Abstract

Sumbertempur village is a village in Wonosari District. This village consists of several hamlets totaling four. One of the hamlets that was used as the object of training was Tempursari Kulon hamlet. The distance between the combat source and the district is relatively close, around 4 km. Meanwhile, the distance from Sumbertempur to the center of the district capital is around 37 km. This situation encourages the author to carry out outreach and training in the business sector so that residents there have additional income. The training was a training on making money bouquets using the learning by doing method and the number of participants was 10 residents (mothers) and 7 students. The results of the work made money bouquets run smoothly and this activity produced 10 money bouquets. The mothers also had high enthusiasm in attending this activity.

Abstract

Shock merupakan komponen yang berperan dalam sistem kenyamanan berkendara. Fungsi dari shock itu sendiri adalah untuk meredam segala kejuatan di medan jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengsimulasikan shock kendaraan X yang mengalami patah. Material yang digunakan dalam pembuatan shock adalah baja karbon sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pembuatan desain model geometri shock absorber dan simulasi dengan finite element method. Finite element method dimaksudkan utnuk menganalisis von mises stress, strain dan safety factor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa von mises stress maksimum sebesar 100,7 N/m² dan strain maksimum sebesar 0,0000000003515 mm, serta safety factor yang dihasilkan mencapai 2.808e+006.

Abstract

Di daerah pegunungan, akses terhadap bahan pangan sering kali terbatas dan pengiriman barang menjadi lebih sulit. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktik langsung tentang penanaman sayur skala rumah tangga. Peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah berfokus kepada ibu rumah tangga maupun pemuda dusun yang tidak bekerja namun memiliki halaman rumah yang luas dan cocok untuk bertanam sayur. Pelatihan ini menciptakan efek berkelanjutan yang bermanfaat baik bagi individu maupun komunitas. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk ketahanan pangan juga mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi keluarga dan meningkatkan stabilitas finansial peserta. Ketahanan pangan di tingkat rumah tangga juga berkontribusi pada kesehatan masyarakat serta untuk mengolah sendiri bahan pangan dan memilih jenis tanaman yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi keluarga. Selain itu masyarakat dapat memastikan konsumsi makanan yang lebih sehat dan bergizi. Di daerah pegunungan, di mana akses ke fasilitas kesehatan mungkin terbatas, memiliki makanan yang sehat dan bergizi sangat penting untuk mencegah penyakit dan menjaga kesehatan keluarga.

Abstract

Among various types of plastic waste, used gallon containers are among the most commonly found in household environments. The implementation method used in this activity is a training method, designed to enhance the skills of the mothers who are members of the Bank Sampah Semangka 8 Ds. Tambakasri, Kec. Tajinan, Kabupaten Malang, in processing used gallons into decorative products with market value. Through material introduction, demonstrations, independent practice, and discussions, participants not only learn technical skills but also gain valuable insights into the importance of recycling. The success of this training program can be measured by several outcomes, both in the form of products created and behavioral changes among participants. After attending the training, each participant is able to create at least three types of products from used gallons. This effort is expected to create a broader impact in raising collective awareness about the importance of sustainable waste management.

Abstract

The racing cast wheel made of aluminum 6061-T6 is a critical component in motor vehicles, particularly in supporting performance, safety, and aesthetics. This study aims to analyze the mechanical performance of the wheel through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation. The FEA simulation was conducted using Ansys 18.1 software with a load of 1500 N, covering both static and dynamic loading conditions. The material tested is Aluminum Alloy 6061-T6, with material properties derived from tensile testing. The simulation results indicate that maximum stress occurs in critical areas, such as bolt holes and the intersection of spokes with the wheel rim, with a maximum stress value of 46.027 MPa. This stress level remains below the material's yield strength (276 MPa), demonstrating that the design is safe from plastic deformation. The total deformation observed is 0.053 mm, which is negligible and does not affect the wheel's functionality. A safety factor exceeding 2.5 confirms that the wheel can withstand more extreme loads. Based on these findings, design optimizations such as adding fillets and surface treatments are recommended to enhance the wheel's reliability. This research provides valuable insights for the development of stronger, lighter, and more durable wheels, particularly suited to the diverse road conditions found in Indonesia.

Abstract

Aluminium alloy lebih sering digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dibandingkan aluminium murni dikarenakan sifat aluminium murni yang lunak dan tidak kuat terhadap beban berat. Pada velg mobil aluminium yang digunakan yaitu aluminium yang dicampur dengan mangan lalu dikeraskan agar kuat menahan beban yang diterima. Penggunaan aluminium alloy diperlukan proses electroplating untuk menambah ketahanan korosi, nilai decorative, dan daya tahan gesek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak katoda-anoda dan waktu pelapisan pada electroplating terhadap laju deposit dan laju korosi aluminium alloy. Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap laju deposit dan laju korosi aluminium alloy meskipun hasilnya tidak signifikan. Nilai laju deposit tertinggi pada kelompok electroplating dengan waktu pelapisan 30 menit dan jarak anoda-katoda 5 cm sebesar 65,1 x 10-5 gr/s, dan nilai laju deposit terendah pada kelompok electroplating dengan waktu pelapisan 60 menit dan jarak anoda-katoda 15 cm sebesar 24,1 x 10-5 gr/s. Nilai laju korosi tertinggi pada kelompok electroplating waktu pelapisan 60 menit dengan jarak anoda-katoda 5 cm sebesar 0,549 mm/year, kemudian nilai laju korosi terendah pada kelompok electroplating waktu pelapisan 30 menit dengan jarak anoda-katoda 15 cm sebesar 0,334 mm/year. Jarak katoda anoda secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap laju deposit dan laju korosi electroplating aluminium alloy.Kata kunci: Aluminium alloy; electroplating; jarak katoda-anoda;Aluminium alloy is more often used in daily life, than pure aluminium because of the soft, lightweight nature of pure aluminium. The aluminium used in the rims of cars mixed with manganese and then hardened to the weight received. Aluminium alloy required an electroplating process to enchane the durability of corrosion, structural value, dan propulsion. This study devoted to seing how distance of an anode catode and the time of extraction on electroplating the deposits and corrosion rates aluminium alloy. The study uses quantitative experiments. The results of these studies indicate an effect on deposits and corrosion rates of aluminium alloy eventhough the results are insignificants. The higher deposit rate on the electroplating with  coating 30 minutes and distance catoda anoda 5 cm is 65,1 x 10-5 gr/s, and the lowest deposit rates on the electroplating with coating 60 minutes and distance catoda anoda 15 cm is 24,1 x 10-5 gr/s. The higher corrosion rate on the electroplating with time coating 60 minutes and distance catoda anoda 5 cm is 0,549 mm/year, and the lowest corrosion rate on the elctroplating with coating 30 minutes and distance catoda anoda 15 cm is 0,334 mm/year. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes of vocational high school students in the context of implementing a competency-based curriculum. The approach used is quantitative with an ex post facto method. The study population was grade XI students of SMK Nasional Malang, with a total sample of 92 students taken (saturated sampling). Self-efficacy data were obtained through a questionnaire using a Likert scale, while learning outcome data were obtained from mid-semester report card scores. The results of the linear regression test showed that the data were normally distributed and had a linear relationship. The t-test showed that self-efficacy had a significant effect on student learning outcomes (p < 0.05). These findings confirm that self-efficacy is an important indicator in supporting the achievement of learning outcomes, especially in vocational education that demands students' independence, responsibility, and readiness to face the challenges of practice-based learning. Students with high self-efficacy tend to have better learning motivation, are able to manage learning strategies effectively, and demonstrate a high level of independence in completing assignments. Therefore, learning development in vocational high schools should not only emphasize technical aspects, but also need to strengthen students' self-confidence in achieving learning success.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah melalui edukasi dan penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) berupa alat pengepress botol plastik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Bank Sampah Semangka 8, Desa Tambakasri, pada 19 Juli 2025 dengan 40 peserta. Metode meliputi penyuluhan partisipatif, demonstrasi TTG, pelatihan teknis, dan advokasi keberlanjutan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, yang menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman signifikan, seperti pemahaman 3R dari 45% menjadi 92%. Sebanyak 90% peserta tertarik mempraktikkan pengelolaan sampah mandiri, dan alat TTG terbukti mampu mengurangi volume botol hingga 80%. Program ini mendorong inisiatif lanjutan seperti komposting dan daur ulang kreatif, serta mendukung pencapaian SDGs 11, 12, dan 13 melalui teknologi sederhana, edukasi efektif, dan kolaborasi warga.

Abstract

Lonjakan permintaan jamu terkendala perajangan herbal UMKM yang lambat dan tidak seragam, sehingga ekstraksi kurang optimal dan kualitas tidak konsisten. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kapasitas produksi UMKM Hanacaraka Herb di Kota Malang melalui penerapan mesin perajang rempah otomatis berbasis motor listrik. Dimana, proses perajangan manual yang lambat, membutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja, dan menghasilkan potongan tidak seragam. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi lapangan, perancangan dan pembuatan mesin Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), pelatihan penggunaan, serta pendampingan di lokasi mitra. Mesin yang dihasilkan memiliki kapasitas ±100 kg/jam dengan hasil rajangan seragam dan higienis. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi hampir lima kali lipat, pengurangan waktu produksi 75%, serta peningkatan keseragaman dan higienitas produk. Secara kualitatif, mesin ini memperbaiki konsistensi rasa dan warna jamu, menguatkan citra merek, meningkatkan efisiensi tenaga kerja, dan membuka peluang perluasan pasar. Penerapan TTG ini terbukti efektif menjawab kendala produksi UMKM jamu dan meningkatkan daya saingnya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based instructional package integrated with the SIPEJAR platform for the Computer Aided Design (CAD) course at Universitas Negeri Malang, employing a Project Based Learning (PjBL) approach grounded in social constructivism. The development process followed the ADDIE model through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Validation by content and media experts indicated high feasibility with scores above 85%. Implementation in a blended learning setting revealed significant improvements in students’ comprehension (from 16.7% to 73.3%), engagement (from 10% to 83.3%), learning satisfaction (from 16.7% to 76.7%), and motivation, which increased among all respondents. Findings highlight that the developed package is not only technically feasible but also enhances collaborative interaction, critical thinking skills, and student readiness for industry demands. This study contributes to contextual digital learning design in technical education and recommends broader application to similar courses along with the integration of learning analytics for continuous improvement.
