award distribution which reach 66,11% and will be followed by economic factor in satisfaction to salary and reward received by the employees reach 68,11%, satisfaction to the attitude of their superior reach 72,75%, satisfaction to their co-workers reach 76,60% and satisfaction to job itself reach 78,36%.

Abstract

Abstract Raw Material Control and Quality Control Effective to Support The Smooth Production Process at PT Alove Bali PT Alove Bali is one of the aloe vera  organic liquid fertilizer manufacturer in Bali. The development of  business competition makes PT Alove  Bali is more strict in achieving the aim of creating and retaining customers. To achieve this objective, PT Alove Bali must be able to produce qualified products in accordance with the needs and desires of consumers. This study aimed to analyze the raw materials and quality control of the organics liquid fertilizer on PT Alove Bali. The analysis was performed by processing the data of defective products of the organic liquid fertilizer using statistical process control (SPC) methods to p-control, cause-effect diagrams, and analyze the optimum total cost over quality. Based on this research, the companies prefer to conduct the inventory in the process, because it does not cause too big storage costs as if the companies do supply raw materials. Analysis of the quality control using the p-control, indicating that the organic liquid fertilizer is in a state of uncontrolled, since there are points that outside the control limit. Based on the analysis of cause-effect diagrams, there are four factors that cause damage to the organic liquid fertilizer that are raw materials, tools and machines, processes, and workforce. Based on analysis of the total cost of optimum quality, the optimum amount of tolerable damage are 89.715 liters, so the  total cost of optimum quality the company that should be done as much as Rp 1.327.489.411,39.
