Abstract

Covid-19 (Coronavirus Diseases) adalah virus corona jenis baru yang ditemukan pada tahun 2019 dan belum pernah teridentifikasi pada manusia. Pandemi covid-19 telah melemahkan berbagai sektor di Indonesia. Pembatasan interaksi sosial dan perkumpulan manusia di tempat umum membuat berbagai bisnis atau perusahaan disektor pariwisata sulit untuk bertahan dimasa pandemi. Berbagai kebijakan dan perubahan harus dilakukan agar tetap berjalan mengingat banyak wilayah di Indonesia. Di masa pandemi ini, diharapkan agar seluruh karyawan bekerja dengan tetap disiplin dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan guna mencegah rantai penyebaran virus covid-19 ini. Hasil yang telah dicapai dalam program ini adalah: 1) Sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan 2) Menyediakan tempat cuci tangan dan hand sanitizer 3) Memasang poster tentang covid-19 dan cara pencegahannya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan program kerja peningkatan disiplin karyawan terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan saat pandemi covid-19 di Satuan Polisi Praja Provinsi Bali yang dilakukan secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar serta partisipasi karyawan untuk disiplin dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan sangatlah tinggi.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang program pengabdian masyarakat yaitu peningkatan penjualan melalui digital marketing dan optimalisasi metode pembayaran pada toko kacamata Sunset Eyewear Gianyar yang berhasil memberikan solusi bagi usaha mikro dan kecil tersebut. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi, program ini melibatkan pelatihan penggunaan media sosial dan pendekatan komputerisasi dalam pencatatan keuangan. Melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan pendampingan, karyawan Sunset Eyewear Gianyar mampu mengadaptasi penggunaan Microsoft Excel untuk pencatatan laporan keuangan yang lebih akurat dan cepat. Dengan partisipasi yang tinggi, karyawan menjadi lebih terampil dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat promosi dan memahami pentingnya pencatatan keuangan yang efektif. Hasil pengabdian ini mampu mengatasi tantangan usaha, seperti metode pembayaran manual dan kurangnya pemanfaatan media sosial. Sebagai hasilnya, toko kacamata ini mampu mengoptimalkan potensi penjualan dan meraih peningkatan pendapatan. Keseluruhan program ini menjadi contoh nyata bagaimana pengabdian masyarakat dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam mengatasi kendala pada UMKM.

Abstract

Toko Mshop dan Mproject merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak dalam perdagangan barang retail fashion dan aksesoris yang cocok dijadikan gift. Usaha ini memberikan pelayanan berbelanja melaui online (e-commerse) dan offline (toko) yang aman dan nyaman. Digital marketing adalah penggunaan internet dan teknologi interaktif lain untuk membuat dan menghubungkan informasi antara perusahaan dan konsumen yang berupa web site, web banner, social networking, e-mail marketing dan affiliate marketing. Mshop dan Mproject kini dapat memanfaatkan digital marketing yang mencakup banyak teknik dan praktik yang terkandung dalam kategori pemasaran internet, seperti social media marketing, content marketing, branding, web design dan lainnya. Pada saat efektivitas pemasaran tradisional mengalami penurunan, Melalui pemasaran produk yang lebih kreatif dengan menggunakan media teknologi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akses penjualan dan akses perolehan pendapatan yang lebih tinggi bagi pelaku usaha. Masalah lainnya yang dihadapi yaitu biasanya berkaitan dengan keuangan. Belum adanya pencatatan keuangan yang memadai dan sistem pembukuannya masih dibuat dengan cara manual. Hal ini tentu saja akan menyulitkan karena harus menulis satu persatu pemasukan dan pengeluaran usaha sehingga menyita banyak waktu, dan sering kali dapat terjadi salah pencatatan dan perhitungan. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan membuat pembukuan sederhana menggunakan microsoft excel sehingga memudahkan dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan.

Abstract

Research aims: This research aimed to investigate the relationship between absorptive capacity (ACap) and innovative culture (ICul) in an organization. Additionally, the impact of ICul on innovation and the mediating function of the variable were analyzed. In this context, Catur Purusa Artha (CPA) culture served as a moderating varaible in assimilating organizational innovation (OIn).Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative design was applied, and data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 350 Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) units. Subsequently, the collected data were investigated using the Smart PLS3 application.Research findings: The results showed that ACap did not affect OIn. ACap had a positive and substantial impact on ICul, which was influenced by OIn. Therefore, ICul functioned as a mediating variable in the relationship between ACap and OIn. CPA was reported to moderate the relationship between ACap and OIn.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The literacy could be used as a management practice developed in the business actors of Bali Province. In this context, the role of local culture was important in running a business.Practitioners/Policy Implications: This research could be used in an organization for social, economic, cultural, and business development. The observation data and the conclusion were used as a reference.Research Limitations/Implications: SMEs managers in Bali Province were used as samples since some organizations did not implement the local CPA culture. Furthermore, a national organizational culture could be applied to various sectors.

Abstract

Financial Technology (Fintech) has become an important innovation in the global financial sector, including in Indonesia, with its crucial role in increasing financial inclusion and moderating overall financial performance. Through a literature review method, this study explores how fintech affects access to financial services for various segments of society, especially those that were previously inaccessible to the traditional financial system. Fintech brings solutions such as digital payments, online lending, and investment platforms that enable individuals to actively participate in the digital economy. Fintech offers solutions by facilitating easier and cheaper access to financial services, as well as improving financial literacy through innovative educational approaches. In addition, fintech also moderates financial performance by improving firms' operational efficiency, better risk management, and real-time data-driven decision-making. The study concludes that with the right support from the government, regulators, and industry players, fintech has great potential to continue expanding financial inclusion and improving overall financial sector performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation capability variables, competence, and catur purusa artha on the performance of MSMEs in Bali Province. The respondent data sampled in this study were MSMEs in Bali Province using a questionnaire method using 100 MSME samples calculated using the Slovin formula. In contrast, the data processing and analysis techniques used SPSS software. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) Innovation capability does not have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, 3) Catur Purusa Artha has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Aim: Budgeting is not just a financial plan to monitor expenses and revenues over time within an organization; it also serves as an essential management tool for executing the company’s strategic goals. This study seeks to examine how factors such as budget participation, information asymmetry, self-interest, role ambiguity, and organizational commitment affect budgetary slack at Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Denpasar City. Methodology: Using purposive sampling, responses were collected from 136 participants, the subjects comprised 34 various LPDs in Denpasar, Bali Indonesia. The researchers used a purposive sampling approach in selecting participants. Through specified inclusion criteria, 136 individuals were selected as responders—34 LPD heads, 34 heads of the credit department, 34 cashiers, and 34 internal supervisory team members. The individuals were selected because of the immediate involvement and knowledge of budgetary preparations in these institutions. The data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression on SPS software. Findings: The findings indicate that budget participation, information asymmetry, self-interest, role ambiguity, and organizational commitment all positively influence budgetary slack in LPDs in Denpasar City. Implications/Novel Contribution: To improve the prediction of factors affecting budgetary slack, future studies should consider including additional variables, such as leadership style and internal control systems. This study brings useful lessons for financial institutions and policy makers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of credit policy on the financial performance of national banking companies in Indonesia, focusing on how credit policies influence factors such as profitability, financial stability, and liquidity. A quantitative approach is used in this research, with secondary data obtained from published financial reports of national banks, as well as data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The data analysis technique employed is linear regression to examine the relationship between credit policy and financial ratios, including Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and the Operating Expenses to Operating Income ratio (BOPO) over the period 2015–2022. The results show that the credit policies implemented by banks have a significant impact on profitability, with an average ROA of 2.4% and ROE reaching 12.5%. Moreover, poor credit risk management was found to increase the NPL ratio to 3.2% and lower the banks’ financial performance. Meanwhile, a positive relationship between sound credit risk management and bank liquidity can be observed through the BOPO ratio, which stands at around 75%, indicating operational efficiency. Based on these findings, it is recommended that banks improve their credit risk policies to enhance their performance and financial stability.
