Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SDIT (Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu) Persis dianggap membosankan bagi siswa karena cakupan materinya yang cukup luas dan aktifitas dalam proses pembelajaran kebanyakan didominasi oleh guru dan kurang melibatkan keaktifan siswa, selama ini metode mengajar yang sering digunakan oleh guru kurang variatif. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut, perlu dikembangkan model pembelajaran yang tepat dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Class Action Research) sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu  perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data: tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial pada siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa. Pada pelaksanaan pre test (tes awal) hanya 25%, meningkat pada siklus I yakni sebesar 46,43% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 75%. Nilai hasil belajar ini berada pada tingkat keberhasilannya berada pada kriteria yang sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukan peserta didik telah mampu menguasai materi. Sedangkan indikator proses pembelajaran adalah aktifitas pendidik dan peserta didik. Aktifitas pendidik atau peneliti pada siklus I adalah 78,33% kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90%. Sedangkan aktifitas peserta didik pada siklus I adalah 73,07%, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,54%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas pendidik dan peserta didik menunjukkan pada kriteria yang sangat baik.  Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran tipe Think Pair Share , Hasil Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the source of job satisfaction and its effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of Activity Management Unit officer PNPM in Lumajang. Sources of job satisfaction were used in this study refers to the dimensions of job satisfaction include: (1) employment, (2) the conditions of employment, (3) salary, (4) co-workers, (5 ) the safety and security of employment , (6 ) supervision. Sources of job satisfaction will be tested influence either partially or simultaneously on performance. The population in this study is the Project Management Unit officer PNPM in Lumajang , with the number of samples taken as respondents by 37 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that only partially work variables that significantly influence the performance , while the variable conditions of employment , salary , co-workers, K3 and supervision no significant effect on performance. Simultaneously source of job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the performance is influenced by 48.4 % performance can be explained by the variable of work , working conditions , salary , co-workers , occupational health and safety monitoring, while the remaining 51.6 % performance is influenced by other variables. Further research is expected to contribute in the development of management science studies , especially the management of human resources , so it can be a reference for similar research and advanced research

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the knowledge and financial aspects of entrepreneurship to be a decisive part in the management of Bumdesa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results obtained are from the aspect of financial literacy of the Bumdesa management on human resource input, knowledge of the preparation of financial reports and the inadequate ability to analyze financial statements so that they have not been able to make financial reports as a basis for decision making. The financial aspect of entrepreneurship can be seen from the Bumdesa business idea. running a business idea, the ability to organize a business, develop innovation as a whole have been implemented, but have not run optimally, so that it has an impact on the Bumdesa financial performance.

Abstract

The main problem of the national tanker company, Pertamina Trans Kontinental, is the low productivity of the ship’s crew. The purpose of the study is to find out the performance of the crew commitment, crew motivation and work facilities to improve the company’s work productivity. The data were obtained by interviewing five experts. Questionnaires were distributed to ten people of five experts and five employees of Pertamina Trans Continental. The data, then, were analyzed using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The results of the study show that some employees still need special guidance and supervision to increase their motivation and commitment and the ship facilities should also be increased. The results of the analysis using AHP show that the highest priority can be seen in work motivation factor and then followed by work commitment and work facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tolok ukur pengenaan sanksiadministrasi dan sanksi pidana dalam ketentuan UU No. 6 Tahun 2023 tentang PenetapanPerppu No. 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja dan UU No. 36 Tahun 1999 tentangTelekomunikasi dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implikasi hukum terhadap perubahansanksi administrasi bidang telekomunikasi pasca UU No. 6 Tahun 2023 tentang PenetapanPerppu No. 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunaka metode penelitianhukum dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan,tolok ukur pengenaan sanksi administrasi dan sanksi pidana dalam UU No. 6 Tahun 2023tentang Penetapan Perppu No. 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja dan UU No. 36 Tahun 1999tentang Telekomunikas, Pertama, berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 20, Pasal 49, Pasal 32 danPasal 52, dapat berlaku dua sanksi yaitu administrasi dan sanksi pidana. Namun berdasar padaukuran PP No. 46 Tahun 2021 sebagai turunan dari UU Cipta Kerja, maka sanksi administrasilebih diutamakan. Kedua, dari tindakan administratif atau terdapat kesalahan yang termasukruang hukum pidana. Ketiga, tolok ukur dapat dilihat dari aspek substansi. Implikasi hukumterhadap perubahan sanksi administrasi bidang telekomunikasi pasca UU No. 6 Tahun 2023tentang Penetapan Perppu No. 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja, yaitu Pertama, pengutamaansanksi administrasi daripada keberlakuan sanksi pidana. Penerapan sanksi pidana di lingkupDirjen SDPPI Kominfo tahun 2022 hingga 2023, yaitu pasca UU Cipta Kerja, menunjukanpenerapan sanksi administrasi terhadap semua perbuatan. Kedua, penambahan ketentuansanksi administrasi menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the economic resilience of the Huntap Semeru community through collaborative learning initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and innovation. The goal is to address financial constraints and empower residents to achieve sustainable economic recovery following the 2021 Mount Semeru eruption. The study employs a quantitative descriptive method to assess the differences in knowledge and skills before and after collaborative learning. A purposive sample of 10 active participants from the Huntap Semeru area was selected. Data collection involved structured questionnaires covering entrepreneurship knowledge, financial literacy, innovation capabilities, and financial constraints. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests to evaluate the relationship between financial literacy, innovation, and financial constraint reduction. The findings reveal significant improvements in understanding entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and innovation post-learning. Pretest accuracy, averaging 30%, increased to over 80% in the posttest. Collaborative learning effectively bridges knowledge gaps and motivates the community to explore innovative solutions. Enhanced financial literacy equips residents to manage budgets and investments, reducing financial constraints and supporting economic sustainability. This research contributes to practical applications by offering a replicable model of community-based learning to empower disaster-affected populations.

Abstract

PT Pelindo IV merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kepelabuhanan.Kegiatan operasional PT Pelindo IV tidak lepas dari sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, seperti pegawai, bukan pegawai maupun dewan komisaris.Setiap tahun PT Pelindo IV melakukan pemotongan, penyetoran dan pelaporan PPh Pasal 21 dalam jumlah yang meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemotongan, penyetoran dan pelaporan PPh Pasal 21 bagi pegawai, bukan dan dewan komisaris pada PT Pelindo IV. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah PT Pelindo IV dalam melakukan pemotongan PPh Pasal 21 menggunakan tarif tunggal, penyetoran dilakukan paling lama tanggal 10 setelah berakhirnya masa pajak dan pelaporan dilakukan paling lama tanggal 20 setelah berakhirnya masa pajak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pemotongan PPh Pasal 21 tidak sesuai, sedangkan penyetoran dan pelaporannya telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Nomor PER-16/PJ/2016 Tentang Pedoman Teknis Tata Cara Pemotongan, Penyetoran dan Pelaporan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 dan/atau Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 26 Sehubungan dengan Pekerjaan, Jasa dan Kegiatan Orang Pribadi Pelaporan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 dan/atau Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 26.

Abstract

Today's growth in the property business is growing rapidly. This will have an impact on the emergence of rapid competition between companies in the property sector. Companies are trying to create services that are most suitable for their customers who can do business in this era of global competition, this is also a big challenge for every company to be more advanced. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising, brand image and sales promotion on purchasing decisions at LJ Hooker Grand Batam. The sampling technique in this study is a quantitative researcher with a population of 200 customers, the number of samples taken is 115 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to LJ Hooker Grand Batam customers. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data quality test in this study used the validity and reliability tests, the classic assumption tests in this study used the normality test, the multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and the effect test used multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study using the t test and the F test using the SPSS version 25 software program

Abstract

Peer-to-Peer Lending Fintech is a digital-based business model that facilitates lending transactions between financial intermediaries. This form of fintech is primarily targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that find traditional bank loan requirements to be overly stringent. The objective of this study is to examine the financial performance of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending fintech in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing the ARIMA method to forecast the financial performance of fintech lending in the country. The ARIMA method involves model identification, parameter estimation, model selection using statistical tests, and forecasting for future data points. The analytical tool used in this study is EViews. The variable analyzed is financial performance, measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The data spans from January 2021 to February 2025, with forecasting conducted for the subsequent 10 months, extending through December 2025. The optimal ARIMA model identified for forecasting the ROA of fintech lending financial performance is ARIMA (2,1,1). The forecasting results indicate an upward trend in ROA over the next 10 months, reaching an estimated increase of up to 22% by December 2025.

Abstract

This experiment aims to determine the effect of phosphate fertilizer dosage and planting distance on the growth and yield of semi-corn (Zea mays L.) Hybrid CPI-2 variety. The experiment was conducted in Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. The research was carried out from March to June 2020. The location is situated at an elevation of 493 meters above sea level (masl), with soil types classified as Latosol and Regosol associations, and belongs to the C (moderately wet) rainfall type. The experimental method used was an experimental design with a Randomized Block Design (RBD) in a factorial pattern, with treatments consisting of two factors repeated twice. The first factor was phosphate fertilizer, with four levels: 18 kg P₂O₅/ha (50 kg SP-36/ha), 36 kg P₂O₅/ha (100 kg SP-36/ha), 54 kg P₂O₅/ha (150 kg SP-36/ha), and 72 kg P₂O₅/ha (200 kg SP-36/ha). The second factor is the planting distance, which consists of four levels: 60 x 10 cm, 60 x 15 cm, 60 x 20 cm, and 60 x 25 cm. The main observation data were analyzed using linear statistical models, analysis of variance, and Scott-Knot cluster analysis. The experimental results show: (1) The combination of phosphate fertilizer treatment and planting distance has a significant effect on the number of cobs per plot and the weight of cobs without husks per plot. It does not significantly affect plant height, number of leaves per plant, stem diameter, number of cobs per plant, cob length without husk, cob diameter without husk, and cob weight without husk per plant. (2) The combination of 72 kg P₂O₅/ha of phosphate fertilizer and a planting distance of 60x10 cm showed the best effect on cob weight without husk per plot, yielding 13.7 kg/plot or equivalent to 19.57 tons/ha.
