Abstract

Financial Performance Analysis of Yoga Barista Agrotourism in SingapaduVillage, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency Agrotourism is one type of agribusiness business. All types of businesses need tomake financial reports. Yoga Barista Agrotourism is located in Singapadu Village,Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. This research discusses the financialperformance of Yoga Barista Agrotourism using financial ratio analysis anddiscriminant analysis (Z-score), as well as the constraints faced during the five yearsperiod from 2012 until 2016. The constraints faced by Yoga Barista Agrotourism werediscussed descriptive-qualitatively which included internal and external constraints. Theresults of this research were that the ratio analysis showed during the year 2012 until theyear 2016, Yoga Barista Agrotourism has a good financial performance. Atlman Zscoremodel analysis showed that in 2012 the Yoga Barista Agrotourism was categorizedinto a gray area and 2013 until 2016 was categorized into healthy category.Constraintsfaced in running the Yoga Barista Agrotourism were internal constraints such asconstraints of working hours and services and external constraints such as civet coffeeproduct supply, land conversion and tourist visit season. Yoga Barista Agrotourism couldimprove financial performance and business health by improving management andimproving business performance.

Abstract

Effect of Production Rate, Consumption, and Price to Coffee Imports into Indonesia This research aims to study the effect of coffee production, consumption, and price to import volume of Indonesian coffee from the year 1982 to 2017, whether simultaneous effect or partial effect. Coffee production variable (X1), coffee consumption (X2) and coffee price (X3) are independent variables in this study, with total import of Indonesian coffee (Y) as dependent variable. The study is descriptive, with quantitative approach. Data used in this study include data of Indonesian coffee volume import in the period of 1982 to 2017. Data source gathered from the Central Statistics Agency, and official website of the Agriculture Department. Data analysis used in this study is statistical analysis of multiple linear regression using SPSS. Production, consumption, and the price of coffee in Indonesia have significant effects toward Indonesia’s import of coffee. Coffee production has a significant negative effect on coffee imports. While coffee consumption and coffee price have significant positive effects on coffee import. Coffee consumption in Indonesia is a variable which has a dominant effect towards coffee import. Based on various analysis above, it is recommended for the government to increase domestic coffee production by increasing land productivity, using superior variety, strengthening farmer’s institutional system, as well as improving domestic price policy of coffee.

Abstract

Marketing Plan of Tuna Tofu at Micro Enterprise Nabilla Makmur in Pacitan, Eats Java This study aimed to know the marketing plan of tuna tofu micro business of NabillaMakmur in 2017 as a new pioneered business unit and having a bright salesprospect.. The data analysis used Smart Business Plan 8.0 program consisting ofmarketing plan variables. The company did not implement the target in sales, butwithin one month the company was able to produce up to 1,500 packs per month.Based on the results of internal and external factors analysis by maximizing thestrength and exploiting the existing opportunities and minimizing the weaknessesand threats from outside by improving the quality of tuna tofu products and servicesto consumers, looking for new potential supplier areas, promotion through internetand mass media and additional personnel as company sales, and cooperation with giftshop around Pacitan.The strategy adopted by the company was a marketing mixstrategy which consists of product strategy using packaging system using vacuumplastic, pricing strategy based on competitor price, and cost of principle sale price indetermining selling price of tuna tofu, company distribution strategy through localsales in Pacitan city and sales in out of Pacitan city covering some big cities inIndonesia, company promotion strategy with good company name and through socialmedia.

Abstract

The Analysis the Factors that Determinate Employee’s Job Satisfaction and Loyalty (The Case at Company’s Coffee by Golden Kirrin International, Badung Regency) This research aims to analyze the factors that determine the job satisfaction and employee loyalty in PT Golden Kirrin International. The research was conducted in the agro-tourism company PT Golden Kirrin International, Badung Regency, Bali Province, with 109 respondents interviewed. The data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis using SPSS. The results showed that job satisfaction and loyalty of employees of PT Golden Kirrin International supported by three factors, namely: social factor with the indicators are: motivation, the attitude of the leadership relationship led to the employee, employee relations with employees, work space, and punishment. Salary/wage factor with the indicators are: salaries/wages, allowance (Tunjangan Hari Raya), bonuses, job description, holidays, and reward. Work assurance factor with the indicators are: job security and safety assurance. The result of the assessment employee loyalty was analyzed from three indicators showed an excellent result, employees are very satisfied with company’s and employee’s performance and employees are very loyal to the company PT Golden Kirrin Internasional. The advice that can be given on the result of this study to PT Golden Kirrin International is that the leadership of PT Golden Kirrin International must maintain the level of satisfaction and loyalty of its employees, especially in the social and salary/wage factors. Because these factors are very significant impact on the achievements that have been set by the company. As for, the work assurance factor corporate leaders still have to pay attention, because this factor supports the creation of the welfare of the employees working.

Abstract

AbstractFeasibility of Livestock Pigs at UD Sindi Mandiri Bongan Village, Tabanan DistrictOne of the sub sector of agriculture is contained in sub-farms. Pigs become one of the most popular animals to be developed in several regions in Indonesia, especially Bali. One pig farm in the province of Bali, located in Tabanan and is located in the center of Tabanan the pig breeding business in UD Sindi Mandiri located at Bongan village, District of Tabanan, Bali. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the feasibility of financial, non-financial, and constraints - constraints faced by businesses pigs. Pigs effort financially viable if the review of the value frombreak even point, payback period, net present value, net benefit/cost ratio, gross benefit/cost rati , internal rate of return and sensitivity analysis. The non financial businesses pigs feasible if viewed from the technical aspects, marketing aspects, management aspects, legal/law aspects and environmental aspects. While constraints- constraints faced have been overcome by the breeder. Pig breeders need to develop marketing strategies, technology infrastructure in order to be efficient production, increased quality and production can be increased.

Abstract

Kuta Mimba KSU is aimed at people from three regions both bound by adat, dinas, and migrants. The problems that occurred regarding the performance of employees at Kuta Mimba KSU were a concern in this study. Because employee performance is very important in order to support and create cooperative progress. Factors in work discipline, motivation as a factor which is assumedto determine employee work performance at Kuta Mimba KSU. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivational factors on employee performance at the Kuta Mimba Multipurpose Cooperative and to determine the effect of work discipline factors on employee performance at the Kuta Mimba Multipurpose Cooperative. This research took place at the Kuta Mimba Multipurpose Cooperative, hereinafter referred to as KSU Kuta. The population in this study was 90 employees of Kuta Mimba Multipurpose Cooperative, Kuta, Badung and the number of respondents used was 90 people using the census method. Data analysis used Mann Whitney non parametric test. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that there was a significant effect between motivation and work discipline on employee performance, and U value in Mann Whitney non parametric test. There was a partial positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance at the Kuta Mimba Multipurpose Cooperative, and there was a partial positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at the Kuta Mimba Multipurpose Cooperative and there was a simultaneous positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Kuta Mimba Multipurpose Cooperative. The management in the Kuta Mimba Multipurpose Cooperative should further improve the quality of employee motivation and discipline, because employee motivation and discipline would affect employee performance and pay attention to work discipline given to employees so that work discipline looks fair to all employees, because work discipline affects employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract Value Added and Feasibility of Business Processing Arabica Coffee on Productive Business Unit Ulian Murni Bangli Regency Ulian Murni Productive Business Unit is Arabica coffee processing business that had been generated value added and obtained the assistance of investment by Department of Estate Crops Bali Province such as processing facilities, and credit. This study aimed to analyze the value added, financial feasibility, and business obstacles in Ulian Murni Productive Business Unit. Value added was calculated by Hayami method, and financial feasibility was analyzed by investment criteria. The results show that value added of raw materials are Rp 2,548.16/kg from HS coffee processing, Rp 2,429.06/kg from 250 grams packaging of coffee powder and Rp 1,032.22/kg from 200 grams packaging. Based on investment criteria, Ulian Murni was financially feasible with Rp 3,324,980,784.49 of Net Present Value; of Internal Rate of Return equals to 36.81%; Net Benefit Cost Ratio of 3.25; and Payback Period at 5.62 years. The results of sensitivity analysis show that the business is prone toboth on product prices decrease by 16.10% and operating costs increased by 20.20%. Business obstacles faced by Ulian Murni were the length of sunlight for coffee processing, lack of product promotion, and limited of human resources for coffee powder processing. Abstract

Relationship Between Marketing Mix and Customer Satisfaction of Cau Chocolates in Marga Village, Tabanan Regency This study aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction seen from the marketingmix indicators and determine the effect of marketing mix indicators on customersatisfaction of Cau Chocolates in Marga Village, Tabanan Regency. This study usesdescriptive qualitative and quantitative methods with a total sample of 80 CauChocolates consumers determined using the purposive sampling method. The dataanalysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showedthat the level of customer satisfaction Cau Chocolate produced a score of 3.63 whichwas included in the category of satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of analysis usingSEM analysis produce, (1) product indicators positively and significantly influenceconsumer satisfaction, (2) price indicators positively and significantly influenceconsumer satisfaction, (3) place indicators positively and significantly influencesatisfaction consumers, and (4) promotion indicators have a positive and significanteffect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Economic Benefits of Organic Certification on Cashew Farming in the Dukuh Village, Kubu Sub-District of Karangasem Regency Demand for organic cashew nuts in the international market is very high. The existence of organic certificate gives positive impact for cashew farmers, especially in increasing the selling price. Subak Abian Buana Kusuma is one of subak abian in Karangasem regency which conducts certified organic farming from certification institution of International Institute for Marketecology (IMO) Switzerland. Organic cashew certification is done by international certification agency IMO (Institute for Marketecology) Switzerland with the support of PT. PMA (Profil Mitra Abadi) and Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Karangasem to Subak Abian Buana Kusuma which is technically certified by ICS (Internal Control System). Revenue per hectare of certified organic farmers is Rp. 28,111,004,74 and non-organic farmers is Rp. 12,560,166.20, with a percentage of 119% greater income per hectare of organic farmers while the income per kg of organic farmers is Rp. 21,238.16 and non-organic farmers is Rp. 11,721.14 / kg with a percentage of 81% larger per kilogram of organic farmers. Premium price received by farmers is Rp.9000,00 with the cost of certification per kg is Rp. 163.00. Organic premium received by farmers is Rp. 9,517,02 / kg. The RC ratio of Subak Abian Buana Kusuma and Pandan Sari were 4.69 and 2.87 respectively, and the Profit Rate was 369% and 187%, compared to 5% for 5% said to be very worthy to be cultivated. The value of t arithmetic> t table (2.34> 2.05), means that the income per hectare of organic cashew farms is greater than non-organic cashew nut production.

Abstract

Pumpkin Marketing Channel Saluran at the Setia Makmur Farmer's Group inAntapan Village, Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency Increased production results without the support of good marketing channels will cause obstacles to producers (farmers) so the chayote farmers in the village of Antapan form a farmer group. The Setia Makmur Farmer Group in Antapan Village markets its products in several marketing institutions that finally reach the end consumer. To be able to find out which marketing channels provide the best benefits for this farmer group, it is necessary to conduct research on the marketing channels of chayote applied by the Setia Makmur Farmer Group, Antapan Village, Baturiti Sub-District, Tabanan Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the pattern of chayote marketing channels and how much profit, costs, and marketing margins of the Farmers Group of SetiaMakmur. The method used for determining the sample in this study is the snowball sampling method. The results showed that the chayote marketing channel pattern in the Setia Makmur Farmer Group consisted of three patterns, consisting of (I) farmers - collectors / middlemen - retailers - consumers, (II) farmers - retailers - consumers and (III) farmers - consumers. The pattern of the first marketing channel shows that the costs, profits and margins of the collectors / middlemen for class A chayote is the most profitable because of its best quality compared to class B and C chayote, then the cost of a class A chayote is Rp. 13,160, profit is Rp 3,040 and margin of IDR 25,400. The second marketing channel pattern, namely costs, profits and margins for retailers for class A costs Rp 4,500, profits Rp 1,900, margins Rp 6,400 where in the second channel pattern, retailers sell directly to consumers. The pattern of the third marketing channel does not cost anything because the farmer sells them directly to consumers without an intermediary institution, this shows that the margin on the third marketing channel is zero.
