Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting karena keberhasilan suatu organisasi dipengaruhi oleh kinerja (job performance) karyawan, untuk itu setiap perusahaan akan berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang telah dicapai oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang sesuai dengan kewenangan dan tanggung jawab masing-masing, dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bidang Produksi PT. Tirta Investama Kabupaten Badung. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 responden. Penentuan sampel mengguakan metode teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis olah data menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 4,123 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 4,744 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung sebesar 42,134 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang secara teori mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

program pengembangan karir, perusahaan akan meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan, dan meningkatkan kesempatan promosi bagi karyawan. Komitmen karyawan dapat dilihat dari bagaimana karyawan mengikuti peraturan yang telah ditetapkan dan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik sehingga tetap dipertahankan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh pengembangan karir dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Bangli. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Bangli berlokasi di Jl. Brigjen Ngurah Rai, Kawan, Kec. Bangli – Bali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesi Cabang Bangli yang berjumlah 35 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau jenuh. Taknik alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ini berarti bahwa semakin baik pengembangan karir maka kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bangli juga akan meningkat. Serta komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ini berarti semakin baik komitmen kerja maka kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bangli juga akan meningkat.

Abstract

With the leadership and competence possessed by each leader and investigator, it will improve the performance of investigators at the Bali Police Ditreskrimsus. This study aims to re-examine the influence of leadership and performance competence of investigators. This research was conducted on investigators of the Bali Police Ditreskrimsus, with a total sample of 53 investigators and located on Jl. W.R. Supratman No. 7 Denpasar. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, F and T test using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on investigator performance. As well as the competency variable also has a positive and significant effect on performance. The influence of leadership and competence variables on the investigator performance variable is 88.6% while the remaining 11.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

One of the factors that influence the level of success of an organization is the performance of its employees. In order for management activities to run well, companies must have knowledgeable employees and efforts to manage the company as optimally as possible so that employee performance increases. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of communication, job stress and compensation on employee performance at PT. SAGA Denpasar. The object of research in this research is communication, work stress, and compensation for employee performance at PT. SAGA Denpasar. The total population in this study was 72 people. The method of determining the sample using the saturated sampling method. The number of samples in this study was 72 respondents. Methods of data collection using a observation, Interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SAGA Denpasar. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SAGA Denpasar. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SAGA Denpasar.

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the basic capital in the development process, so that the quality of human resources must always be improved and directed in order to achieve an expected goal. Employees are the main asset of the organization and have a strategic role in the organization, namely as thinkers, planners, and controllers of organizational activities within the company. This study aims to determine the organizational climate, career development, and organizational commitment affect employee performance at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB). The population used in this research is Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB) with 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was the study population or census method and 35 respondents at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB). Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB).

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is a person's attitude towards the results of his work which is determined by the difference between all that is expected and all that is felt from the work he receives. The purpose of this study is to analyze leadership, organizational commitment and organizational justice affect employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is the influence of leadership, organizational commitment and organizational justice on employee job satisfaction at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa Canggu. In this study, the population was 68 employees. In this study, the researcher used the study population, so the number of samples was the same as the total population, namely 68 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research is that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa Canggu. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa.

Abstract

Customer loyalty has an important role in a company. The rapid pace of science and technology has demanded every government organization to display high employee performance in order to achieve goals and win the competition so that performance driving factors are needed such as work motivation and job satisfaction, these two things are closely related and can lead to employees are more productive so that it will have an impact on better performance. This study aims to re-examine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction variables on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of the Denpasar City Social Service located at Jalan Mulawarman No. 2 Dauh Puri Kaja, North Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali. The population in this study were all employees of the Denpasar City Social Service with a total of 106 people. The number of samples is 106 people with the saturated sample method. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, determination, t and F test using SPSS version 25.0 for Windows. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that work motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance which can be seen from the tvalue of 7.729 and the significant value of the t-test of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. That job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance which can be seen from the tvalue of 2.498 and the significant value of the t-test of 0.014 <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. That work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance which can be seen from the Fcount value of 57.094 with a significance value of Pvalue 0.000 <0.05 so Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Human resource performance or job performance is a person's work performance, thus human resource performance is the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee based on predetermined standards within a certain time. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Health Office. The object of research in this research is Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance at the Bali Provincial Health Office. The total population in this study was 150 people. In this study, the sample used was 20% of the total population so that it got 30 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study of motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Health Office. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Health Office. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Health Office. Work motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Health Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UPT Puskesmas Banjarangkan I yang terletak di Jalan Tusan, Kec Banjarangkan Kabupaten Klungkung, Bali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di UPT Puskesmas Banjarangkan I Kabupaten Klungkung yang berjumlah 31 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode penelitian sensus. Taknik alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ini berarti bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan transformasional maka kinerja karyawan UPT Puskesmas Banjarangkan I Kabupaten Klungkung juga akan meningkat. disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ini berarti semakin baik disiplin kerja maka kinerja karyawan UPT Puskesmas Banjarangkan I Kabupaten Klungkung juga akan meningkat. Serta disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ini berarti semakin baik disiplin kerja maka kinerja karyawan UPT Puskesmas Banjarangkan I Kabupaten Klungkung juga akan meningkat.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan suatu organisasi adalah kinerja karyawannya. Agar aktifitas manajemen berjalan dengan baik, perusahaan harus memilik karyawan yang berpengetahuan dan usaha untuk mengelola perusahaan seoptimal mungkin sehingga kinerja karyawan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh komunikasi, stress kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. SAGA Denpasar. Obyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Komunikasi, Stress Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. SAGA Denpasar. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 orang. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 72 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. SAGA Denpasar.
