Abstract

Shopping Mall merupakan area pusat perbelanjaan yang besar dan memiliki sistem keamanan seperti sistem layanan informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh konsumen untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Penggunaan sistem layanan informasi pada area Shopping Mall bagi konsumen terkadang sangat tidak efektif. Hal ini dikarenakan konsumen membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mendapatkan informasi, dimana konsumen terlebih dahulu harus mencari lokasi tempat sistem layanan informasi tersebut. Hal ini menjadikan sistem keamanan pada Shopping Mall menjadi lemah. Indoor Positioning System (IPS) merupakan sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui posisi pengguna melalui kekuatan sinyal Wi-Fi yang didapat dalam gedung. Pada penelitian ini, penulis membuat suatu aplikasi android yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui posisi konsumen pada area Shopping Mall tersebut.

Abstract

Landslide is one of the most frequent disasters in Indonesia, especially in hilly areas, valleys, and volcanoes. Geographical conditions that are generally mountainous areas and have slopes make the soil unstable. As a result, when the movement of the land becomes easy to slide. Ground shifts and excessive water content are the main causes of landslides. The landslide disaster can cause many losses, such as to cause loss of life, can disrupt transportation facilities, damage agricultural land, and various other consequences. In this study used sensor MPU6050 and Soil Moisture and NodeMcu sensors to provide early warning of landslides. Linear acceleration is detected by using MPU6050 sensor and will define the ground movement based on the scenarios developed in this study. Soil moisture sensor detects soil moisture. The result of soil movement detection and soil moisture is stored in file storage. When ground detection and soil moisture is greater than 51%, the alarm alert is sent to the user's smartphone with a 100% success percentage.

Abstract

Electricity becomes a major need for human in this era. PLN's electricity payment system in residential areas is divided into two ways, postpaid electricity and prepaid electricity. Prepaid electricity using digital kWh meter that shows the use of current, electric power, etc on LCD. The usage of current and electric power can be monitored using Android application using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) as communication media. BLE has many advantages module compared to classic bluetooth, for example having a wider range, data transfer speeds up to 1 Mbps, and low power consumption. Therefore the writer researched by implementing Bluetooth Low Energy in the electric power monitoring system. The results of this research showed that the electric power monitoring system and the BLE module could send the result of sensor measurement to android applications. From the testing that has been done showed that the BLE send module can be up to 25 meters distance for unhindered conditions and 8 meters with hindered conditions. And the BLE module energy consumption is more efficient than HC-05 energy comparison BLE module 5,728 mW and the HC-05 module 13.47 mW.
