Abstract

The Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth and Agrotourism Product Attribute on Visiting Intention and Visiting Decision to The Blooms Garden in Tabanan Regency. Electronic word of mouth and agrotourism product attribute are some factors that can influence tourist’s visiting intention and visiting decision. This study aims to 1) Analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth on visiting intention 2) Analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth on visiting decision 3) Analyze the influence of agrotourism product attribute on visiting intention 4) Analyze the influence of agrotourism product attribute on visiting decision 5) Analyze the influence of visit intention on visiting decision. Data collection method used are interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The research instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used are descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The result of this study shows that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on visiting intention, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on visiting decision, agrotourism product attribute has a positive and significant influence on visiting intention, agrotourism product attribute has a positive and significant influence on visiting decision, and visiting intention has a positive and significant influence on visiting decision. The suggestion in this study is that the management of The Blooms Garden should increase the quality of content and information on social media and always maintain the facilities and tourist atrraction to increase visiting intention and tourist’s visiting decision.

Abstract

Comparison of Farming Income Rice and Chili – Tobacco in Subak Gde Sukawati Gianyar The sustainability or resilience of Subak appears to be under threat due to the rapid development of Bali tourism which has brought many changes in various aspects of Balinese life. Apart from the lack of interest among rural Balinese youth to work as farmers, another source of threat to the existence of subak is the rapid conversion of irrigated rice fields to uses other than agriculture. It seems that there are no definite figures regarding the area of ??rice fields that still exist today. However, sufficient information shows that in a period of 20 years around 15,000 ha of rice fields were lost because they were used for non-agricultural purposes. If the rice fields run out, the various benefits (multi-functional benefits) that can be achieved from the function of rice fields so far will disappear. The urgency of this research is to further understand decision making in situations of contradiction between the goal of maximizing income in one-crop farming and minimizing risk in farming with two crops on one paddy field. So it is deemed necessary to carry out this research regarding the sustainability of Subak in the future. The T test or T test is a statistical test used to test the truth or falsity of the null hypothesis which states that between two sample means taken randomly from the same population, there is no significant difference. From the results of the F table and T table, there are significant differences in the income from rice-chili and tobacco farming.

Abstract

Manajemen usaha pembibitan di Desa Sudaji diharapkan mampu menjadi acuan dalam menjalani bisnis dibidang pertanian. Usaha pembibitan tersebut memiliki dampak positif bagi pelaku usaha dan masyarakat sekitar selain untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang optimal juga mampu membuka lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen usaha pembibitan tanaman melalui karakteristik usaha, penggunaan faktor produksi, alokasi tenaga kerja serta analisis pendapatan usaha untuk melihat keuntungan usaha pembibitan yang dijalani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sudaji, Kecamatan Sawan, Kabupaten Buleleng pada bulan November 2022 sampai Januari 2023 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak delapan usaha pembibitan di Desa Sudaji. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis karakteristik usaha pembibitan tanaman di Desa Sudaji menunjukkan bahwa usaha tersebut termasuk dalam kategori usaha mikro berdasarkan nilai omset usaha, kepemilikan lahan, jumlah tenaga kerja sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Kemudahan, Pelindungan, dan Pemberdayaan Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (PP UMKM). Alokasi tenaga kerja usaha pembibitan tanaman di Desa Sudaji, Kabupaten Buleleng memanfaatkan mayoritas tenaga kerja lokal yang berasal dari Desa Sudaji maupun Desa Suwug. Saran untuk pengusaha pembibitan adalah meningkatkan promosi dan pemasaran melalui market digital serta petani diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan pengalaman yang sudah mumpuni agar dapat menanggulangi perkembangan hama dan penyakit dengan mulai mengarahkan pada pertanian organik maupun pertanian ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the right strategy for business development of the Bunga Melati Women's Farming Group (WFG) in Bangli Regency. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, documentation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The respondents in this research were all members of the Jasmine Flower Farming Women's Group, totaling 28 people. The data analysis used in this research is internal and external environmental analysis. The research results show that Bunga Melati WFG has a total IFAS score of 2.87, and an IFAS score of 2.87. The alternative strategy produced by Bunga Melati WFG is 1. Utilizing product diversity and superior quality to expand the scope of product promotion and branding. 2. Study new technological developments to improve efficiency and product quality. 3. Improving the quality of human resources through training and education programs to understand business administration management and also online marketing supported by new technology. 4. Strategy for using digital technology to increase product promotion and branding. 5. Improve product quality to face tight competition and high consumer bargaining power. 6. Product quality-based differentiation strategy by controlling product costs to increase consumer purchasing power. 7. Strategy for understanding customer needs in order to improve product quality. 8. Strategy for developing human resources and increasing competitiveness amidst intense competition and high consumer bargaining positions.
