Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention di mediasi dengan Komitmen Organisasi pada karyawan Gen Z di PT Softex Indonesia Plant Karawang Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 903 Karyawan.Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode slovin sehingga menghasilkan sampel 100 orang karyawan Gen Z. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data serta uji untuk menguji isntrument penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengolahan data Primer menggunakan teknik analisis Stastitical Package for Social Science (SPSS) dengan metode analisis sederhana, analisis jalur dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil t menunjukan bahwa nilai variabel Tingkat signifikan 0,65 > 0,5 H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, 0,57 > 0,5 H2 diterima dan H0 ditolak, 0,33 > 0,5 H3 diterima dan H0 ditolak dan hasil analisis jalur t hitung 7,38 > t tabel 1,66 H4 diterima dan H0 ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja memiliki Pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki Pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Komitmen Organisasi memiliki Pengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Tunrover Intention melalui Komitmen Organisasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work stress on turnover intention with burnout as a mediating variable among employees at CV. Cuma Jaya Abadi (CJA), an agribusiness company in West Java. Using a quantitative explanatory design, the research integrates structured interviews, limited direct observation, and questionnaires from 59 employees. Data was analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0. Results show that work stress significantly increases burnout and turnover intention. Burnout also mediates the relationship between stress and turnover. These findings underline the importance of managing psychosocial risks in agribusiness to improve employee retention and organizational performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of remote work conditions on the performance of live streaming hosts on TikTok in West Java Province, with gender as a moderating variable. The research addresses how the shift to remote work influences host productivity, especially in a digital platform setting. Using a quantitative approach and PLS-SEM analysis, data were collected from 384 active TikTok hosts. The findings indicate that remote work conditions significantly improve host performance. However, gender moderates this relationship, particularly for female hosts who often experience greater domestic responsibilities. These findings highlight the importance of gender-sensitive policies and effective remote work management to enhance performance and well-being among digital platform workers.
