Abstract

Innovation has been proven to be one of the main keys to reaching sustainability. This study aims to analyze the impact of creative self-efficacy and organizational climate for innovation on innovative work behavior in the family business setting to enrich the studies of innovation in the family business. This study also tests the indirect effect of Entrepreneurial Leadership in increasing the impact of creative self-efficacy on innovative work behavior. This study uses the quantitative method by delivering questionnaires to more than 400 family firms in Surabaya. This study indicated that creative self-efficacy and organizational climate for information positively and significantly impact innovative work behavior. However, the impact of creative self-efficacy on innovative work behavior is stronger than the organizational climate for innovation. This study also proves the impact of creative self-efficacy on innovative work behavior will increase by enhancing entrepreneurial leadership. The implications of this study also are discussed both academically and practically.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention in the mining sector. With rising competition, mining companies face the challenge of customer retention through enhanced service quality, competitive pricing, and customer satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, surveys were distributed to customers from various mining companies, and multiple regression analysis was used to evaluate the relationships between these variables. The results show that service quality and price significantly impact customer satisfaction, positively influencing repurchase intention. Furthermore, customer satisfaction acts as a mediating variable, strengthening the relationship between service quality, price, and repurchase intention. These findings offer practical insights for mining companies in formulating strategies focused on service quality and pricing to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study investigates six key relationships in the context of music performances: (1) the impact of transformational leadership style on leader-member exchange (LMX), (2) the impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (3) the influence of LMX on OCB, (4) the mediating role of LMX in the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB, (5) the moderating effect of dependence on the leader in the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB, and (6) the moderating effect of dependence on the leader in the relationship between LMX and OCB. The population comprises 127 committee members from the virtual music concert One Voice for All, the musical drama Merpati Putih, and UC Summerfest 2022 (International Business Management Program, Faculty of Management and Business, Ciputra University). Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS, including path coefficients, indirect effects, and F-square moderation tests. The findings show: (1) transformational leadership significantly and positively affects LMX, (2) transformational leadership significantly and positively affects OCB, (3) LMX significantly and positively affects OCB, (4) LMX significantly mediates the effect of transformational leadership on OCB, (5) dependence on the leader weakens and does not significantly moderate the effect of transformational leadership on OCB, and (6) dependence on the leader strengthens but does not significantly moderate the effect of LMX on OCB.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan potensi Desa Mekar Jaya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan sektor perkebunan karet, peternakan kambing, pengelolaan danau, dan optimalisasi lahan kosong. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terarah, serta praktek lapangan bersama warga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa potensi desa dapat dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat, peningkatan pengetahuan teknis, serta dukungan pemerintah desa. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan potensi desa mampu memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi peningkatan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan warga apabila didukung perencanaan yang matang dan evaluasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kemiskinan adalah masalah kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor ekonomi, sosial, dan demografi yang saling berkaitan. Sudah menjadi tugas kebijakan ekonomi yang signifikan, oleh karena itu, dalam hal tersebut, untuk mengidentifikasi segala faktor yang relevan dan signifikan serta menguraikan efeknya terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, kita menggunakan data sekund er yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan sumber-sumber kemiskinan lainnya yang memengaruhi periode penelitian yang spesifik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Algoritma SVM (Support Vector Machine), Neural Network, Stochatic Gradient Descent. dengan menggunakan aplikasi Orange untuk memprediksi angka kemiskinan yang ada di Kabupaten OKU. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan tahapan pengumpulan data, pemrosesan, dan implementasi menggunakan metode SVM(Support Vector Machine), Neural Network, Stochatic Gradient Descent. melalui platform Orange. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai kemampuan SVM(Support Vector Machine), Neural Network, Stochatic Gradient Descent. dalam memprediksi angka kemiskinan untuk hasil dari perhitungan yang sudah di dapatkan adalah Jumlah prediksi tahun 2025 = 72.42 sedangkan Jumlah prediksi tahun 2026 = 70.15 di Kabupaten OKU.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence engagement among followers of the Instagram account @rsroyalsurabaya. Engagement is a key indicator in digital marketing strategies, as it reflects the level of audience interaction and involvement with posted content. The factors examined in this research include content quality, posting consistency, admin responsiveness,and the relevance of information to audience needs. A quantitative descriptive method with an explanatory research approach was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 active followers of @rsroyalsurabaya, selected using purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to determine the influence of each factor on engagement. The findings show that content quality, posting consistency, and admin responsiveness significantly affect follower engagement. Among all variables, the relevance of information was identified as the most dominant factor in shaping engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melatih tingkat kreativitas dan produktivitas siswa yang kemudian diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Classroom Action Research (CAR) yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Setiap siklus memiliki empat tahap, yaitu, tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi dan tahap refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester genap (kelas A5.1) tahun akademik 2024/2025 berjumlah 31 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi langsung dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap 31 mahasiswa pada siklus I, jumlah mahasiswa yang menyelesaikan sebanyak 30,50% dan 69,50% mahasiswa yang tidak menyelesaikannya. Pada siklus II, jumlah mahasiswa yang menyelesaikan sebanyak 46,00% dan 54,00% mahasiswa yang tidak menyelesaikannya. Pada siklus III, jumlah siswa yang menyelesaikan sebanyak 76,00% dan 24,00% siswa yang tidak menyelesaikannya. Ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Dalam perlakuan Siklus II dan Siklus III, selain meningkatkan prestasi, penerapan media website mampu meningkatkan kreativitas dan produktivitas mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan riset operasional materi pemrograman linier.

Abstract

PT X is a multinational B2B automotive company that provides large trucks. Based on truck sales data from 2019 to 2021, PT X has experienced a decrease in truck sales. In July 2021, 2 out of 6 transactions failed because customers preferred to buy trucks from other companies. PT X suspects issues with customer loyalty. This study aims to evaluate customer loyalty levels based on factors influencing them. The research phase begins with the construction of research models and questionnaires containing rating questions on perceived value, product quality, service quality, corporate image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Questionnaires were distributed to customers who had purchased trucks from PT X between October 2021 and November 2021. Data processing is conducted using the PLS-SEM method to derive research conclusions. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that the factors affecting customer loyalty are product quality, corporate image, and customer satisfaction. Suggestions include a focus on these three factors and improvement in the spare part procurement system, with the hope that customer loyalty levels and truck sales will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta niat membeli kembali pada produk busana muslimah di Riani Boutique. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan pengaruh tidak langsung dari kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap niat membeli kembali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 112 pelanggan Riani Boutique yang berada di kabupaten Magetan, Jawa Timur. Metode olah data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat membeli kembali. Selain itu, kualitas produk, harga dan promosi juga memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap niat membeli kembali. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas produk, penetapan harga yang kompetitif, serta strategi promosi yang efektif dalam membangun kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan di pasar busana muslimah.

Abstract

In the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the world has witnessed unprecedented challenges and transformations across various sectors. This research embarks on a comprehensive exploration of the multifaceted dynamics that shape organizational readiness for change, innovation capability, and sustainable performance in the post-pandemic era. Drawing upon a systematic literature review, a conceptual model is proposed, elucidating the interconnectedness of organization size, intangibility in assets, leadership styles (with a focus on authentic and servant leadership), financial performance, individual openness to change, implementation of public policy, innovation capability, and sustainable performance. The study underscores the pivotal role of leadership in fostering adaptability and change readiness within organizations, highlighting the significance of authentic and servant leadership styles. It illuminates the value of intangible assets, such as intellectual property and innovation, in driving financial performance and sustainable outcomes. Moreover, the research emphasizes the importance of well-crafted public policies and their impact on risk management, market liquidity, and overall organizational performance. Individual openness to change emerges as a critical factor, influencing the success of policy implementations and innovation initiatives. The study underscores the need for organizations to cultivate cultures of adaptability and resilience to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape. Innovation capability, a cornerstone of competitiveness, is found to be influenced not only by resources but also by leadership styles and intangible assets. Sustainable performance, in this context, extends beyond economic measures to encompass social and environmental responsibility. This research offers a theoretical framework that advances our understanding of the complex interplay among variables shaping organizational resilience and success. While recognizing the limitations inherent in the literature review method, this study provides valuable insights and directions for future empirical research and practical implications for organizations seeking to navigate and prosper in the dynamic post-pandemic world.
