Abstract

Agrowisata Taman Edelweis merupakan agrowisata unggulan yang dikembangkan sebagai DTW di Kabupaten Karangasem. Meskipun popularitasnya semakin meningkat, pengetahuan mengenai pengaruh atribut DTW dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan dan niat berkunjung kembali wisatawatan selama pandemi COVID-19 masih terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (a) menganalisis pengaruh atribut DTW agrowisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung; (b) menganalisis pengaruh atribut DTW agrowisata terhadap niat kunjungan kembali; (c) menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan agrowisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung; (d) menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan agrowisata terhadap niat kunjungan kembali; (e) menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung agrowisata terhadap niat kunjungan kembali wisatawan di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Mengingat sejumlah keterbatasan, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling, dengan pemilihan 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) atribut DTW agrowisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung; (b) atribut DTW agrowisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali; (c) kualitas pelayanan agrowisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung; (d) kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan, (e) kepuasan pengunjung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel niat berkunjung kembali, namun variabel kepercayaan merupakan variabel moderasi yang bersifat lemah terhadap variabel kepuasan pengunjung dan niat berkunjung kembali. Dengan demikian disarankan agar mempertahankan atribut DTW, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, memberikan perhatian kepada kepuasan wisatawan. Melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut seperti menganalisis pengaruh citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan dan niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dampak pariwisata terhadap solidaritas sosial masyarakat adat di Ubud. Analisis sosiologi diaplikasikan pada dua tipe masyarakat adat: Subak Padangtegal dan Desa Adat Junjungan. Enam puluh responden dipilih secara purposive untuk menilai dampak pariwisata terhadap enam variable solidaritas sosial melalui depth-interview dipadukan dengan participant-observation, yaitu: (1) rasa saling memiliki atau simpati sebagai sebuah komunitas, (2) kemauan dan kesediaan untuk berkorban kepada anggota komunitasnya, (3) kekhawatiran, kecemasan, dan tekanan dalam komunitas, (4) tanggung jawab moral, (5) persahabatan dan persaudaraan dalam komunitas, dan (6) keramahtamahan, tatakrama dalam komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di secara umum baik di Subak Padangtegal dan Desa Adat Junjungan pariwisata berdampak positif terhadap solidaritas sosial dengan pengecualian dampak negatif pada variable tekanan dalam komunitas dan pada Subak Padangtegal ditemukan pada variabel tanggung jawab moral. Kata Kunci: Dampak Pariwisata, Solidaritas Sosial, Masyarakat Adat, Subak, Desa Adat, Bali. ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to examine tourism impact on social solidarity in Ubud customary communities. Sociological analysis is grounded on two types of customary communities: Subak Padangtegal and Desa Adat Junjungan. Sixty respondents were chosen to assess six social solidarity variables through depth-interview combined with participant observation methods as follows: (1) feelings of belonging together or sympathy as a community, (2) feelings of altruism to community members, (3) community distress, (4) moral obligation, (5) friendship, and (6) politeness and courtesy of people in the village. Research finding shows that, in general, both in Subak Padangtegal and Desa Adat Junjungan, tourism influenced social solidarity in positive ways with some exceptions were found on community distress variable and in Subak Padangtegal was also on moral obligation variable. Abstract

Tourism development can be seen from two strategic development approaches, one of them is the aspect of market driven. This research is aimed 1) To identify the factors that influence the tourists’ satisfaction who have visited the Kuta Beach Lombok; 2) To analyze the relationship between tourists’ importance level and performance of tourism destination elements of Kuta Beach Lombok; 3) To determine the development priority based on tourists’ satisfaction on the performance of tourism destination elements of Kuta Beach Lombok. This research is based on quantitative method that are factor analysis and Important Performance Analysis. Sample determination in this research used purposive sampling. The number of sampel for factor analysis is 165 and 30 samples for Important Performance analysis of foreign tourists’ who have visited Kuta Beach Lombok. Data in this research were gathered by questionnaire. Factor analysis showed eight factors that affected the tourists’ satisfaction who have visited Kuta Beach Lombok that are accomodation, hospitality, transportation, public facilities, infrastructure, tourism facility, safety and price. Importance Performance analysis showed the suitability level of importance and performance of tourism destination elements of Kuta Beach Lombok have satisfied the foreign tourists. The development strategy is increasing the bad performance of tourism destination elements in quandran I and maintaining the good performance of tourism destination elements in quandran II based on the result of caretesian quandrant. Abstract

The poor promotion strategies of Borobudur caused the low international tourists’ arrival. Therefore, this study aimed to develop promotion strategies for the Borobudur world cultural heritage site as a tourist attraction for foreign tourists. Respondents were selected by accidental sampling of 50 tourists combined with FGD of local tourism stakeholders. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method and SWOT analysis. The results showed that: (1) Strategy SO can be reached by public relations by making online publicity and using endorser to reach international coverage, (2) Strategy WO achieved through the financial support for advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, and direct marketing ( 3) Strategies ST approached with the digital promotion supported by strong branding and assisted personal selling and direct marketing, and (d) Strategies WT by promoting Borobudur market in Asia, America, and especially Australia through increasing frequency of sales promotio.n and direct marketing supported by advertising to the target market.

Abstract

Impact of Cashew Industry (CV. Mente Bali Sejahtera) on Socio Economic Conditions of Cashew Farmers in Ban Village, Kubu District, Karangasem Regency. The existence of cashew industry (CV. Mente Bali Sejahtera) in Ban Village has slowly raised the social economic status of the community, especially farmers and alleviated poverty in Ban Village. Ban village is a dry area with clean water being very difficult to obtain. Such natural conditions make the people here work as cashew farmers. The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of the cashew industry (CV. Mente Bali Sejahtera) on the socio-economic conditions of cashew farmers in Ban Village. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative using a before after approach, research instruments in the form of interview guidelines and questionnaires. The results showed that the impact of the cashew industry (CV. Mente Bali Sejahtera) on the economic conditions of farmers in Ban Village was an increase in income from before. Increased income has an impact on the ability of farmers to improve housing conditions so that they become more feasible and comfortable, and are able to create business opportunities so that they can provide other financial benefits. The impact of industry on social conditions shows that social interaction remains well established but there is a decrease in the intensity of meeting within the family because more interactions are carried out at night after work. The fulfillment of consumption and ownership of living facilities in the household has increased and the knowledge and skills of farmers are increasing. Suggestions that can be given are for farmers to pay more attention to their agriculture so that they can produce superior quality cashew nuts and the industry to pay attention to the comfort of the community to avoid conflicts.

Abstract

Ecotourism in Banyuwedang Bay Bali is run with community-based principles (CBE). The local community is the determining entity to the extent that the implementation of CBE affects the attributes and services provided to visitors, thereby determining visitor satisfaction. The aims of this study are: (a) to analyze the level of CBE implementation, and (b) to analyze the effect of ecotourism attributes and services on visitor satisfaction. The results showed that the level of CBE implementation in Banyuwedang Bay was classified as fully implemented and very good. Full business ownership by the local community who simultaneously manages all activities in ecotourism independently. There is a significant influence of the attributes and quality of ecotourism services on visitor satisfaction. The findings of this study should dispel skepticism about the inability of local communities to manage ecotourism. It is recommended that the government provides trust and authority as well as adequate assistance to local communities in developing similar ecotourism independently and in mutual cooperation. The assistance needed is related to ecotourism management training and service quality management to visitors, considering that both have a significant effect in shaping visitor satisfaction. This research has a limited scope of study area, so to obtain a more general conclusion, a wider scope of research is needed on several community-based ecotourism destinations throughout the Bali region. Abstract

Salah satu tujuan wisata alternatif di Kota Tomohon adalah agrowisata di Kabupaten Rurukan dan Rurukan I, Kecamatan Tomohon Timur, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Agrowisata memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan karena lokasi yang strategis, lokasi berada di dataran tinggi dengan pemandangan yang indah, mereka memiliki beberapa kegiatan hortikultura, serta keanekaragaman budaya yang telah menjadi daya tarik wisata yang hebat. Informan penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling yang didasarkan pada beberapa kriteria yang ditentukan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi utama pengembangan agrowisata berbasis masyarakat di Kabupaten Rurukan dan Rurukan I adalah aspek daya tarik, termasuk pusat pengembangan hortikultura, pertanian dan budaya daerah, produk pertanian olahan makanan dan minuman, lokasi wisata, seni tradisional, dan pertunjukan seni . Hasil matriks SWOT menunjukkan beberapa alternatif strategi, termasuk pertanian dan pengembangan budaya lokal dan konservasi; promosi kawasan agrowisata; pemeliharaan kenyamanan dan keamanan di area tersebut; perluasan agrowisata; pengembangan agrowisata dan pelatihan keterampilan; peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas di lokasi agrowisata; dan juga peningkatan keterampilan sumber daya manusia. Strategi prioritas berdasarkan analisis QSPM adalah pengembangan dan konservasi budaya dan budaya lokal. Masyarakat, dalam hal ini petani, dan pemerintah daerah harus dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang potensi agrowisata untuk dapat meminimalkan kelemahan dan ancaman yang ada. Berdasarkan studi tersebut, rekomendasi termasuk konservasi pada budaya pertanian, adat istiadat tradisional dan budaya daerah, membuat dan melaksanakan kegiatan agrowisata, juga masyarakat dan pemerintah harus mempersiapkan diri sebagai pemain agrowisata yang terampil dan inovatif.

Abstract

The Analysis of Agrotourism Development Potential in Batan Wani Subak (irrigation system), Sading Village, Mengwi, Badung Regency Agrotourism is defined as a combination of agriculture and tourism. The potential of rice fields in Batan Wani Subak (irrigation system) can be applied as an opportunity to develop agritourism, yet there are conditions that need to be filled, namely the 4A aspects such as attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary. The aims of this study were to identify the potential in Subak Batan Wani in developing Agrotourism also strategies in developing its Agrotourism. The data was analyzed by descriptive-qualitative method and SWOT analysis. Based on the research results, the potential in the Subak Batan Wani that can be developed as agrotourism includes, there are accessibility (affordability), amenity (facilities and infrastructure) travel agents also attractions (attractions) culture, agrarian and natural tourist attractions in the form of air in the cool and beautiful Subak area which is the strengths and weaknesses that there is no unique agricultural activity. The opportunity factor for the Kereban Langit Temple tourist attraction and the mepeed tradition (walking and in hand) in the village, while the threat factor that must be anticipated was the occurrence of tourist density. An alternative strategy that can be employed is the S – O strategy, namely promoting through social media such as Instagram, Facebook related to the location of Batan Wani subak and utilizing the tracking on Subak, providing shops, washing hands, checking body temperature considering to the current Covid-19 pandemic, and forming a tourism agency.Suggestions are needed for the further development namely by making unique and distinctive attractions, in example making photo spots. Support from other parties in the development of Agrotourism in Batan Wani subak, especially the government agencies.
