Abstract

The Semanggi sub-district, located in Surakarta, is an area that is often affected by flooding during the rainy season. This flood condition will cause physical and psychological impacts. The physical impacts of flooding include loss of life and damage to infrastructure, while the psychological impacts include anxiety disorders, stress, and post-traumatic syndrome. Flood disasters cannot be predicted, so these conditions often require survivors to adapt physically and psychologically. When a disaster occurs, it stimulates the brain to form a perception of the severity of the stress. Being resilient when facing stress requires internal and external support, trust in the Creator, and social support. This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of spirituality and stress in post-flood disaster survivors. This type of research uses a cross-sectional quantitative approach. This research was conducted in March-May 2023 in the Semanggi sub-district, RW 10-13, which was affected by the flood. The population in this study was 1480 heads of families in RW 10-13, Semanggi sub-district. The numbers of samples were determined using the Slovin formula, consisting of 94 respondents who were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Stress levels were measured using The Perceived Stress Scale-10, and spirituality level was measured using Daily Spiritual Experience scale. Based on the Spearman'rho correlation analysis test, the result was 0.664. There is no relationship between stress levels and spirituality levels.

Hypertension is now a global problem because its prevalence continues to increase in line with lifestyle changes. Blood pressure that continues to increase causes the heart's workload to become excessive, triggering damage to blood vessels, heart failure, kidney failure, and blindness. Hypertension can be treated with non-pharmacological techniques, one of which is with morning walks. Purpose: to determine the effect of implementing morning walks on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension in Bendungan Village, Sragen Regency. Method: This research method is a case study and descriptive research using pretest and posttest observation sheets. In this case study, the researcher used a tensimeter to measure the respondent's blood pressure, carried out for 30 minutes a week (frequency 4 times). Results: The results of the implementation showed that there was a different decrease in blood pressure between respondent 1 and respondent 2 after implementing morning walks for 30 minutes 4 times a week. Both respondents were categorized as grade 2 hypertension decreasing to degree 1 hypertension. Conclusion: The conclusion from the application results is that the rate of decrease in blood pressure in Mrs. M is greater, namely systolic pressure of 24 mmHg diastolic 1 mmHg while Ny. W decreased systolic pressure 15 mmHg diastolic 6 mmHg.

Data analysis was carried out by looking at the breastfeeding adequacy observation sheet. Results: The results of the study showed that the level of milk production before the oxytocin massage was carried out, namely that milk production did not include signs of sufficient milk supply and after being given oxytocin massage, the level of milk production included signs of sufficient milk supply. Conclusion: There is a significant influence between the level of milk production experienced by postpartum mothers before and after being given oxytocin massage.
