Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that can influence the perception of staple food traders in the Tanjung market about interest in using BRImo through attitude towards using, using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) approach. These factors include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude towards using as Intervening variables. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to food traders in Tanjung market, Jember regency. Sample determination in this study used the Simple Random Sampling method.  The questionnaire was distributed to 109 food traders in Tanjung market who qualified as samples and analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).The test showed that: (1) perceived usability had a significant effect on interest in use; (2) perceived convenience has a significant effect on interest in use; (3) attitude toward using has a significant effect on interest in use; (4) perceived usefulness of interest through attitude toward using has a significant effect; (5) The perception of ease of interest through attitude toward using does not have a significant effect.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is a fundamental aspect in achieving excellent learning outcomes aligned with curriculum goals. Students' creativity is crucial for optimizing the attainment of the Merdeka Curriculum Learning Objectives Criteria. This study aims to analyze creative thinking abilities through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The research location was selected using purposive area sampling method and conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Jember, specifically in the 10th grade of Digital Business Department for the Basic Principles of Marketing subject, focusing on the Learning Achievements of Marketing Goods and Services in the Academic Year 2023/2024. The study population comprised all 10th grade Digital Business students, with the sample selected from Digital Business 1 class. This quantitative research employed a descriptive approach with a Pre-Experimental Design of the One Shot-Case Study type. Results from creative thinking ability tests indicated that students achieved 80% (creative) in project tasks and 79% (creative) in essay tasks. Findings demonstrate that the PjBL model can effectively measure and analyze students' creative thinking abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe community participation in the development of Kemiri Tourism Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods used in this study are in depth interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that not all of the participation went well and optimally. Community participation in decision making can be said to be good, community participation in the implementation as reflected in the contribution of energy and information dissemination can be said to be good, while in the form of donations of funds and materials it can be said to be very lacking. Community participation in taking benefits can be said to be quite good and community participation in evaluation can be said to be quite good. Efforts to develop Kemiri Tourism Village are carried out by developing tourist attractions and promoting through social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tentang manajemen ekstrakurikuler non-akademik siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus dalam arti penelitian difokuskan pada satu fenomena saja yang dipilih dan ingin dipahami secara mendalam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi peran serta dan dokumen. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh di lapangan, ada beberapa fungsi dasar manajemen yang dilaksanakan, yaitu: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Perencanaan terdiri atas kegiatan rapat koordinasi, perekrutan anggota, pemilihan pengurus, dan pengajuan proposal kegiatan. Pengorganisasian terdiri atas pihak wakil kepala kesiswaan dengan pembina ekstrakurikuler yang berkoordinasi terkait semua permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pembina ekstrakurikuler dengan pelatih ekstrakurikuler yang berkoordinasi terkait semua permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan latihan rutin ataupun program kerja, pelatih ekstrakurikuler dengan pengurus ekstrakurikuler yang berkoordinasi terkait semua permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan teknis latihan rutin ataupun teknis program kerja, dan pengurus ekstrakurikuler dengan anggota ekstrakurikuler yang berkoordinasi terkait semua permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan latihan rutin ataupun pelaksanaan program kerja. Pelaksanaan terdiri atas kegiatan DIKLAT & pelantikan, latihan rutin, program kerja, dan program insidental. Evaluasi terdiri atas kegiatan rapat anggota tahunan dan penilaian. Abstract

Abstrak Motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dikelas XI-A SMA Nuris Jember masih rendah, selain itu nilai rata-rata ulangan harian masih di bawah SKM. Hal tersebut dikarenakan penggunaan media pembelajaran masih konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar. Dalam rangka memperbaiki proses pembelajaran yang telah berlangsung selama ini, diperlukan media pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi sekaligus hasil belajar siswa adalah media pembelajaran CD bentuk film. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode purposive. Penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode populasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari metode: tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran CD bentuk film dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI A SMA Nuris Jember pada mata pelajaran ekonomi standar kompetensi memahami kondisi ketenagakerjaan kompetensi dasar mengklasifikasi ketenagakerjaan tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Peningkatan pada siklus I yaitu 73 dengan ketuntasan kiasikal sebesar 70% dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II yaitu 80,12 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 87,5% dengan kata lain ketuntasan siswa telah tuntas.. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of the activity based costing method in determining the production costs of Gajah Oling Batik at UD Batik Tatsaka, Banyuwangi Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data collection methods used are interview and documentation methods. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive data analysis. The research results show that there is a difference in costs resulting from calculating production costs using traditional methods and activity based costing methods, namely IDR 5,469 for written batik and IDR 444 for stamped batik. This difference in calculations occurs due to differences in several factory overhead costs. This calculation experienced undercosting because the production costs calculated by the company were too low compared to the actual calculation using the activity based costing method. Comparison of the results of calculating the cost of production using these two methods produces greater calculations for all products produced, both written batik and stamped batik at UD Batik Tatsaka. The calculations charged by UD Batik Tatsaka can be said to be subject to cost distortion. The resulting cost distortion is undercosting. This calculation experienced undercosting because the cost of goods produced was too low compared to the results of calculations using the activity based costing method. Calculation of the cost of production using the activity based costing method can show the actual costs incurred at UD Batik Tatsaka. The results obtained from calculating actual production costs are more precise and accurate compared to the calculation results charged by UD Batik Tatsaka. So it can be said that calculating actual costs using the activity based costing method is more suitable because this method can allocate all cost calculations used in production activities more precisely by looking at the consumption of each product.

Abstract

Kecakapan literasi finansial menjadi salah satu kompetensi penting dimiliki para Gen Z di abad 21 saat ini. Gen Z khususnya para siswa sekolah yang mendapatkan pemasukan pemberian uang saku dari orang tua sudah seharusnya melakukan pengelolaan keuangannnya dengan tepat dan efisien sebagai bentuk kecakapan literasi keuangan mereka. Namun masih sedikit siswa yang melakukan penganggaran keuangan dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi mereka. Melalui program pelatihan literasi keuangan dengan penyuluhan serta pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan kepada para siswa diharapkan siswa akan lebih memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan literasi keuangan untuk mencapai kemandirian pengelolaan keuangannya. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 30 peserta siswa SMK Perikanan dan Kelautan Puger Kabupaten Jember Jawa Timur. Kegiatan dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan yang diakhiri dengan kegiatan mengamati (monitoring) dan evaluasi program. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi diketahui hasil akhir bahwa mitra yang terlibat merasa puas akan kegiatan yang telah terlaksana. Kondisi yang dialami mitra mengalami perubahan setelah diberikan pelatihan yaitu terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar pengelolaan keuangan mereka melalui pencatatan, perencanaan dan menentukan prioritas pengeluaran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sehingga tingkat literasi keuangan dan pengalaman keuangan Gen Z akan menjadi dasar terhadap kualitas perencanaan keuangan dimasa depan dengan lebih baik, tepat, dan efisien.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze critical thinking skills in problem-based learning. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. The research sample was class XI Accounting 2. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, interviews, and document. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive techniques with percentages. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the results obtained that the critical thinking skills of students in class XI Accounting 2 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Genteng in Accounting subjects general ledger material of 81.5% are in the “high” category.. This can be seen through the following indicators, interpretation ability of 85% is included in the "high" category, analysis ability of 84% is included in the "high" category, evaluation ability of 80% in the “high” category, inference ability of 77% in the "sufficient category".

Abstract

The urgency of family economic education, especially among the fishing communities of Puger coastal area, Jember Regency, needs to be addressed to achieve welfare. The internalisation process that occurs needs to be examined in depth to ensure no party is disadvantaged. This study aims to describe the role of parents in internalising economic education to their children within fishing families and to identify the forms of economic education processes that take place within them. This research is a qualitative phenomenological study with purposive sampling to obtain in-depth knowledge about the economic education of fishing families. Data validation uses technique and source triangulation, analysed with the Miles & Huberman framework, assisted by NVivo 12 Plus software. The findings reveal the uniqueness and advantages of the family economics education for fishermen, which has developed rapidly, not only verbally but also through examples, habituation, and open discussions. The implications of this research theoretically suggest that economic education is more than traditional, but interactive. In practice, the role of parents alongside children is important for the economic welfare. The best policy is to maximise the welfare of fishermen and the future of fishermen's children who must struggle with limited economic resources.

Abstract

Warung Madura characterized by a simple business model and strong work ethic, have become an integral part of Indonesia’s microeconomy. The rapid development of technology and digitalization, however, presents challenges for shop owners to remain relevant and competitive in an increasingly digital market. This study aims to examine the work ethic and survival strategies of Warung Madura in the context of digital transformation. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews and participant observation with four shop owners in Jember who have operated their businesses for at least one year. The findings reveal that perseverance, discipline, and quality service constitute essential capital for sustaining business operations. Although limited technological access and digital literacy remain constraints, some owners have begun utilizing social media and simple digital platforms such as WhatsApp. The study concludes that work ethic, adaptability, creativity, and digital literacy are key to ensuring the sustainability of Warung Madura
