Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen kosmetik Emina pada remaja wanita di Kecamatan Medan Marelan berusia 15-19 Tahun. Pengambilan data dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada remaja wanita di Kota Medan berusia 15-19 Tahun. Jumlah populasi 94.183 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan studi pustaka sedangkan untuk menguji kualitas data dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen dilakukan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa brand image dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen kosmetik Emina pada remaja wanita di Kecamatan Medan Marelan berusia 15-19 Tahun. Pada penelitian ini harga yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Luxcrime is a local cosmetic brand produced by PT Luxury Cantika Indonesia. Its flagship product is Luxcrime Two Way Cake which is a combination of powder and foundation rolled into one. Luxcrime Two Way Cake has achieved the highest sales, surpassing international brands. One of the factors that influence purchasing decisions is the price which is below one hundred thousand rupiah. This study aims to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Luxcrime products among students in Medan city. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection technique used in this study was the questionnaire method and used a Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents, namely students in Medan city who knew Luxcrime Two Way Cake products, had bought Luxcrime Two Way Cake, and had watched Luxcrime Two Way Cake reviews on Tasya Farasya's social media accounts. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. Data analysis was carried out by simple regression and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 23 program. The results of simple regression calculations explain that the independent variable price has a positive effect on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions. Then based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is proven that H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh harga tiket dan citra acara terhadap keputusan pengunjung untuk menghadiri event F1 Powerboat di Danau Toba. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kuantitatif. Kaedah pengumpulan data menggunakan tinjauan soal selidik terhadap 100 orang responden. Jumlah responden ditentukan untuk rumus Lemeshow dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Software SPSS Seri 26 2024 digunakan untuk menganalisis data Melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, peneliti dapat mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan mengikuti event F1 Powerboat. Hasil uji t juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Selanjutnya, Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa harga dan citra event berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung event F1 Powerboat 2024 secara simultan. Selanjutnya Hasil determinasi (R2 ) menunjukkan bahwa harga dan citra event mampu mempengaruhi keputusan berkunjung event F1 Powerboat 2024 sebesar 47,6% dan sisanya sebesar 52,4% di simpulkan oleh faktor lain yang belum diuji dalam penelitian ini. Variabel citra event lebih berpengaruh sebesar 0,700 dibanding variabel harga sebesar 0,281 yang dilihat dari hasil uji analisis regresi linear berganda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Stockbit App quality on customer satisfaction in Medan City. Good application quality is believed to play an important role in increasing customer satisfaction, especially in today's digital era. The dominance of Stockbit users comes from Gen Z, indicating the app's popularity among young people. The Stockbit app features advanced features such as a stock screener. This study aims to determine the effect of application quality on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were Stockbit customers in Medan City aged 17-27 years. The number of samples in this study were 100 people taken using nonprobability sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques carried out through questionnaires. The data analysis methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study, it was obtained that 57.8% of Stockbit Sekuritas customer satisfaction was influenced by application quality, while 42.2% of Stockbit Sekuritas customer satisfaction was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of this study indicate that partially application quality has a positive and significant effect on Stockbit Sekuritas customer satisfaction in Medan City.

Abstract

A regularly updated website is essential to support marketing activities in today's digital era. This is what underlies Boesa Management's efforts to improve the performance of its website in order to increase company credibility, expand market reach, and access information. However, the lack of team member skills in website operation makes the company rely on third parties so that it is not free and slow in managing information on the website. Therefore, the Polmed service team took the initiative to provide WordPress-based website operation training to Boesa Management employees by bringing in professionals in the field of web design. Through this training, employees are expected to have qualified skills in website operation so that the company can be independent in managing all information on the company website.

Abstract

Banyaknya jumlah produk makanan ringan yang beredar di pasaran disertai dengan pertumbuhan bisnis retail khususnya hypermart yang terus menjamur membuat peran kemasan tidak lagi terbatas hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional saja yaitu sebagai wadah atau pembungkus, namun kemasan juga harus mampu membangun emosi dari konsumen sehingga menarik perhatian dan memotivasi terjadinya pembelian impulsif. Produk-produk low involvement seperti snack (makanan ringan) merupakan produk yang penting memperhatikan aspek kemasan karena sifat produknya yang tidak memerlukan pertimbangan dan biasanya keputusan membeli produk diputuskan di toko, secara impulsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian impulsif melalui kemasan pada produk snack (makanan ringan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemasan mampu memancing emosi konsumen dan mendorong untuk membeli produk. Namun dalam proses pengambilan keputusannya tidak semua tahap akan dilewati oleh konsumen. Tahapan evaluasi alternative bisa dilewatkan, akibat emosi positif yang begitu kuat yang dipancarkan oleh kemasan sehingga konsumen merasa tidak perlu untuk membandingkan dengan produk lain.

Abstract

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan jangka panjang untuk membentuk budaya literasi media digital yang sehat dan Islami di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Target khusus yang telah dicapai meliputi peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap penggunaan media digital secara bijak, penyediaan modul edukatif untuk guru, serta peningkatan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendampingan media di rumah. Data yang digunakan mencakup data primer dari observasi lapangan, pre-test dan post-test siswa, serta wawancara guru dan orang tua; dan data sekunder dari literatur literasi digital anak. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif edukatif berbasis workshop dan penyuluhan interaktif. Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi pembuatan modul mengenal media sehat, penyuluhan literasi media untuk siswa dan guru, serta pelatihan orang tua. Strategi utama yaitu mengintegrasikan nilai moral dan agama dalam materi digital serta membangun kolaborasi antara sekolah dan rumah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan skor pemahaman siswa meningkat sebesar 73,4% dari angka semula senilai 48,2 menjadi 83,6, peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam menyisipkan literasi media di kelas, dan peningkatan kesadaran orang tua terhadap pentingnya kontrol media digital. Kegiatan ini terbukti memberikan dampak positif dan membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lanjutan dalam bentuk modul berlisensi dan publikasi ilmiah.
