Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan service pendek backhand dengan net tetap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, (2) pengaruh pelatihan service pendek backhand dengan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan service pendek backhand dengan net tetap dan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura yang berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test–post-test design. Hasil penelitian (1) pelatihan net tetap berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand dengan thitung 8,872 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. (2) pelatihan net tinggi bertahap berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand thitung 11,103 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dan, (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan net tetap dan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, dengan signifikan sebesar 0,007. Pelatihan net tinggi bertahap (hasil rata-rata 22,39) berpengaruh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pelatihan net tetap (hasil rata-rata 14,89). Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan net tetap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service pendek backhand, (2) pelatihan net tinggi bertahap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service pendek backhand, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan net tetap dan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, pelatihan net tinggi bertahap lebih baik dibandingkan net tetap terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service pendek backhand. Kata Kunci : Service PendekBackhand, Net Tetap, Tinggi Bertahap This study destination to determine ( 1 ) the effect of short - service backhand with a net fixed to the accuracy of the backhand short service, ( 2 ) the backhand short service trainee effect with high net gradually to the accuracy of the backhand short service, ( 3 ) The difference between the effect of short - service traineebackhand to the net fixed and high gradually to the accuracy of the backhand short service. Subjects were boys extracurricular badminton in SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura totaling 36 people . This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design . The results of the study ( 1 ) the trainee effect on the accuracy of the net remains a backhand short service with t-test with significance 8.8720.000 t-test is less than α = 0.05, ( 2 ) high net trainee gradually affect the accuracy of the backhand short service account 11,103 with 0,000 t-test of significance is smaller than α = 0.05 and, ( 3 ) the difference between the net trainee remains high and net gradually to the accuracy to the backhand short servic, with significantly by 0.007. High net training stages (average yield of 22.39) effect is better than the fixed net trainee (average yield of 14.89. Based on data analysis and discussion is concluded that ( 1 ) the training effect on the increase in net fixed precision backhand short service, ( 2 ) high net training gradually affect the increased accuracy backhand short service, ( 3 ) there is a difference between training the net effect remains and high net gradually the accuracy backhand short service , high net training gradually better than net fixed to the increased accuracy backhand short service. keyword : Short Backhand Service, Net Fixed, High Gradually

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan shooting satu tangan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan shooting dua tangan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan shooting satu tangandan pelatihan shooting dua tangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Laboratorium Undiksha tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Data shooting diukur dengan tes tembakan (free throw). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan shooting satu tangan berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 10,06 >ttabel= 2,10 (2) pelatihan shooting dua tanganterhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 9,49 >ttabel= 2,10 (3) pelatihan pelatihan shooting satu tangan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan shooting dua tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 10,06>9,49. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting satu tangan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting dua tangan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan antara shooting satu tangan dan shooting dua tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting, dimana pelatihan shooting satu tangan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan shooting dua tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam bola basket.Kata Kunci : Shooting Satu Tangan Dan Shooting Dua Tangan. This research aim to to know ( 1) influence of training of shooting one hand, ( 2) influence of training of shooting two hand, ( 3) Difference of influence of training of shooting one tangandan training of shooting two hand. Research Subjek [is] extracurricular participant student [of] ball of basket SMP Laboratory of Undiksha year 2014 amounting to 20 people. data of Shooting measured with gunfire tes ( throw free). This research use experiment method with device of the design pre-test-post-test group modified. Data analysis use enumeration of statistic of uji-t ( t-test) [at] level of signifikansi 0,5%. Result of data analysis ( 1) training of shooting one hand have an effect on to accuracy of shooting, with result of thitung= 10,06 > ttabel= 2,10 ( 2) training of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting, with result of thitung= 9,49 > ttabel= 2,10 ( 3) training of training of shooting one hand give compared to better influence [of] training of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting, seen with result of mean 10,06>9,49. Please conclude that ( 1) there are influence of training of shooting one hand to make-up of accuracy of shooting, ( 2) there are influence of training of shooting two hand to make-up of accuracy of shooting, ( 3) there are difference of uplifting of skill [among/between] shooting one and hand of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting, where training of shooting one better hand from [at] training of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting in ball of basketkeyword : shooting one hand and shooting two hand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan loncat tali dua kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) perbedaan kecepatan tendangan depan antara kelompok loncat tali satu kaki dan dua kaki di tempat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kecepatan tendangan depan. Analisis Data dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini 1), pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference 1,500, 2) pelatihan loncat tali dua kaki di tempat berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference -1,500, 3) pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat memberikan pengaruh lebih baik daripada loncat tali dua kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference 1,500 Kata Kunci : kecepatan, tendangan, pelatihan, ekstrakurikuler This research have aims to know 1). The effect of skipping rope training one leg in place to speed front kick, 2). The effect of skipping rope training two legs in place to speed front kick, 3). The difference of speed front kick between group of skipping rope use one leg and two legs in the place. The subject of this research are the boy students that get extracurricular pencak silat in SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada 2014 with 24 students.This research use method experiment with program the modified group pre-test post-test designed. The test collection data use test of program speed front kick. The analysis data by anova one lane significance level ɑ = 0,05 with assistance SPSS 16,0. The results of this study are 1). The skipping rope training by one leg in place affected to speed front kick with mean difference 1,500, 2). The skipping rope training by two legs in place affected to speed front kick with mean difference -1,500, 3). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan antara kelompok perlakuan dot drill dan down the line drill. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 3 Gadungan berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kelincahan shuttle run. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 56,53 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 80,14 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill, dengan hasil thit = 5,37 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan down the line drill memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan dot drill = 9.41 < down the line drill = 8.60 Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan dot drill dan down the line drill, dimana pelatihan down the line drill lebih baik daripada pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Dot Drill, Down The Line Drill, Terhadap Peningkatan Kelincahan Bulutangkis This research’s aim is to know (1) the impact of dot drill training improvement agility, (2) the impact of down the line drill training to increase agility, (3) the difference between the improvement of agility to among dot drill agility and down the line drill agility in the way they do. The subject of the research is students who participate the extracculicular(Badminton) in junior high 3 Gadungan which the sum is 30 students. The research use the experimental methode which is designed by the modified group pre-test post test design. This accumulation data test uses the test of agility skills of shuttle run. The analysis of data use calculation with uji-t independent at significance level of analyzing with (α) 0,05, with the SPSS 16,0 program. The results of this research is (1) the training effect on the dot drill agility improvement, with the result of thit = 56.53> ttab = 2.048, (2) training down the line to affect the improvement of drill dot agility, with the result of thit = 80.14> ttab = 2.048 , (3) There is a difference between the improvement in agility training dot drill and down the line drill, with the result of thit = 5.37> ttab = 2.048. Training drill down the line gives a better effects than the dot drill training to increase agility, seen from the average of the dot drill training = 9.41

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan permainan adu sundulan terhadap keterampilan heading, (2) pengaruh pelatihan permainan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan permainan adu sundulan dan permainan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Melaya tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data keterampilan heading diukur dengan tes heading. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan adu sundulan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan permainan sundulan segitiga berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan adu sundulan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 32,00>28,5. Beradasarkam hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan adu sundulan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilang heading antara pelatihan adu sundulan dengan pelatihan sundulan segitiga, dimana pelatihan adu sundulan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading. Disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan adu sundulan dengan hasil bentuk latihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan adu sundulan dan latihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Melaya. Kata Kunci : adu sundulan, sundulan segitiga dan Keterampilan heading. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game through heading skill, (2) the effect of ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through heading skill, (3) The difference in the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game and ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through heading skill. The research subjects were participants of soccer extracurricular in SMP Negeri 1 Melaya year 2014, amounting to 40 people. The data of heading skill are measured by heading test. This study used an experimental method with the design of modified group pre-test-post-test design. The data analysis used statistical calculation of t-test at the significance level of 5%. Results of data analysis shows that, (1) ‘adu sundulan’ training game influenced the heading skill, with the result t count = 11.04> t table = 2.042, (2) ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game influenced the heading skill, with the result t count= 6.88> t table = 2.042, (3) ‘adu sundulan’ training game gives a better effect than ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game towards heading skill, from the result has shown above the average is 32.00> 28.5. based on the results of data analysis showed, (1) there are effects of ‘adu sundulan’ training game with the improvement of heading skill, (2) there are effects of ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game with the improvement of heading skill, (3) there are differences on heading skill improvement between ‘adu sundulan’ training game with ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game, whereas ‘adu sundulan’ training game has better impact on the improvement of heading skill rather than ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game. It was concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of ‘adu sundulan’ training game with ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through the improvement of heading skill. Thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game and ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through the heading skill improvement of soccer extracurricular participant in SMP Negeri 1 Melaya. keyword : adu sundulan, sundulan segitiga and heading skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan lari amplopterhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan shuttle run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) Perbedaan kelincahan antara kelompok lari amplopdan shuttle run. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test–post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kelincahan agility t-test. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16,0 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent, (1) pelatihan lari amplopberpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dengan thitung 9,514 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. (2) pelatihan shuttle run berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan thitung17.798 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dan, (3) hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent pada variabel kelincahan dari masing-masing kelompok diperoleh nilai thitung yang berbeda dengan signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α (thitung =0,05) sebesar 0,019 sehingga hipotesis dinyatakan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lari amplopdan shuttle run. Pelatihan shuttle run memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan lari amplopterhadapkelincahan, diterima. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan lari amplopterhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan shuttle runterhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan lari amplopdan shuttle run, dimana pelatihan shuttle run lebih baik daripada pelatihan lari amplopterhadap peningkatan kelincahanKata Kunci : kelincahan, lari amplop, shuttle run This study aims to determine (1) Effect of running training envelope to increase agility, (2) Effect of training on the increase agility shuttle run, (3) The difference between the groups ran envelope agility and shuttle run. The subjects were students of SMP Negeri 2 extracurricular badminton Amlapura numbered 30 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Test data collection using skills tests agility agility t-test. Data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0 at significance level α = 0.05 Based on the results of independent t-test, (1) the training effect on the agility run envelope with tcount 9.514 0.000 t-test with a significance smaller than α = 0.05. (2) the training effect on the shuttle run agility t-test with significance thitung 0,000 17 798 smaller than α = 0.05 and, (3) the results of data analysis using independent t-test on agility variables of each group obtained with different tcount significance is smaller than the value of α (t = 0.05) was 0.019, so the hypothesis is stated there is a difference between the effect of running training envelope and shuttle run. Training shuttle run gives a better effect than the envelope of the agility training run, is accepted. It was concluded that (1) no effect of run training envelope to increase agility, (2) no effect of training to increase agility shuttle run, (3) there is a difference between the increase in agility training run envelopes and shuttle run, where the shuttle run better training than training run envelope to increase agilitykeyword : agility, running envelope, shuttle run

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan tahun 2015 sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Data diperoleh dari hasil tes passing controll sepakbola. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh adalah (1) metode pelatihan massed practice berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 4,06 > ttabel = 2,048, (2) metode pelatihan distributed practice berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 4,60 > ttabel = 2,048, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan metode pelatihan massed practice dengan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 0,923 < ttabel = 2,048. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan, (2) terdapat pengaruh metode pelatihan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antar metode pelatihan massed practice dengan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of massed practice training methods to increase controll passing skills of football, (2) the effect of distributed practice training methods to increase controll passing skills of football, and (3) the effect of differences in training methods massed practice and distributed practice to increase controll passing skills of football. Subjects were boys football extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 1 Sawan 2015 as many as 30 people. This study used a quasi-experimental design with the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Data obtained from the tests passing controll football. Analysis of data using statistical calculations t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. Results of the analysis of the data obtained are (1) a method of training massed practice affect the increase in controll passing skills of football, with the result t = 4.06> t table = 2.048, (2) training method distributed practice effect on the increase in controll passing skills of football, with the result t = 4.60> t table = 2.048, (3) there is no significant difference in the effect of training methods massed practice with distributed practice to increase controll passing skills of football, with the result t = 0.923

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan split jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan split jump dan skipping terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Data hasil penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Uji Least Significant Difference (LSD), dengan hasil (1) pelatihan split jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test 47,47 dan rata-rata post-test 49,93, sehingga didapatkan rata-rata gain-score 2,47, (2) pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test 46,93 dan rata-rata post-test 50,60, sehingga didapatkan rata-rata gain-score 3,67, (3) pelatihan skipping memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 1,200. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan split jump dan skipping terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dimana pengaruh pelatihan skipping lebih baik dari pada pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : split jump, skipping, daya ledak, otot tungkai. The subjects were male student extracurricular participants badminton SMP Negeri 1 Seririt 2014 , amounting to 30 people . This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre - test post - test design . Test data collection using vertical jump test . Data analysis using ANOVA test calculations with one lane significance level α = 0.05 SPSS 16.0. Data were tested using the Least Significant Difference test ( LSD ) , with the result (1) training split jump affect the increase in leg muscle explosive power with the average results of pre-test average of 47.47 and a post-test 49.93 , so we get an average gain -score of 2.47 , (2) training skipping effect on the increase in leg muscle explosive power with the average results of pre-test average of 46.93 and a post-test 50.60 , so we get the average -rata gain -score of 3.67 , (3) training skipping give better effect than the split jump training to increase the explosive power of the leg muscles with a mean difference of 1,200 . It was concluded that (1) There is an effect of split jump training to increase leg muscle explosive power , (2) There is the effect of skipping training to increase leg muscle explosive power , (3) There is a difference between the effect of the split jump and skipping training to increase explosive power leg muscle , where the effect of skipping training is better than the split jump training to increase explosive power leg muscle. keyword : split jump , skipping , explosive power , muscular legs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh bentuk latihan push-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan, (2) pengaruh bentuk latihan pull-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan,(3) perbedaan pengaruh bentuk latihan push-up dan pull-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. Subjek penelitian adalah pesrta perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan sebanyak 30 orang. Tes pengumpulan data power otot lengan dengan menggunakan two hand medicine ball put. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%.Dari analisis data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1.)Bentuk latihan push-up berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. (2.) Bentuk latihan pull-up berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. (3.) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara bentuk lathan push-up dan pull-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. Pengaruh bentuk latihan push-up lebih baik dibandingkan bentuk latihan pull-up pada peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pengaruh bentuk latihan push-up terhadap power otot lengan, dengan hasil thit= 11.89. Sedangakan ttab= 2,048. (2)Pengaruh bentuk latihan pull-up terhadap power tot lengan diperoleh hasil tht= 8,31. Sedangakan ttab= 2,048. Dilihat dari hasil rata bentuk latihan push-up 303,40>bentuk latihan pull-up 278,67. (3) There is a difference between the effect of the form for the practice of push-ups and pull-ups to increase muscle power arm to shield himself martial arts college by 2014 swab branch.Effect of exercise forms of push-ups better than any form of exercise pull-ups on increasing muscle power arm on shield themselves martial arts college by 2014 swab branch. The results of this study (1) the influence of the form of push-up exercise on muscle power arm, with the result thit = 11.89. While the ttab = 2.048. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap dan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis atas pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan ?the modified pre test post test group design?. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang ketepatan servis atas diukur dengan tes servis dari Nurhasan (2001: 170). Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan melakukan servis atas. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dengan taraf signifikansi ? = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 36,534 > t tab 2,145 , (2) pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit =20,840 > t tab 2,145 , (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap dan pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 3,467 > t tab 2,048. Pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah = 10,8 > pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap = 9,07 Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap terhadap ketepatan servis atas (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis atas (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap dan sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis atas.Kata Kunci : servis atas dengan sasaran tetap, servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah, ketepatan servis atas bola voli This study aimed at investigating the effect of upper serve coaching with constant target and upper serve coaching with inconstant target toward the upper service?s accuracy of male students? members of volleyball extracurricular at SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2014. The design of this study was quasi experimental with design the modified pre test post test group design. The subjects of the study were 30 students. Those 30 students? upper services were measured by service test from Nurhasan (2001: 170). The data collection was obtained by counting dependent variable to the upper service?s accuracy. The data analysis used technique t-test independen at significant level ? = 0, 05. The result of this study showed that (1) there was an effect of upper serve coaching with constant target the training toward the upper service?s accuracy, in which thit = 36,534 > ttab = 2,145, (2) there was an effect of upper serve coaching with inconstant target toward the upper service?s accuracy, in which thit = 20,840 > ttab = 2,145, (3) there was a difference on effect of upper serve coaching with constant target and upper serve coaching with inconstant target toward the upper service?s accuracy, in which thit = 2,599 > t tab 2,048. upper serve coaching with inconstant target a better effect than of upper serve coaching with constant target on the ability upper service?s accuracy.
