Abstract

Balee Juang Museum is a Dutch colonial heritage building located in Kota Langsa District, Aceh Province. This building was built by the Dutch and became one of the historical buildings. The building has undergone a change of use since the 1920s until now. The purpose of this study is to measure and compile digital documentation in the form of Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and 3D modeling. This study applies a hybrid method between analog and digital by applying technology according to the target data based on guidelines from the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS). The observations are presented in the form of informative and measurable descriptive digital documents regarding the Balee Juang Building in Langsa City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of the vision of XYZ University. The factors studied are democratic leadership, competence, and motivation. This research is important to understand how these factors contribute to the success of educational institutions in achieving the set vision. The research method used was survey research using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents in this study were staff and lecturers at XYZ University. The collected data were analyzed using regression techniques to identify the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the attainment of the vision of XYZ University. Democratic leadership that involves the active participation of all members of the university, strong competence of staff and lecturers, as well as high motivation to achieve a shared vision, are important factors in achieving the university's strategic goals. The implications of this research are the importance of building democratic leadership, increasing individual competency through training and development, and fostering high motivation among staff and lecturers. In the university context, these factors can become the basis for achieving the set vision, enhancing the university's reputation, and creating a quality academic environment.

Abstract

The number of people who have died from COVID-19 has also continued to increase, as has the number of people infected with the Corona virus (Covid-19). Until May 2021, which coincides with the Eid al-Fitr 1442 H, which is the custom of the people of Jakarta, to go home to stay in touch with family in the area. At that time, Jakarta was still in the red zone due to the spike in the spread of Covid-19 cases. The state, in this case the Government, must be present to protect its people, both those infected with COVID-19 and so that they are not infected with Covid-19. This protection is in the form of the issuance of a regulation in the form of a Covid-19 Handling Task Force Circular Number 13 of 2021 concerning the Elimination of Homecoming for Eid Al-Fitri in 1442 Hijri and efforts to control the spread of Covid-19 during the holy month of Ramadan 1442 Hijri to change the ignorance of the people towards the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach by prioritizing secondary data, to find out the background of the issuance of the telemudik policy. The conclusion drawn from this literature research is that the background behind the birth of the telemudik policy is the ignorance of the community towards the covid pandemic itself. The right solution for carrying out homecoming during the Covid-19 pandemic is telemudik not to reduce the essence of friendship and sharing and prepare the community for the New Normal. in the midst of the Corona pandemic.

Abstract

The world of education, in this case universities, can be seen as service providers, while students are seen as service users. Students are the most important element for educational institutions, listening to whether the services provided are in accordance with their expectations. Education payment services or what is often referred to as SPP/BPP are financial transactions or payments made by students with the aim of supporting educational development activities. The purpose of this researchis to assist tertiary institutions in improving the quality-of-service quality by analyzing the priority of improvements that must be carried out immediately along with the corrective steps. Based on theresearch results, it is known that the proposed service system specifications for tertiary institutions are in accordance with the needs of students. some of the attributes proposed are(1) Payment procedures, (2) The concept of payment with experience benefits, (3) Service systems, and (4) Service response.

Abstract

Strategic leadership and strategic theory are two fundamental pillars in the management of modern organizations, particularly amidst the increasing complexity of the global environment. This study aims to explore and synthesize the relationship between strategic theory and strategic leadership practices through a comprehensive literature review. A qualitative, systematic approach was employed to analyze fifteen relevant national and international scholarly articles, selected based on inclusion criteria such as topic relevance, methodological rigor, and publication recency (2020–2025). Findings reveal that the success of organizational strategy is closely linked to the quality of leadership in navigating both external and internal dynamics. Adaptive strategies such as strategic imitation and redeployment require leaders who are analytically sharp and agile in decision-making. Furthermore, leadership styles such as transformational, servant, and authentic leadership significantly contribute to improved organizational performance, employee engagement, and the fostering of innovative cultures. The personal values of leaders, digital competencies, and the ability to interpret socio-political dynamics also emerge as key factors in effective strategy execution. This review provides theoretical contributions to the understanding of how leadership and strategy co-evolve and offers practical insights for leadership development and organizational transformation. The study underscores the importance of interdisciplinary approaches in preparing future-ready, ethical, and innovation-driven strategic leaders.
