Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan padat terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob, (2) pengaruh pelatihan terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob .(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan padat dan terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Kintamani tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Tes pengumpulan data pukulan lob dengan menggunakan clear test. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) metode pelatihan padat berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob, dengan hasil t_hitung=18,46 > t_tabel=2,042, (2) metode pelatihan terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob, dengan hasil t_hitung=17,74 > t_tabel=2,042, (3) metode pelatihan padat memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding metode pelatihan terdistribusi terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 59,81 > 50,44.Kata Kunci : Pukulan lob, pelatihan padat, pelatihan terdistribusi This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of massed training to lob skill enhancement, (2) the effects of distributed training on skill enhancement lob. (3) variability in the effect of massed training and skills upgrading distributed to lob. Subjects were participants of extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 1 badminton Kintamani 2014, amounting to 32 students. Test data collection lob by using clear test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data analysis using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. The results of this research (1) solid training methods affect the lob skills, with the result t_arithmetic = 18.46> t_table = 2.042, (2) distributed training methods affect the lob skills, with the result t_hitung = 17.74> t_tabel = 2.042 , (3) massed training method gives a better effect than the distributed training methods to lob skills, visits with an average yield of 59.81> 50.44.keyword : lob, massed training, distributed training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball grab terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan pull over pass terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball grab dan pull over pass terhadap daya ledak otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data daya ledak otot lengan diukur dengan tes two-hand medicine ball put. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan medicine ball grab berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 2,34>ttabel = 0,042 (2) pelatihan pull over pass berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 1,98 > ttabel = 0,042 (3) pelatihan medicine ball grab memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan pull over pass terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 4,71>4,52. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball grab terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan pull over pass terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan antara medicine ball grab dengan pull over pass, dimana pelatihan medicine ball grab lebih baik dari pada pelatihan pull over pass terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan lateral cone hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate, (2) pengaruh pelatihan hurdle hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lateral cone hops dan hurdle hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate. Subjek penelitian adalah atlet karate kumite Klub Tri Yudha Sakti di Kecamatan Sukasada, tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 26 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes standing broad jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t (t-test) signifikansi α = 0,05 program SPSS. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan lateral cone hops berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference -3,385, (2) pelatihan hurdle hops berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference 3,385, dan (3) pelatihan hurdle hops memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan lateral cone hops terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference 3,385.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: Lateral cone hops, hurdle hops, power otot tungkai, karate This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the lateral cone hops training on leg muscle power karate athletes, (2) the effect of hurdle hops training on leg muscle power karate athletes and (3) the difference between training lateral cone hops and hops hurdle against leg muscle power karate athletes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan skipping dan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes Vertical Jump . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 2,07>ttabel = 0,042 (2) pelatihan double leg speed hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 7,37> ttabel = 0,042 (3) pelatihan skipping memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 58,44>53,72. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara skippingdengan double leg speed hops, dimana pelatihan skipping lebih baik dari pada pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai,(3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan box jump dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Subjek penelitian adalah pesrta siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli sebanyak 32 orang. Tes pengumpulan data power otot tungkai dengan menggunakan vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari analisis data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1.) Pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. (2.) Pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. (3.) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan box jump dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Pengaruh pelatihan box jump lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan skipping pada power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit= . 23,89 > ttab = 2,042. (2) Pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai diperoleh hasil thit= 11,07 > ttab = 2.042. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan power drop dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan tes push-ups. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan power drop berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan overhead throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan power drop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 26,00>22,28. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan power drop terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan antara power drop dengan overhead throw, dimana pelatihan power drop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan power drop dengan hasil bentuk latihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Kata Kunci : Power drop, Overhead throw dan Kekuatan otot lengan. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of power training with medicine ball drop against the arm muscle strength, (2) the effect of training overhead throw the medicine ball against the arm muscle strength, (3) The difference in the effect of training overhead power drop and throw the medicine ball against arm muscle strength. Subjects were participants in badminton extracurricular at SMAN 7 Denpasar in 2014, amounting to 36 people. Data of arm muscle strength was measured by push-ups test. The Experimental research method with the modified design of group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis (1) training effect on the power drop arm muscle strength, with the result t = 11.04> table = 2.042 (2) training overhead throw affect the strength of the arm muscles, with the result t = 6.88> table = 2.042 (3) training of the power drop is better than the effect of training on muscle strength overhead throw arm, seen with an average yield of 26.00> 22.28. It was concluded that (1) there are significant drop of power training to increase muscle strength of arm, (2) there are significant overhead throw training to increase muscle strength of arm, (3) there is a difference between the arm muscle strength increase power drop with an overhead throw, where the training power drop better than the training overhead throw to increase the strength of the arm muscles. Based on the analysis of data showed that there were significant differences between the results of the exercise of power drop form with the results of the exercise form overhead throw against the arm muscle strength, thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of the drop and overhead power training on muscle strength arm throw participants extracurricular high school badminton SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. keyword : Power drop, Overhead throw and arm muscle strength.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (2) pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan dengan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Dawan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data ketepatan menembak di ukur dengan tes menembak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test). Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan hasil thitung = 2,64>ttabel = 2,048 (2) pelatihan tendangan menekan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan hasil thitung = 3,12> ttabel = 2.048 (3) pelatihan tendangan menekan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 17,73>15,07. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara tembakan satu sentuhan dengan tendangan menekan, dimana pelatihan tendangan menekan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak. Disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan tembakan satu sentuhan dengan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan dan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Dawan Tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : Tembakan satu sentuhan, Tendangan menekan dan Ketepatan menembak. This research aimed at finding out (1) the effect of one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (2) the effect of kick pressing training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (3) the difference effect of between the one touch shot training and kick pressing to the improving of shooting accuracy. The subjects of this research were 30 students of football extracurricular participants SMPN 3 Dawan. Shooting accuracy data measured by a shoot ball test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. The data was analyzed by using statistical calculation t-test (t-test). The results of data analysis showed that (1) one touch shot training effect to the improving of shooting accuracy, the results of t = 2.64> t table = 2.048 (2) kick pressing training effect to the improving of shooting accuracy, the results of t = 3.12> table = 2,048 (3) kick pressing training gave better effect than one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy, seen with an average yield of 17.73> 15.07. Based on the results of data analysis showed that (1) there was the influence of one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (2) there was the influence of kick pressing training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (3) there was difference effect between one touch shot and kick pressing, kick pressing training was better than one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy. Concluded that there was a significant difference between the results of one touch shot training and kick pressing to the improving of shooting accuracy. The results of this research was limited on the effect of one touch shot training and kick pressing to the improving of shooting accuracy on the students of football extracurricular participant SMPN 3 Dawan year 2014. keyword : One touch shot, Kick pressing and shooting accuracy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Indeks Massa Tubuh, kecepatan lari dan kelincahan pada pemain sepakbola Tunas Harapan Tahun 2020. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain sepakbola Tunas Harapan yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan data tes dan pengukuran. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan untuk mengetahui Indeks Massa Tubuh, 30 meter sprint test untuk mengukur kecepatan lari menggunakan dan tes illinois agility run untuk mengukur kelincahan. Hasilnya yakni Indeks Massa Tubuh pada pemain Tunas Harapan pemain dalam kategori kurus terdapat 7 orang (35%), pemain dalam kategori normal 13 orang (65%), dan tidak ada (0%) pemain dalam kategori gemuk maupun obesitas. Tingkat kecepatan lari menunjukkan kategori baik sekali terdapat 1 orang (5%), pemain dalam kategori baik 6 orang (30%), pemain dalam kategori cukup 4 orang (20%), pemain dalam kategori sedang 7 orang (35%), pemain dalam kategori kurang 2 orang (10%). Tingkat kelincahan menunjukkan tidak terdapat (0%) pemain pada kategori baik sekali, pemain dalam kategori baik 3 orang (15%), pemain dalam kategori cukup 9 orang (45%), pemain dalam kategori sedang 5 orang (25%), pemain dalam kategori kurang 3 orang (15%). Simpulan tingkat Indeks Massa Tubuh pemain Tunas Harapan dalam kategori ideal, kecepatan lari dalam kategori sedang dan kelincahan dalam kategori sedang. Disarankan kepada pelatih agar mampu menyusun program latihan uintuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan pemain Tunas Harapan agar lebih baik. Bagi pemain hasil ini sebagai acuan untuk tetap menjaga tubuh agar tetap ideal dan meningkatkan kecepatan lari dan kelincahan yang masih sedang.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: Indeks massa tubuh, Kecepatan lari, Kelincahan This study aims to determine the level of Body Mass Index, running speed and agility in the Tunas Harapan soccer player 2020. The subjects in this study were 20 Tunas Harapan soccer players. The method used is a survey with test and measurement data. The instruments used were a height and weight measurement test to determine the Body Mass Index, a 30 meter sprint test to measure running speed using an illinois agility run test to measure agility. The result is the Body Mass Index in Tunas Harapan players in the thin category, there are 7 people (35%), players in the normal category are 13 people (65%), and there are no (0%) players in the fat or obese category. The level of running speed shows that there are very good categories of 1 person (5%), players in the good category are 6 people (30%), players in the category are quite 4 people (20%), players in the moderate category are 7 people (35%), players in less category 2 people (10%). The level of agility shows there are no (0%) players in the excellent category, players in the good category 3 people (15%), players in the category are 9 people enough (45%), players in the medium category are 5 people (25%), players in the category less 3 people (15%). Conclusion Level of Body Mass Index Tunas Harapan players in the ideal category, running speed in the medium category and agility in the medium category. It is recommended to coaches to be able to develop training programs to improve the speed and agility of Tunas Harapan players to be better. For players this result is as a reference to keep the body in order to remain ideal and increase running speed and agility that is still moderate.keyword : Keywords: Body mass index, Running speed, Agility

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan plyometric side hop terhadap power otot tungkai (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan plyometric box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dan (3) untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan plyometric side hop dan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test-post-test group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa putra yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja dan dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan I dan perlakuan II dengan rumus A-B-B-A. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikasi 5 %. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelatihan plyometric side hop berpengaruh terhadap Power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung (9,57) > ttabel (2,04), (2) pelatihan plyometric box jump berpengaruh terhadap Power otot tungkai, dengan hasil hasil thitung (26,01) > ttabel (2,04), dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pelatihan plyometric side hop dan box jump, dengan hasil thitung (7,49) > ttabel (2,04). Pelatihan plyometric box jump memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan plyometric side hop terhadap Power otot tungkai (rata-rata pelatihan plyometric box jump = 8,26 > pelatihan plyometric side hop = 3,73). Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Plyometric Side hop, Pelatihan Plyometric Box Jump, Power Otot Tungkai. The aim of this research are: (1) to determine the effect of plyometric side hop training on leg muscle power (2) to determine the effect of plyometric box jump training on leg muscle power, and (3) to determine the difference effect between the plyometric side hop training and plyometric box jump training to the leg muscle power. This research was an experimental research with the modified of the pre-test-post-test group design. The samples in this research were 30 students who follow football extracurricular in SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja. The samples was divided into treatment groups I and treatment group II by using A-B-B-A formula. Data analyses in this research using t-test at 5% significance level. The results showed that (1) plyometric side hop training effect on leg muscle power, with the t-count (9.57) > t-table (2.04), (2) plyometric box jump effect on leg muscle power, with t-count results (26.01) > t-table (2.04), and (3)there are differences between plyometric side hop training and plyometric box jump training, with t-count (7.49) > t-table (2.04). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler taekwondo di SMP Negeri 2 Banjar tahun 2014 berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes standing long jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 6,82 > ttab = 2,042, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,71 > ttab = 2,042, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 35,37 > ttab = 2,042. Pelatihan single leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan single leg speed hop = 202,67 > pelatihan double leg speed hop = 198,78. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dimana pelatihan single leg speed hop lebih baik daripada pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. The single leg speed hops training give a better effect than the double leg speed hop training to increase leg muscle power, seen from the average single leg speed hops training=202.67 > double leg speed hop training=198.78 .
