Abstract

In this era where technology is vastly developed, and even children can use or utilise smartphones, technology has become something general because of its ease. Therefore, technology can keep learning materials relevant to create suitable learning media for learners in this era. This study aimed to elaborate on the product's specifications and the learning media of Gandrung dance using the android application's developmental process. The research and Development method was used, and ADDIE-model was featured to assess the product's effectiveness. The data was collected using observation and interviews. The result of the study shows that the product development of Gandrung dance into a smartphone application consisting of Gandrung dance's graded material study from the synopsis, dance movements, makeup and wardrobe to quizzes. The three developmental processes that have been done up until this point are analysis, design, and development. The research problems were decided during the analysis stage, and the design and development stage was developed, developing the material or the product's display and bringing the idea into the product.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Failure to foster creativity in learners from an early age will complicate their development at the next age level. This failure can occur due to misconceptions that art teaching should be oriented towards the process and aesthetic experience of learners, but also leads to the demand to become proficient in certain areas of art. An interesting phenomenon is found in the case of non-formal education which is more flexible in managing learning. This study focuses on the review of creativity theory on aesthetic experience in theater distribution in non-formal education. This study aims to find patterns of creation in students in theater learning and the role of educators in providing aesthetic experiences of students through theater learning. Aesthetic experiences in learners are essential to provide in order to achieve meaningful learning. This study uses a qualitative approach to obtain a comprehensive picture of the subject matter, with techniques of collecting data on interviews, observations, and documentation about theater learning in the Banyuwangi Courtyard Theater community. By applying the approach of Miles and Huberman, data analysis techniques are carried out to bring up facts that can provide a more specific view of the phenomenon discussed. Activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and take place continuously until complete. As a result, the pattern of creation in students in theater learning is a spontaneous response they get in a fun learning. While the role of educators in providing aesthetic experiences to students through theater learning is by fostering student creativity through a psychic approach and recognizing their potential and weaknesses. After educators understand the character of students, then educators can develop appropriate learning strategies, methods, and theories to create a meaningful learning process for maximum outcomes. Keywords: Aesthetic Experience, Theatre, Learning, Creativity, Non-formal Education

Abstract

ABSTRAK Belajar Bersama Maestro merupakan sebuah program pembelajaran yang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk belajar secara langsung dari maestro atau seseorang yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang seni. Program ini memungkinkan siswa untuk terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran secara kreatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memaparkan model pembelajaran tari dan kreativitas siswa dalam program Belajar Bersama Maestro. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari ibu Retno Maruti dan siswa yang mengikuti program tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, pengelompokan data dan pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran menggunakan ekspositori dan berbasis proyek untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran ekspositori, siswa belajar gerakan dasar tari Rantaya dan tari Kumolo Bumi dengan cara yang sistematis dan terstruktur. Maestro sebagai instruktur menyampaikan materi dengan jelas dan bertahap kepada siswa. Sementara itu, model pembelajaran berbasis proyek diimplementasikan melalui pementasan akhir program. Pementasan ini melibatkan penggunaan materi yang telah diajarkan oleh maestro, serta penampilan tarian daerah masing-masing siswa. Model pembelajaran ini berhasil mendorong kreativitas siswa untuk tetap mengapresiasi seni. Bukti keberhasilannya terlihat dari statistik peserta program Belajar Bersama Maestro, 30% siswa memilih melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi di bidang seni, 20% siswa tetap aktif dalam kegiatan seni setelah program berakhir, dan 50% siswa terus mengapresiasi dan menikmati seni. Program Belajar Bersama Maestro mampu memotivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan dalam bidang seni, tetap terlibat secara aktif dalam kegiatan seni, atau menjadi penggemar seni yang menghargai karya-karya seni. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Tari, Belajar Bersama Maestro, Kreativitas  ABSTRACT Belajar Bersama Maestro is an educational program that provides students with the opportunity to learn directly from maestros or individuals who are competent in the field of arts. This program enables students to engage in the learning process creatively. The purpose of this research is to describe the dance learning model and the creativity of students in the Belajar Bersama Maestro program. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data sources obtained from Ms. Retno Maruti and the students participating in the program. Data analysis involves data collection, data grouping, and data validity checking. The research findings show that the learning model utilizes both expository and project-based approaches to achieve optimal results. In the expository learning model, students learn the basic movements of Rantaya and Kumolo Bumi dances in a systematic and structured manner. The maestro, as the instructor, delivers the material clearly and gradually to the students. On the other hand, the project-based learning model is implemented through the final performance of the program. This performance involves the utilization of the material taught by the maestro, as well as the presentation of regional dances by the students. This learning model successfully stimulates students' creativity and encourages them to appreciate art. The success of the program is evident in the statistics of Belajar Bersama Maestro participants: 30% of students choose to pursue higher education in the field of arts, 20% remain actively involved in artistic activities after the program ends, and 50% continue to appreciate and enjoy art. The Belajar Bersama Maestro program motivates students to pursue education in the arts, actively engage in artistic activities, or become art enthusiasts who appreciate artistic works. Keywords: Learning Model, Dance, Belajar Bersama Maestro, Creativity

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to describe the value and function of the Shotokan dimple art in Pandean Tourism Village. This research is expected to serve as a basis for further investigation. Method: The research approach used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, literature and documentation. Result and Discussion: The results of this study indicate that the values contained in the mortar kothekan include cooperation, discipline, hard work, tolerance and others. The Pandean Tourism Village and the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) are collaborating with traditional arts in the Tourism Village program to preserve traditional skills and maintain their character values. Kothekan mortar, initially used by farmers as entertainment to relieve fatigue, now has several other functions. The involvement of the kothekan lesung art in the Tourism Village gives this art have 3 (three) artistic functions, namely: 1) personal function, 2) social function, and 3) physical function.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to examine the problems that affect the creativity of children aged 5-6 years in drawing activities. This topic is important because children's creativity in drawing needs to be nurtured from an early age as a provision for them to be able to think critically and creatively when attending the next level of education. Many educators or parents do not understand the importance of drawing activities for children so that this activity is underestimated. Whereas through free drawing activities it can be seen that children have creative abilities which can be seen from how children express their ideas or imagination naturally without getting pressure from outside. The research conducted was library research using primary and secondary data sources, with data collection techniques: literature. Writing this article concludes that there are problems caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors that affect children's creativity in free drawing. On the internal factor there is the readiness of the child in learning and the introduction of tools, materials, media and free drawing techniques. While the external factors are factors that come from parents, the school environment, and also the social environment including the provision of motivation, creativity support facilities, and opportunities for exploration given to children

Abstract

The creative process carried out by Yus Wiradiredja in arranging Pupuh Magatru to become Pupuh Magatru Raehan is a form of anticipation of an increasingly global era. Pupuh Raehan is the result of creativity that emerged as a response to increasingly global conditions. The influence of Western music can sometimes be found in various musical compositions that have been influenced by the process of globalization. Today, Western music has an almost equal influence in various countries around the world. Yus Wiradiredja arranged the Sundanese Pupuh Art to be more modern by adding western music idioms but not eliminating the Kasundaan elements in Raehan's Pupuh. This study aims to find out the meaning of Pupuh Raehan and to find out the creativity of Yus Wiradiredja in arranging magatru pupuhs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with non-interactive analysis techniques by examining documents and writings regarding Yus Wiradiredja's creativity in arranging Pupuh Magatru Raehan. Through this research it is known that Wiradiredja's creativity in processing pupuh art into dynamic and relevant performances is an inspiring example in facing the challenges of an ever-changing era.

Abstract

Vocational learning in SLB is prioritized learning when compared to academic learning. This is because vocational programs are considered to be more needed by SLB students regarding the independence of students if they have graduated, they are expected to have the provision of work skills and be ready to live in society. Comparison of vocational learning is 60% and 40% of academic learning. Vocational programs are educational programs that aim to prepare personnel who can define expertise and skills in their fields, are ready to work and able to compete in the world of work globally. Gedangan SLBN is a driving and referral SLB school in East Java so that it becomes a reference school for other SLB in East Java. One of the vocational programs in the Gedangan Sidoarjo SLBN is the vocational batik. In the vocational batik program, students are taught to make stamped batik using canting stamps made of paper. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the creativity of students when working on batik accompanied by the batik they produced. The method used is descriptive qualitative. In the process of making, student creativity can be seen from the changes in the results of one work with another. The difference between the results of the work and those exemplified by the teacher indicates that there is a creative thinking process carried out by students

Abstract

Aesthetic criticism serves as an evaluation of diverse forms of beauty perceived differently by individuals. Costumes worn by Jaranan Pegon dancers adhere to specific standards and regulations during performances, with the dancers donning Wayang Wong attire. This research aims to assess aesthetic criticism by investigating absolutism, anarchy, and relativism in the costumes of Jaranan Pegon dancers. The study employed a descriptive approach with a phenomenological method. The findings revealed that, in accordance with absolutism, Jaranan Pegon dancers' costumes must adhere to established standards or guidelines. From the perspective of anarchy, there is freedom in costume choices, allowing deviation from traditional rules. Relativism permits flexibility in attire, considering various presentation factors while still allowing departures from established guidelines. The significance of this research lies in exploring aesthetic criticism through the lenses of absolutism, anarchy, and relativism in the context of Jaranan Pegon dancers' costumes, shedding light on the varying standards and freedoms associated with costume choices in performances.

Abstract

The dhadhak merak is an iconic mask in Reyog Ponorogo. Over a very long period of time, the dhadhak merak has visually evolved into the form that is often seen today. The visual phenomenon then forms an image of Ponoragan visual culture that is interesting to explore in greater depth. This is what attracts the author's attention to focus on reviewing: 1) The phenomenon of visual development of dhadhak merak over time and 2) Reading Ponoragan visual culture in dhadhak merak. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques using literature studies and archival documentation. In the process of reading the visual culture of dhadhak merak, the author conducted a review from several aspects, namely: visual structure, function, value, and meaning. The results of this study are 1) The dhadhak merak has undergone seven phases of development starting from its simple dhadhak to the form that is commonly found today. 2) The visual structure, function, historical value, and meaning of the dhadhak merak are constructed on the culture of the people of Ponorogo itself starting from the era of animism-dynamism, Hindu-Buddhism, Islam, to the present era. From that, the Ponoragan culture as a very strong identity marker can be reflected in the dhadhak merak visual culture artifact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas Assesmen diagnostic konten pada materi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila sebagai implementasi kurikulum merdeka tema kearifan Lokal di SMAN Rambipuji kabupaten Jember. Assemen diagnostic dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu assesmen non - kognitif dan assesmen kognitif. Tujuan Assesmen diagnostic untuk mendapatkan bukti atau informasi yang lengkap sebagai umpan balik guru, murid dan orang tua. Peneliti melakukan assesmen diagnostic materi atau konten video cagar budaya prasasti watu gong sebagai tugas Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Metode penelitian yang diguanakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif teknik analisis konten video cagar budaya watu gong untuk mendapatkan informasi secara mendalam mengenai isi materi sebagai pembentukan karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Hasil penelitian ini menjabarkan assesmen diagnostic non – kognitif dan kognitif pada konten video cagar budaya Prasasti watu gong dalam membangun karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Menemukan evaluasi pembelajaran dan tindak lanjut materi pada tema kearifan lokal yang perlu dikakukan pada Projek Peguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMAN Rambipuji kabupaten Jember
