Abstract

Abstrak UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sukahaji merupakan salah satu Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Dinas Pendidikan yang terletak di Desa Sukahaji Kecamatan Sukahaji. Beasiswa harus diberikan kepada penerima yang layak dan pantas untuk mendapatkannya. Proses seleksi yang berhak menerima beasiswa masih mengalami kendala pada proses hasil pengambilan keputusan. Karena banyaknya siswa dan kriteria yang ditentukan untuk memberikan keputusan penerima beasiswa yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) memberikan kemudahan dengan penilaian kriteria majemuk dengan suatu kerangka berfikir yang komprehensif pertimbangan proses hirarki yang kemudian dilakukan perhitungan bobot untuk masing-masing kriteria dalam menentukan kelayakan pemberian beasiswa yang akan menghasilkan laporan prioritas calon penerima beasiswa. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk merancang dan membuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk pemilihan beasiswa serta agar beasiswa dapat diberikan tepat kepada siswa yang layak menerimanya.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Kelayakan Penerima Beasiswa, Siswa Tidak Mampu, AHP, Visual Basic 2010

Abstract

Abstrak : Pemanfaatan teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pemerintah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifitas, tranparansi, dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan pemerintah. peringkat e-government Indonesia berdasarkan survei PBB tahun 2016 Indonesia mendapat peringkat ke 116, sedangkan Provinsi Lampung masuk dalam kategori “Kurang” dibandingkan dengan provinsi lainnya di Sumatra. Tingginya penetrasi pengguna internet Indonesia dan semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang menggunakan telepon pintar Android menjadi faktor pendukung dalam penerapan aplikasi E-government di Desa Tanjungsari. Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan sistem E-government berbasis Android untuk dapat mendukung dalam pengolahan informasi, mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang tepat guna dalam pengembangan administrasi serta menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem E-government berbasis Android ini adalah menggunakan RUP (Rational Unified Process) dengan pengembangan model UML. Implementasi E-government berbasis Android dapat dibangun dan berjalan dengan baik pada perangkat bersistem operasi Android dan menjadi kemudahan akses masyarakat dalam pengembangan administrasi desa tanjungsari tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik kepada masyarakat luas dan menjadi upaya peningkatan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dengan menerapkan pelayanan publik berbasis Android. Hampir semua migrasi berkaitan dengan ruang dan waktu, mengenai keterkaitan antara ruang dan waktu ini, para ahli dihadapkan kepada suatu kesulitan untuk menetapkannya. Sehingga definisi terhadap migrasi oleh beberapa ahli sering dirasa adanya kekurang-tepatan Kata Kunci : E-goverment, Android, RUP, PHP, MySQL, Migrasi

Abstract

Abstract— The COVID-19 pandemic measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus include travel restrictions, quarantines, imposition of curfews, event delays and cancellations, and facility closures. Various national border closures or restrictions on incoming passengers, screening at airports and train stations, as well as travel information about areas with local transmission In terms of village administration services under normal circumstances, physical contact cannot be avoided for administrative settlement, for that the role of information technology in an agency is very much needed because technology is very developed in today's era. This can reduce physical contact but administrative settlements continue to run smoothly, advances in science and technology that support computerization are important in assisting daily work activities. Almost all fields require a computer as a tool, because it has advantages, namely in terms of accuracy and in terms of performance in data processing. Not only that, Mobile Applications also have services such as language processing, artificial intelligence, and standard programs at work. Anyway a service that doesn't require you to be physically in front of hardware like computers and laptops. The village is an organization and as the smallest part of the administrative government system in Indonesia, is required to be able to follow technological developments and continue to improve its ability to manage village population administration data. Abstract

Technology is essential in this day and age since it makes practically all jobs easier to do. Technologies that are constantly developing and changing swiftly can easily access practically all data worldwide. In addition to being written, information can also be preserved as pictures or images. Modern picture technology, such as the 3600 panorama view, was developed from digital photos that were then made into panoramic photos. This study intends to make it easier to get information regarding Majalengka University's campus infrastructures. For this study, the researchers employed the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method because it is appropriate for planning and creating media applications that incorporate audio, video, and image media. The six stages of the MDLC process include idea, design, material gathering, assembly, testing, and distribution. According to the study, the University of Majalengka's facility information system, which employs the web-based Panorama View 3600 technique, is capable of providing accurate information about all the university's facilities and spaces. The study's finding is that each faculty's location, as well as any facilities or places that are available at the University of Majalengka, can be found on the website.
