Abstract

Selama pandemi media digital menjadi salah satu alat yang digunakan masyarakat untuk menjawab keingintahuannya terhadap virus Covid-19. Dalam keadaan banjir informasi ini, khalayak memiliki kuasa untuk menentukan saluran dan pembahasan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan instrument kuesioner yang dilakukan secara daring kepada penyitas Covid-19 yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan responden dalam penelitian ini aktif mencari informasi tentang gejala penyakit, alternatif pengobatan, efek samping obat, upaya pencegahan penularan, dan prosedur isolasi mandiri. Dalam mencari sumber informasi, responden menjadikan kredibilitas media dan kemudahan akses sebagai kriteria utama dalam memilih media. Untuk itu, media digital merupakan media yang paling banyak digunakan penyintas Covid-19, terutama mesin pencarian, media resmi pemerintah, dan aplikasi percakapan. Hal ini perlu dilakukan supaya kesehatan mental penyintas terus terjaga. Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan penyintas dalam menjaga kesehatan mental adalah dengan selektif dalam memilih informasi, mengecek kebenaran informasi dan sumber data, serta mengaktifkan fitur spam.

Abstract

The phenomenon of gender-based violence in the household is an interesting issue to study, one of which is polygamy. The research objective is to examine the processes and forms of verbal and nonverbal violence, front stage backstage in social interaction so that polygamy causes violence against women. The research was conducted because census data on polygamous wives experienced an increase in violence. The urgency of this to look at the psychosocial impacts of gender-based violence on the pattern of relations in the social system such as the economic impact. Ethnomethodology as a daily practice is classified as a qualitative research focuses on the actions of actors who are considered a norm. The results of the study found that the process of verbal and nonverbal violence occurred before and after polygamy. Forms of verbal violence include husbands arguing, always criticizing, threatening, ignoring the wife's presence, accusing and blaming with bad names, manipulating, embarrassing their wives, ridiculing, and insulting. His nonverbal violence was hitting and slapping. In the front stage, the wife looks strong, patient, and happy, while the backstage is the opposite. Polygamy causes violence against women because the practice of polygamy does not meet the requirements for polygamy either according to Islamic law and the polygamy law. The presence of regulations on polygamy is not fully binding and refers to the principle of marriage. The implication is that the rules on polygamy are considered not yet realized so it is necessary to review the Law on Polygamy and its derivatives.

Abstract

Pelanggaran etika dan maraknya konten tidak mendidik di Youtube merupakan salah satu dampak negatif dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dalam konteks ini, para kreator konten berkreasi untuk menciptakan konten-konten menarik sehingga mendapatkan banyak pelanggan (subscribers) dan penonton (viewers), untuk kemudian dimonetisasi sehingga dapat menghasilkan uang. Semakin tinggi jumlah pelanggan dan penonton, akan berbanding lurus dengan jumlah ketenaran dan uang yang didapatkan. Karena itu, banyak konten kreator yang mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip edukasi, etika, dan tanggung jawab terhadap warganet sehingga menciptakan konten-konten yang bahkan melanggar hukum. Beberapa dampak negatif yang dapat muncul dari konten-konten negatif adalah merusak moral, timbulnya konflik, membayakan diri sendiri, dan menimbulkan perpecahan dalam masyarakat. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan edukasi, baik mengenai etika dan tanggung jawab yang dipegang oleh konten kreator maupun literasi digital bagi warganet yang sehari-hari hidup bersama Internet. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini, audiens diharapkan mampu menjadi manusia cakap digital yang mampu memilih, memilah, dan memanfaatkan Internet dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effectiveness of the socialization of the First Level Health Facility (FKTP) online queuing program, which was carried out through the BPJS Kesehatan social media channel. Even though outreach has been carried out on social media channels that are close to the community, complaints about long queues at the FKTP are still often heard. This research was conducted using the snowball technique and distributing questionnaires online to 115 respondents. From the results of the survey conducted, it was found that more than half of the respondents did not have the mobile JKN application and were not aware of the online queue feature at FKTPs. However, most of the respondents stated that they had never experienced any problems when seeking treatment at the FKTP. The socialization carried out by BPJS Kesehatan is considered ineffective, as evidenced by the low number of application downloads compared to the number of JKN-KIS participants. In the writer's opinion, socialization efforts on BPJS Kesehatan social media channels and public figures partnered with BPJS Kesehatan with 500K followers on Instagram have not been able to provide socialization to the public in a broad reach and coverage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Ihe brand eguity 0f Syarah Bakery" in influencing customer purchasing decisions. This study was measured using Ihe Iheory of brand eguity aceonding 0 David A Aaker, 2013: 204 and ihe theory of purchasing decisions hy Kotler Armstrong, 2008. Abstract

This research was conducted to see how the netnographic study of the message of self-acceptance spread in the form of a song on YouTube with the title "Tutur Batin" by Yura Yunita among female listeners. This study uses a qualitative research method which aims to explain a phenomenon in detail and answer the problems taken by the researcher. This study uses a qualitative research method with a netnographic research approach, known as ethnography on the internet by looking at its interactivity and the behavior of people from various cultures and communities in cyberspace. Netnography is a way of conducting anthropological research via the internet, using publicly available information that everyone is free to share via social media. In conducting research, researchers used non-participant observation techniques because researchers did not participate in research life, researchers only observed the comments column in the Music Video on 'Tutur Batin' song by Yura Yunita's YouTube and Library Study Techniques. The study’s results showed that female listeners' self-acceptance after listening to that song was being able to assess oneself and correct personal weaknesses, being confident and loving oneself, being independent and opinionated, being honest with oneself and using one's abilities wisely and effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe or find out how PT Zafa Mulia Mandiri Bengkulu Region manages communication in order to serve consumers during departure delays and after being allowed to return to depart for Umrah. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. This research focuses intensively on a particular object that is studied as a case. Data collection techniques in this study were (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) verification/conclusion. The results of the study show that (1) the company determines the criteria for consumers who are healthy and have financial ability, (2) the company prioritizes service to consumers, (3) the company conducts interviews during registration to find out current conditions, (4) the company provided services before the pandemic, during a pandemic, and after a pandemic in accordance with applicable regulations, (5) the company informs about delays in departure, due to current conditions, (6) when it is permitted to return pilgrims, in terms of service, the company prioritizes consumers whose departure is delayed, and (7 ) The company is moving quickly in response to the current situation, namely by dispatching pilgrims as soon as permission to depart has been obtained. The research results are based on the Management by Objectives (MBO) concept which includes: (1) understanding the desired goals, (2) finding facts about current conditions, (3) comparing the desired goals with existing facts, (4) looking for causes of problems, (5) having alternative solutions to problem solving, (6) alternative decisions by setting decision criteria, and (7) making decisions that have been determined.

Abstract

Perempuan merupakan kelompok yang masih rentan menjadi korban dalam persoalan kekerasan, termasuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Kekerasan terhadap perempuan masih terjadi sebagai akibat dari mapannya keyakinan masyarakat patriarki mengenai perbedaan kedudukan dan ketimpangan relasi antara perempuan dan laki-laki. Selain itu, masih terdapat anggapan di masyarakat yang melihat isu kekerasan dalam rumah tangga “hanya” sebagai dinamika dalam kehidupan berkeluarga sehingga tidak perlu dilaporkan. Salah satu faktor yang meningkatkan resiko terjadinya tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah poligami. Dari hasil observasi, poligami merupakan fenomena turun-temurun yang lazim ditemukan di Kelurahan Lubuk Durian. Narti & Endang (2022) mengutip hasil penelitian Nurmila (2009) yang menyatakan bahwa dalam kehidupan perkawinan poligami, terdapat kekerasan fisik, psikologis, seksual, dan ekonomi. Hal ini berbeda dengan pandangan sebagian masyarakat yang menganggap kekerasan adalah hal-hal yang menyebabkan luka/penderitaan secara fisik, padahal hal-hal yang berdampak psikis seperti ucapan verbal dan atau sikap non-verbal yang mampu menurunkan rasa kepercayaan diri dan atau harga diri, munculnya perasaan bersalah/cenderung menyahkan diri sendiri, kesedihan mendalam, perasaan tidak berdaya, pemaksaan hubungan seksual yang tidak dikehendaki oleh salah satu pihak, pembatasan aktivitas, tidak diberikannya pemeliharaan/perawatan, dan dikuasainya sepenuhnya penghasilan pasangan juga merupakan bentuk-bentuk kekerasan. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi mengenai bentuk-bentuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dipandang perlu dilakukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Representation of Romance in the Millennial Era in the Film Bad Boys vs Crazy Girls, this research is a qualitative study using the data analysis technique used by researchers is Roland Barthes semiotics, the results of this study show that films as one of the community's favourite entertainment facilities are always interesting and there are many messages that can be taken. One of them is the film Bad Boys vs Crazy Girls, namely Sign and Code (signs and codes) contained in the meaning of Representation of Romance in the Millennial Era, the denotation in this story is initially Liam and Kate, two of the most popular students in school who hate each other then over time they have the same feeling of falling in love until finally Kate and Liam are dating. Furthermore, the connotation in this film changes from hating each other to loving each other which describes a journey that usually occurs in romance stories, then the myth in this film is that someone who hates each other with the passage of time who is always together will cause feelings of love. The selection of signs and codes focuses on the scene of Liam and Kate falling in love again. Through semiotic studies, researchers at least find signs and codes that are significant to the research objectives in the scenes of teenage life summarised in the denotation and connotation tables.

Abstract

Elements of crime in films can be found in scenes, story ideas or dialogues. The element of crime can trigger violence in the real world. The purpose of this research is to know and describe the meaning of crime as a learning medium to recognize and prevent criminal acts in the real world. The depiction of criminal elements is influenced by patriarchal ideology and extremism. This research is a qualitative research with John Fiske's semiotic analysis approach using The Codes Of Television theory. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of crime shown in the John Wick film displays and communicates four forms of crime, namely: shooting, killing, beating, and maltreating. The four forms of criminality are influenced by the ideology of masculinity and extremism. Masculinity is a cultural construction attached to men, extremism is a radical belief in a concept. The ideology of masculinity is constructed from the ideology of patriarchy and capitalism and the ideology of extremism is constructed from the ideology of fanaticism.
