Alamat: Jl. Mastrip, Jawa Timur 68101, Indonesia +62 331 333352   There were many issues of human resources management at the Perusahaan Daerah Perkebunan (PDP) Jember. While the competition just makes it more difficult especially increase competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, discipline and motivation on employee performance, and determine the effect of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employee productivity. This study uses a confirmatory approach and PDP Jember as an object of research. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the leadership, discipline and motivation significantly influence employee performance and leadership, discipline, motivation and employee performance significantly influence employee productivity.     Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Motivation, Performance, Productivity, PDP Kab. Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: mendampingi Anggota Kelompok Barisan Kemitraan PT Telkom dalam mendapatkan pembiayaan dengan biaya modal yang minimal dan pemanfaatannya secara efektif dan efisien. Pencapaian tujuan tersebut dilaksanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembiayaan pada anggota kelompok Barisan Kemitraan PT Telkom yang mengusahakan agroindustri  minyak kelapa dara. Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode pelatihan dan pendidikan orang dewasa (andragogy). Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan pemenuhan persyaratan, pengusulan, penilaian kelayakan, dan pengalokasian pembiayaan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah: transfer teknologi melalui literasi teknologi  dan pendampingan pembiayaan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan pengolahan minyak kelapa dara,  dan terbentuk unit bisnis agroindustri VCO, serta mengalokasikan pembiayaan terdiri atas modal investasi 53,8% dan modal kerja 46,2%; alokasi ini dinilai efektif dan efisien yang ditunjukkan oleh perolehan nilai tambah sebesar Rp 83.200/liter dengan ratio nilai tambah terhadap nilai output 54,75%, dan ratio nilai tambah terhadap biaya bahan baku 1,85.

Abstract

Usahatani padi di lahan kering mempunyai risiko yang tinggi, bersumber dari kondisi lahan yang kurang air dan jenis tanaman padi yang relatif butuh jumlah air yang tinggi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif risiko usahatani padi di lahan kering di Kabupaten Lombok Utara, beserta upaya-upaya penanganan terhadap risiko yang teridentifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberi manfaat terutama dalam penentuan kebijakan oleh petani dalam memilih jenis tanaman yang sesuai atau dalam menangani risiko usahatani, dan bagi pemerintah dalam pengembangan pertanian di lahan kering tersebut.  Penelitian ini menggabungkan penelitian kuantitatif terhadap tingkat risiko usahatani padi di lahan kering Kabupaten Lombok Utara, dan penelitian kualitatif dalam hal mencari penjelasan-penjelasan tentang sumber risiko dan alternatif pengelolaannya. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah usahatani dan petani padi lahan kering di Kabupaten Lombok Utara.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Akar-akar, Desa Bayan, Desa Mumbul Sari, Desa Sambik Elen dan Desa Sukadana, semuanya berada di wilayah Kecamatan Bayan.  Lokasi-lokasi ini diplih secara purposive berdasarkan ketersediaan usahatani padi lahan kering. Petani responden ditentukan secara quota sebanyak 30 orang, dan responden penelitian dilakuan secara snow ball (jaringan) berdasarkan petunjuk dari petani sebelumnya.  Petani pertama diperoleh dari informasi yang diberikan oleh desa setempat.  Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis secara bertahap meliputi tingkat risiko usahatani padi lahan kering di Kabupaten Lombok Utara, dan penjelasan-penjelasan untuk memaknai hasil analisis kuantitatif terhadap risiko usahatani padi di lahan kering Kabupaten Lombok Utara.  Dalam penelitian ini risiko dianalisis dengan analisis kovarians (koefisien variasi, KV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko usahatani padi di lahan kering Kabupaten Lombok Utara menunjukkan risiko yang tinggi (dengan koefisien variasi (KV) diatas 0,5), berupa risiko produksi, harga, dan penerimaan. Tingkat risiko sepanjang tiga tahun analisis (2017-2019) menunjukkan tingkat yang sama-sama tinggi dan relatif sama tingginya.  Namun, secara umum produksi, harga, dan penerimaan usahatani padi mengalami peningkatan, sehingga menunjukkan peningkatan penampilan usahatani padi lahan kering di Kabupaten Lombok Utara dalam tahun 2017-2019.  Hasil positif ini perlu dijaga agar tetap baik, dan terkait dengan upaya ini adalah mengelola resiko yang sudah teridentifikasi agar tidak menggangu produksi dan harga hasil usahatani lahan kering di Kabupaten Lombok Utara.  Saran penting dari hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan fasilitas air untuk irigasi dan menjaga penurunan harga hasil usahatani dengan cara peningkatan posisi tawar petani dalam pemasaran produknya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the priorities of the Java Coffee Jember-Indonesia agroindustry marketing performance improvement strategy based on the analysis of comparative and competitive advantage. The study was conducted using the census method or complete enumeration, which was conducted on all Java Coffee Jember-Indonesia agroindustry which numbered 15 companies. The analysis technique used to analyze research data is the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM), the TOWS matrix for formulating alternative strategies, and determining priorities using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that the Java Coffee Jember-Indonesia agroindustry has a comparative and competitive advantage. This is indicated by the coefficient of Domestic Resource Cost (DRC = 0.69) and Private Cost Ratio (PCR = 0.4) which is smaller than 1.00. Java Coffee Jember-Indonesia's agroindustry position is in cell V with the choice of strategy is to hold and maintain, and can be managed through market penetration strategies and product development. The priority strategies implemented to improve the marketing performance of Java Coffee Jember-Indonesia agroindustry are to penetrate the market, improve product quality through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with SNI-01-3542-1994, collaborate with major raw material providers, recruit human resources who have special abilities and market development, increase the ability of human resources through training, and diversify products and packaging.

Abstract

The Certificate of Fulfillment of Commitments for the Production of Processed Food for the Household Industry, abbreviated as SPP-IRT, is one of the legal documents that needs to be owned by MSME actors, especially those engaged in the Food Household Industry (IRTP). Chip products produced by KWT Nine Seru in Lantan Village do not yet have an SPP-IRT permit due to a lack of understanding of the procedures for making these permits. Therefore, the purpose of this service activity is to assist KWT Nine Seru in obtaining an SPP-IRT permit. The method of service activities consists of an initial survey of partner needs, socialization, assistance, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of the service activities showed that all participants were very enthusiastic about participating in a series of service activities, so the entire series of activities went well. KWT Nine Seru has an SPP-IRT license document that is valid until 2028. The importance of the results of this service activity is indicated by the usefulness of the business legality that has been issued, so that business actors can run their businesses safely and legally and can reach a wider market.

Abstract

The high cost of manual irrigation in dry land vegetable farming is a serious problem in dry land farming which is always faced by farming households every year. Therefore, innovation in drip irrigation technology with an automatic gravity control system using plastic waste is very necessary for irrigation of dray land vegetables farms. This research aims to analyze and find the level of savings in irrigation water use, cost efficiency and profitability of drip irrigation technology. It was a the short to medium-term Action research method starting at the beginning of the dry season. The research approach applied is participatory action research, namely action research by applying a rural community participatory approach. The results showed that innovative drip irrigation technology was able to save water and casual labors. Drip irrigation technology is very profitable, financially and economically feasible to develop in dry land vegetable farming. However, there is concern that there is a tendency for this technology to be difficult to implement in rural areas of Rural Salut because of the relatively expensive materials and equipment for drip irrigation. Therefore, irrigation equipment can be adjusted or adapted to overcome the high cost by replacing some components with cheaper and more readily available materials. The water requirement for chili cultivation in one growing season is around 22,000 liters per 500 m2 at the cost of IDR 150,000. Meanwhile, by manual method (surface flow), namely by draining water from drilled wells to the planting area of ​​75,000 liters per 500 m2 with a monastery of IDR 400,000. It proves that the drip irrigation technology can save water and energy consumption. The chili farming calculations show that the financial turnover obtained from chili cultivation using drip irrigation technology was IDR 5,525,000 per 500 M2, while that obtained by local farmers was IDR 3,365,000.00 per 500 M2.

Abstract

Kelompok ibu rumah tangga Desa Gitik telah produktif memproduksi eco-enzyme F1 dalam skala rumah tangga dan mengaplikasikan dalam kegiatan sederhana bidang pertanian dan keperluan sanitasi sehari-hari. Eco-enzyme merupakan hasil fermentasi dari limbah dapur organik seperti ampas buah dan sayuran, gula, serta air. Pemanfaatan eco-enzyme yang dilakukan oleh ibu rumah tangga Desa Gitik  meliputi sanitasi seperti membersihkan badan (sebagai sabun mandi) dan kegiatan yang mengarah ke arah komersialisasi produk belum dilakukan. Hal ini karena cairan eco-enzyme yang dihasilkan tidak digemari masyarakat karena mempunyai aroma menyengat. Selain itu pembuatan produk sanitasi seperti sabun membutuhkan proses lebih lanjut dengan tambahan bahan tertentu melalui saponifikasi yang belum pernah dilakukan oleh masyarakat karena keterbatasan pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan tahapan survei lokasi, sosialisasi program, penyusunan progam rencana kerja, pelatihan dan pendampingan serta monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga dalam memproduksi sabun mandi eco-enzyme hasil fermentasi F1 yang prospektif untuk dikembangkan menjadi usaha baru.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem pemasaran saat ini telah memasuki era digitalisasi, dimana transaksi dapat dilakukan di mana saja dan kapan saja dengan metode pembayaran cashless. E-commerce adalah salah satu bentuk pemasaran digital yang dapat digunakan oleh pelaku usaha untuk menawarkan produknya secara online. Namun tidak semua pelaku usaha mampu menggunakan e-commerce karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan kemampuan. Kelompok Wanita Tani Nine Seru adalah salah satu contoh pelaku usaha mikro yang membutuhkan pendampingan penerapan e-commerce. Beberapa jenis olahan pangan yang diproduksi telah memiliki izin PIRT, tetapi mereka belum mampu meningkatkan pangsa pasar karena keterbatasan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mendampingi KWT Nine Seru menerapkan sistem pemasaran e-commerce, melalui beberapa metode pelaksanaan yaitu, sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi.  Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang e-commerce dan prosedur pembuatannya. Sebagai luaran pengabdian, KWT Nine Seru telah memiliki akun Shopee Seller yang telah aktif dan dapat digunakan.

Abstract

Community service activities (PKM) are beneficial if the PKM work is implemented by partners. Therefore, after the PKM activities have passed, it is necessary to evaluate the use of liquid organic fertilizer with eco-farming starter (POC). The aim of this evaluation is to determine the extent to which POC fertilizer is used in increasing production, production value and performance of caisim mustard plants in farming in Bug-bug Village, Lingsar District. The evaluation technique applied in evaluating PKM implementation is the tiling technique. The tiles measure 100cm x 100cm consisting of 2 (two) tiles using POC and 2 (two) tiles without using POC. The evaluation results show that the use of POC is still applied by 60% of the total number of PKM participants and can increase production and production value by 26.67%, and an incremental benefit cost ratio value of 12.47 is obtained, meaning that the use of POC can attract farmers' interest in implementing it, because can increase production value.
