Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of tematic learning by using Microsoft Powerpoint to improve student? learning outcomes of Social Science on the Grade VII of SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. The method used was Quasi Experimental Design that planned with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. There were 56 students in this research. This research variabke were independent and dependent variables. Tematic model and Microsoft Powerpoint were the independent variables while the students achievement was the dependent one. The data analysis result showed  that there was a significant difference on student learning outcomes betweem experimental class and controll class. It was proven in control class that carried with coventional learning method gained 77,5 average score in post test. While in experimental class that carried with tematic learning by using Microsoft Powerpoint gained 89,8 that means there was an improvement. This was directly proportional with the effect size  gained that was 2,66 which means the achievement was high clasified. Keywords: Tematik  Model, The Microsoft Power Point, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Judul penelitian Pembinaan Kerajinan Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Produk Lokal Oleh Bidang Industri Kabupaten Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pembinaan kerajinan oleh Bidang Industri. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Data penelitian yaitu perajin di Kabupaten Pontianak. Sumber data adalah Kepala Bidang Industri dan perajin. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data yaitu teknik komunikasi langsung berupa pedoman wawancara, studi dokumenter berupa lembar catatan. Pengolahan data terdiri dari pengumpulan, reduksi dan penyajian data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bentuk pembinaan kerajinan yaitu monitoring pembinaan kegiatan; pembinaan dalam memperkuat jaringan klaster industri; pembinaan kemampuan teknologi; pengembangan pelayanan teknologi; penyediaan sarana dan prasarana; pengembangan kapasitas pranata, pengukuran, standarisasi, pengujian kualitas; pengembangan promosi dan informasi produk. Kebijakan program pembinaan memperhatikan situasi dan kondisi serta aspirasi masyarakat. Faktor pendukung yaitu adanya anggaran pendanaan dalam APBD. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu belum dimilikinya tenaga fungsional penyuluh industri, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, terbatasnya anggaran dalam APBD. Kata Kunci : Pembinaan, Kerajinan, Mutu Produk Abstract: The research title "Assistance of Handicrafts Industry in Improving Quality Local Products By Industry Sector of Pontianak Regency". This study aims to describe and analize the development of crafts by Industry Sector. Methods used is descriptive research. The subjects are craftsmen in Pontianak regency. The data source is the Head of Industrial and crafters. Data collection techniques used is direct communication techniques such as interview, documentary studies in form of record sheet. Data processing consists of collection, reduction, presentation data and conclusions. Result of this research are the shape of the craft coaching development is monitoring activities; strengthening network of industrial clusters; building technological capabilities; developing technology services; providing facilities and infrastructure; extending institutions, measuring, standardization, quality testing; developing promotional and product information. Policy development programs concern on peoples aspirations. Supporting factors are existence of funding. Factors inhibiting the extension are functional power industry, limited facilities, infrastructure and budget. Key Word: Coaching, Crafts, Quality Products

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penguatan Verbal dan Non Verbal apa saja yang diberikan guru kepada siswa dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X IPS SMA Islamiyah Pontianak pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam  penelitian  ini adalah  metode kualitatif dengan bentuk  penelitian studi kasus. Sumber penelitian  ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS 1 dan X IPS 2 SMA Islmaiyah Pontianak. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu  teknik observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter , alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penguatan mengajar yang diberikan guru baik verbal dan nonverbal dalam katagori baik. Kata Kunci: Penguatan Mengajar dan Motivasi Belajar Abstrack: The purpose of this study was to determine the strengthening of verbal and non-verbal whatever is given to the student teacher in the classroom increases the students motivation X IPS SMA Islamiyah Pontianak on economi subject. The method used in yhis study is a qualitative method, with the form of a case study. Source of this research is class X IPS1 and X IPS 2 Islamiyah Pontianak. Data collection techniques used are direct observatioan technique, of direct communication techniques, and techniques of documentary studies. Data collection tools were used that guide observation and documentation study interview guide. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat pelatihan yang dilaksanakan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Loka Latihan Kerja Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Mempawah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa komunikasi langsung dengan alat pengumpul data berupa pedoman wawancara, angket dan studi dokumenter yang berupa lembar catatan. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan UPTD LLK-UKM Mempawah memberikan manfaat kepada peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti pelatihan di UPTD LLK-UKM Mempawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manfaat pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir dan ketrampilan sebesar  89,9% dengan kategori sangat baik, kemudian dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui manfaat pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bekerjasama sebesar 89,14% dengan kategori sangat baik, dan kemampuan dalam menumbuhkan minat dan perhatian peserta pelatihan sebesar 89,2% dengan kategori sangat baik, serta mengembangkan karir peserta pelatihan sebesar 85,2% dengan kategori sangat baik.   Kata Kunci: Manfaat Pelatihan, Unit Pelaksana Teknis   Abstact: This study aims to determine the benefits of training within the Office of Technical Implementation Unit Training Workshop for Small and Medium Enterprises in Mempawah. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of direct communication with a data collector in the form of interview, questionnaire and documentary study in the form of a record sheet. The results of the study provides an overview training was held UPTD LLK-UKM Mempawah provides benefits to trainees who attended training in UPTD LLK-UKM Mempawah. The results showed that the benefits of training conducted can improve thinking ability and skill of 89.9% with very good categories, then the results of this study are known the benefits of training in enhancing the ability to cooperate by 89.14% with very good category, and the ability to grow the interest and attention of participants amounted to 89.2% with very good categories, as well as career development of trainees amounted to 85.2% with very good category.   Keywords: Benefits Training, Office Technical Implementation

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to find out on students’ behavior in learning Social Studies subjects in class VII Pontianak 10 Public Middle School. The research method is usedthe descriptive, with a form qualitative research. Resources of the data in this study were VII grade students. Thedata were observation, documentation and the results of interviews with class VII students. The results of the study showed that the learning behavior carried out by class VII students were not good, because there were still students who behaved improperly such as daydreaming, chatting, going out of class, not taking notes, and not listening to the teacher when the learning process was good. However, from several aspects that have been examined in student skills there were some categorized as good enough but there were also students’ skill that cannot be categorized as good, namely reading skills, students lack the desire to read known from their lack of knowledge. Keywords: Learning Behavior, on Students

Abstract

 Abstract Overview of research on the influence of professional competence on teacher performance, the influence of work motivation on teacher performance and the influence of professional competence and work motivation on teacher performance. Using quantitative methods. With testing techniques using a Likert scale. Validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula with SPSS version 17.0 program, reliability test using Statistics Cronbach's Alpha. The results of the trial obtained reliability of Professional Competence is> 0.60 that is equal to 0.779, Motivation is> 0.60 that is equal to 0.756 and Performance> 0.60 is equal to 0.802. The results of data analysis (1) professional competence is high, (2) teacher's work motivation is high, and (3) teacher performance is also high. There is a significant relationship (1) between professional competence and teacher performance, with the overall value (42.20%) of respondents being a high competence category, (2) between work motivation and teacher performance, with a value of 43.0%, (3) between professional competence and work motivation together on teacher performance with a value of 0.487 or 48.7%. this means that between Professional Competence and Work Motivation together influence the Teacher's Performance.  Keywords: Professional Competence, Motivation, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to determine the effect of employee performance to satisfaction of members on the Cooperative Employees Angkasa Pura Supadio Pontianak. The method used is associative with the form of case study research. Population of 110 people and the sample amounted to 22 people. From the calculation of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 / 2 with degrees of freedom df = n-2 or 22-2 = 20. Results obtained tcount> ttable or 2,830> 1,725??. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted truth. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination tests show the level of influence the performance of the employee to the satisfaction of members of the remaining 28.6% 71.4% influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Keywords: Employee performance, Member satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan anggota pada Koperasi Karyawan Angkasa Pura Supadio Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus. Populasi berjumlah 110 0rang dan sampelnya berjumlah 22 orang. Dari perhitungan uji t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05/2 dengan derajat kebebasan df = n2 atau 22-2 = 20. Diperoleh hasil thitung > ttabel atau 2,830 > 1,725. Dengan demikian Hipotesis Nol (Ho) ditolak dan Hipotesis Alternatif (Ha) diterima kebenarannya. Sedangkan, pada pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan anggota sebesar 28,6% sisanya 71,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiman disiplin sekolah dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X MAN 2 Filial Pontianak., dengan masalah penelitian, “Apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X MAN 2 Filial Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan (interrelationship studies), dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 118 siswa maka ditentukan banyak sampel maka diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 54 siswa. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil perhitungan  regresi linear sederhana maka terdapat pengaruh disiplin sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X MAN 2 Filial Pontianak. Dengan perhitungan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 52,429 + 0,390X. Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu disiplin sekolah terhadap variabel terikat yaitu prestasi belajar sebesar 18,5%.Jadi kesimpulannya adalah disiplin sekolah Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Prestasi Belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas X MAN 2 Filial Pontianak. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Sekolah, Prestasi Belajar Abstract: This study aims to determine how school discipline and student achievement on economic subjects in class X MAN 2 Filial Pontianak., With research problems, "Is there a significant influence on school discipline to student achievement on economic subjects in class X MAN 2 Filial Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with the quantitative research forms association studies (interrelationship studies), with a total population of 118 students then determined many samples it obtained a total sample of 54 students. Data processing techniques in research using simple linear regression formula. From simple linear regression calculation results then there is the influence of school discipline on student achievement on economic subjects in class X MAN 2 Filial Pontianak. With a simple linear regression calculation equation Y = 52.429 + 0,390X. The coefficient of determination (R2) of the results of this study show the contribution of independent variables that influence school discipline against the dependent variable is the learning achievement of 18.5% So the conclusion is school discipline a significant effect on student learning achievement in Subjects Economy Class X MAN 2 Filial Pontianak , Keywords: School Discipline, learning achievement

Abstract

Abstrak : Masalah penelitian ini adalah bentuk-bentuk kerjasama dan kondisi perilaku menyimpang di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan : Bentuk Kerjasama dan Kondisi Perilaku Menyimpang di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan  adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Bentuk kerjasama yang terjalin yaitu kerukunan, bargaining dan koalisi sedangkan kondisi perilaku menyimpang yaitu penyimpangan yang disebabkan oleh sosialisasi,defferential association, anomie dan pemberian cap. Kata kunci : Kerjasama , Bentuk Kerjasama, Perilaku Menyimpang Abstract : The problem of  research is type cooperation and condition deviate behavior of student at SMAN 9 Pontianak. The object of research  to know about type of cooperation and condition deviate behavior of student. Method of research is descriptive. The aggregation of data is observation, interview and documentary studies, then the  instrument of research is sheet observation, sheet interview, and documentation. The result of research of type cooperation is harmony, bargaining. Cooptation, and coalition. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of the learning model group investigation form a co-op co-op and conventional learning models of class X at SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya and to determine the effectiveness of the learning model group investigation form a co-op co-op compared with conventional learning models. The research method used was a quasi-experimental research design with a post-test only control design. The study sample XF grade (grade control) and XG-class (eksperiment class). The average post-test score results of experimental class 66,67 and control class 48,18 . Students who complete the experimental class numbered 22 people (56.41%) and the control class 5 students (15.15%). So the learning model group investigation form a co-op co-op is more effective than conventional learning models. Effect size of 1.17 is obtained. Finally, based on the applicable criteria, effect size in value is included in the high category. Keywords: Group investigation form a co-op co-op, Conventional Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dengan model pembelajaran group investigation bentuk co-op co-op dan model pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas X pada SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran group investigation bentuk co-op co-op dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian post-test only control design. Sampel Penelitian ini kelas X F (kelas kontrol) dan kelas X G (kelas ekspeimen). Rata-rata hasil nilai post-test kelas eksperimen 66,67 dan kelas kontrol 48,18. Siswa yang tuntas kelas eksperimen berjumlah 22 orang (56,41%) dan kelas kontrol 5 orang siswa (15,15%). Jadi model pembelajaran group investigation bentuk co-op co-op lebih efektif daripada model pembelajaran konvensional. Effect size diperoleh sebesar 1,17. Maka berdasarkan kriteria yang berlaku nilai effect size termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kata Kunci: Group investigation bentuk co-op co-op, Konvensional
