Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at the General Election Supervisory Board in Lebong Regency.The sample in this study was all employees at the Election Supervisory Board for Lebong Regency as many as 32 people consisting of 10 civil servants and 22 honorary people. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 18.535 - 0.037X1 + 0.583 X2, this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (workload) and X2 (work environment) on performance (Y). Means that if the workload and work environment variables increase, performance will increase. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.297. This means that X1 (workload) and X2 (work environment) have an effect on performance (Y) of 29.7% while the remaining 70.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explained that partially the workload and work environment variables had a significant influence on the performance variables of the Election Supervisory Board for Lebong Regency. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the workload and work environment variables have a simultaneous (together) influence on performance at the General Election Supervisory Board of Lebong Regency.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the marketing strategy at F2R Dira in Manna, South Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study was 55 people, namely 5 employees at F2R Manna, South Bengkulu Regency and 50 customers. The analysis method used is SWOT analysis which consists of an Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and an External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS). The result of adding up the strengths is 22.00 while the weaknesses are 11.34, so the internal factor quadrant is 22.00 – 11.34= 10.66, meaning the ability of F2R Dira in Manna, South Bengkulu Regency to utilize strengths and minimize weaknesses. is internal. The opportunity for this strategy is 19.90 and the threat is 11.59. So the external factor quadrant is 19.90 – 11.59 = 8.31, meaning the high ability of F2R Dira in Manna, South Bengkulu Regency in exploiting opportunities and overcoming threats faced by F2R Dira. Dira's F2R strategy in Manna, South Bengkulu Regency supports an aggressive strategy, or SO strategy in the SWOT matrix, namely producing contemporary souvenirs, promoting products through social media and expanding product market areas by selling online.

Abstract

There are many companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), but there is a special classification for companies with the best financial performance. One of them is a company included in the LQ45 index group. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on stock prices. In this study, the data were analyzed using statistical methods. Data processing using the SPSS statistical program. The statistical test used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have an effect on stock prices in LQ45 companies for the period 2021-2023

Abstract

ABSTACT Meubel Dua Saudara is an MSME that has not managed financial reports based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The documents prepared by Meubel Dua Saudara, Bengkulu City are made based on production process transactions. the records made include details of sales transactions, raw material inventories, equipment purchases and overall operational costs. in this case the owner does not make a complete and structured financial report post. Business Furniture of Meubel Dua Saudara, Bengkulu City produces goods when orders are requested by consumers. for employee wages issued when consumer orders have been carried out.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the presentation of the financial statements of Meubel Dua Saudara, Bengkulu City was in accordance or not in accordance with SAK EMKM 2018 with fair presentation This study uses a comparative descriptive method. data sources were obtained using primary data and secondary data. Notes The report presented by Meubel Dua Saudara, Bengkulu City is declared not in accordance with the comparison of the Financial Statements of Meubel Dua Saudara, Bengkulu City with the Financial Statements based on SAK EMEKM 2018, because it does not classify costs, revenues and all tax expenses into the form of financial statements according to the components of the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and notes to financial statements.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that influence consumer decisions in purchasing oppo cellphones in the city of Manna, South Bengkulu. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. While the analytical methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of linear regression calculations show Y = 6.776 + 0.388X1 + 0.402X2. These results describe a positive regression direction, this means that there is a positive or significant influence between word of mouth (X1) and lifestyle (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). The coefficient of determination is 0.664 or 66%, this indicates that the dependent variable (purchasing decision) can be explained by the independent variables (word of mouth and lifestyle) influencing purchasing decisions by 66%, while the remaining 34% purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. From the F test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that together X1 (Word of mouth), and X2 (Lifestyle), have a simultaneous significant influence on Purchase Decision (Y). Meanwhile, word of mouth partially influences the decision to buy oppo cellphones with a probability value (Sig) 0.014 <0.05, lifestyle influences purchasing decisions for oppo cellphones with a probability value (Sig) 0.006 <0.05.

Abstract

Competition in goods delivery service companies is currently developing very rapidly. For this reason, every company owner must be able to create quality service that can increase consumer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The sample in this study was 80 consumers who came to send packages and received packages at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were simple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis testing. The results of simple linear regression analysis show Y = 22.392 + 0.307X. This illustrates a significant regression direction, meaning that there is a significant influence between Service Quality (X) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). This means that if the service quality variable increases, it will increase consumer satisfaction. The results of the t test at the level of α= 0.05 explain that the service quality variable has a significant influence on the consumer satisfaction variable at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.222. This means that Service Quality (X) influences Consumer Satisfaction (Y) by 22.2% while the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions are product quality, price, location and service quality. Consumers will tend to choose outlets that have excellent service. The research aims to determine product quality, price, location and dominant place/location influencing purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 70 customers of Matahari Department Store Bengkulu. Data collection uses instruments in the form of questionnaires and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis obtained are as follows: Y= 9.747 + 0.897 X1 + 0.832 X2 + 0.829 X3 + 0.802 Product Variable (X1), shows t count of 2.954 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the Product variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price influences purchasing decisions. The price variable (X2), shows t count of 2.525 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.014 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Location influences purchasing decisions. The location variable (X3), shows t count of 2,800 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Location influences purchasing decisions. The place/location variable (X4), shows t count of 2.125 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an assessment of financial performance, seen from the analysis of financial ratios consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, namely data obtained and analyzed on the basis of existing theories so as to provide a fairly clear description and calculation. This research was conducted using documentation and in-depth interviews. The assessment of financial performance in this study uses liquidity ratio analysis consisting of current ratio and quick ratio, solvency ratio consisting of debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio and profitability ratio consisting of return on assets and return on equity. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it shows that the performance and financial position can be said to be less good in liquidity ratios, still not good enough in solvency ratios and still not good enough in profitability ratios. While the profitability ratio level is still below the industry average, so it can be said that the company is still not optimal in generating profits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of merchandising, basic principles, and services with customer satisfaction at the Hypermart Store company in the city of Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative methodology to solve the problem. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The number of samples is 200 customers at Hypermart Store company in Bengkulu city. The data analysis technique used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM) using Amos 21. Hypothesis testing using the Structural Model test. The results of this study indicate that merchandising has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, basic principles have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and services have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility study of Mr. Gunoto's Tofu Business in Lebong Regency. The analytical method used is a feasibility study analysis from the financial aspect which includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C).The results of the Net Present Value (NPV) research show a positive number of Rp. 339,819,380,-, meaning that the expansion of Mr. Gunoto's Tofu Business in Lebong Regency can be said to be feasible for development. IRR (Internal Rate of Return) is known to be 30% greater than the percentage cost of capital (loan interest), namely 12% or 16%, meaning that business expansion is feasible for development. This shows that if funds for investment are saved or deposited in a bank with an interest rate of 12% and an interest rate of 16%, then the capital will grow faster if it is made into tofu business capital because it will grow at an interest rate equivalent to 30. Gross B/C greater than 1 (1.69 > 1) means that the development of Mr. Gunoto's tofu business in Lebong Regency is feasible for development.
