Abstract

Competitive Intelligence membantu organisasi mencapai keunggulan kompetitif ketika ada komitmen dari seluruh organisasi dan jaringan pasokannya untuk mengembangkan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk mencapai kinerja yang unggul. Namun, tanpa model terintegrasi yang menilai lingkungan internal dan eksternal, sulit bagi organisasi untuk mengantisipasi perubahan di pasar untuk bersaing dan bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur saat ini, menganalisis, dan akhirnya mengusulkan model terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dan metode penelitian perpustakaan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi artikel jurnal akademik peer-review dan memastikan keandalan. Metode grounded theory digunakan untuk melakukan analisis model. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar model tidak mengeksploitasi driver dan hasil. Sebagian besar model menunjukkan bahwa sistem dikembangkan untuk menganalisis, mengumpulkan, menangkap, menyimpan, dan menyebarkan informasi tanpa memasukkan faktor organisasi dan pasar yang memengaruhi kualitas dan penggunaan informasi.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu negara bergantung pada pengusaha yang memproduksi barang dan memberikan lebih banyak kesempatan kerja bagi para pengangguran. Oleh karena itu, kelangsungan hidup wirausaha penting bagi kelangsungan hidup bangsa. Saat ini, usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menempati posisi penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berupaya mengidentifikasi karakteristik yang dibutuhkan UMKM untuk keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dan pengambilan risiko, pengenalan peluang, toleransi, pengelolaan keuangan, dan efikasi diri manajerial merupakan karakteristik penting untuk kelangsungan hidup.

Abstract

This study investigates innovation ecosystems within Teaching Factory Agribusiness, addressing the critical gap in the literature regarding the absence of a strategic framework to enhance innovation and sustainability in agribusiness education. Using a grounded theory methodology, we conducted in-depth interviews with 20–30 participants, including educators, industry stakeholders, and policymakers, to gain insights into collaboration, resource sharing, and continuous learning dynamics. The results clarify four thematic areas; (1) Collaboration and Partnerships, (2) Resource Mobilization and Sharing, (3) Policy and Institutional Support, and (4) Continuous Learning and Adaptation. The above threads weave together into a framework to make agribusiness education explicit in the functioning of innovation ecosystems. The findings have significance for policy-makers, educationists, and industry personnel involved in improving the quality of agribusiness innovation. Future research directions can be a framework, especially regarding the benefits of innovation, and collaboration through technological facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an AI-based marketing Intelligence Model as an effort to support strategic decision-making in the development of Teaching Factory products at the Jember State Polytechnic. The study addresses the challenge of optimizing product planning and market positioning within educational manufacturing environments. An integrated approach combining internal production data from Teaching Factory operations with external market data, including price trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitor activities, was implemented. The methodology employs K-Means Clustering algorithms for consumer segmentation analysis and advanced forecasting algorithms for demand prediction. The system architecture encompasses comprehensive data collection, preprocessing, modeling, and visualization components delivered through an interactive web-based prototype. Preliminary results demonstrate the model's capability to generate enhanced market segmentation accuracy and reliable demand projections, thereby supporting improved production planning and strategic marketing decisions for Teaching Factory operations. The implementation shows promising potential for educational institutions seeking to optimize their product development and market intelligence capabilities.
