Abstract

This research aims to know how employee’s perception to improve servant leadership(Study at RSUD Wangaya Denpasar) also how application servant leadership based onPatterson Theory. This research used qualitative method by doing depth interview towardsseven employees as informant.Based on interview can be stated that perception owned by employees RSUDWangaya Kota Denpasar is really required in performing work, because by existence abouthow application servant leadership will be improved as according to procedures aboutquality and benefit servant leadership to all society. Actually, Servant Leadership isleadership culture exist on Christianity teaching. Servant leadership, mainly in Balifrequently known as term”Meyadnya” meansholy sacrifice perfomed sincerely in Hinduteaching. Servant Leadership already performed by RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar and somany changes done by this hospital. Servant leadership is fully proven made RSUD WangayaKota Denpasar as reference hospital that always ready to give service. Approach usedPatterson Theory also really related to how servant leadership can be done at RSUDWangaya Kota Denpasar, which our love in giving best service really needed by many thattake healing at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar. Each employees should be humble and workwithout ego owned. Application Servant Leadership should be in way of sincere, withoutexpecting and return from society. Moreover, having strong self esteem with leader,employeeand societythat come to heal at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar.Keywords : Employee Perception, Servant Leadership.

Abstract

This research was conducted in RSU Surya Husadha Jl. P. Serangan no. 7 Denpasarwhich aims to find influence of Organizational Behavior In Implementation of Patient SafetyGoals To The Safe Nursing Care. A population of 188 people, using stratified randomsampling technique proportioned obtained a sample of 120 respondents. Using quantitativemethods, data collection techniques such as questionnaire and data analysis with causalmodels - SEM (Structural Equation Model) using AMOS program (Analysis of MomentStructure) 22.From the analysis and discussion, could be concluded that: The influence of thepersonal knowledge, safety culture, organizational environment in implementation of patientsafety goals are positive and significant. The influence of safety culture, organizationalenvironment and the implementation of patient safety goals to safe nursing care are positiveand significant. To maintain hospital good image to the community, so the implementation ofpatient safety goals is a quality that must be put forward and improved to the safe nursingcare by increasing knowledge of human resources through education and trainingcontinuously, create an organizational environment always conducive and make safetyculture as a part of the culture of the organization.Keywords : Personal knowledge, safety culture, organizational environment,implementation of patient safety goals, and safe nursing

Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesia is a developing country, on the course there are often changes in regulations / legislation (deregulation) with regard to all fields (Supriyadinata et al., 2016).  To increase tax revenues and to raise awareness and compliance of Taxpayers in Indonesia, from 1st July 2016 to 31st March 2017 a program called Tax Amnesty has been implemented. The implementation of Tax Amnesty is marked with the issuance of Tax Amnesty Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning the Transfer of Taxpayers' property from abroad into the country.The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Taxpayer's knowledge about Tax Amnesty, Implementation of Tax Amnesty and Policy of transfer of property in the framework of Tax Amnesty to the awareness of Taxpayer and compliance of Taxpayer in Bali Province. Data were obtained from 160 respondents listed as taxpayers at Denpasar Barat Tax Office. The design of this research is quantitative research that explains the causal relationship of each variable. To answer the hypothesis proposed in this study, the data were analyzed using structural ecquation modeling with AMOS program. The results of this research showed that Taxpayer's knowledge about Tax Amnesty, Implementation of Tax Amnesty and Policy of transfer of property in the framework of Tax Amnesty  have positive influence on taxpayer awareness and taxpayer compliance and taxpayer awareness have positive and significant impact on tax compliance too.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate rebranding, on brand associations, customer satisfaction, company reputation and customer loyalty. The study was conducted at Jasindo Insurance Denpasar. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire to 100 customers of Jasindo Insurance Denpasar. Data were analyzed by Structure Equation Modeling data analysis with AMOS program. The results of the study show that there is corporate rebranding that has a positive and significant effect on brand associations, customer satisfaction and company reputation. Besides that there is also a positive and significant influence between corporate rebranding brand associations, customer satisfaction and the company's reputation for customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTHuman resources (HR) is an important role for an organization that fails to achieve its goals. Therefore HR needs to get knowledge management, compensation, work motivation and have a good working spirit. Humans as the key to the success of a company desperately need knowledge of good management in order to manage the company. Employees need knowledge about management to provide knowledge to organizations within a company. There are 2 (two) types of knowledge, namely tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. Then compensation is very influencing employee performance because with compensation, employees will also get a service reward that is appropriate and motivates employees. Work motivation can be interpreted as a condition in one's personal self so that the person is motivated to carry out an activity or activity and has a work spirit to improve optimal performance within the company. This study uses CB-SEM (Covariance Based-Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques. Besides that, the sobel test testing method was also used in this study. The data used in this study are primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data from previous studies, literature, print media (newspapers and magazines) and electronic media (internet).The results showed that management knowledge, compensation, work motivation, and work morale had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Danoya Villa Batu Belig, Krobokan. (1) The value of t count = 2.2933> of the value of t table = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is the mediating variable of the influence of Management Knowledge on Employee Performance. (2) Value of t count = 1.5606 <from the value of t table = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is not the mediating variable of the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance. (3) Value of t arithmetic = 1.6767 <from ttable = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is not a mediating variable the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the study it can be suggested as follows: Villa Danoya Batubelig Kerobokan Badung in fostering employee morale and performance in order to better understand what the employees want and need. For this reason, the Villa Danoya Batubelig Kerobokan Badung is intended to further enhance the development of human resources in the company. With the growth of morale and employee performance, it will have an impact on improving services, so that the number of guests staying overnight will increase

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze advertising, brand image, service quality on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses SEM analysis techniques. The results of this study show, (1) the Ad variable to Consumer Satisfaction is a significant positive effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.298, (2) the Brand Image variable towards Consumer Satisfaction is a significant positive effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight ) amounting to 0.352, (3) Service Quality variables towards Consumer Satisfaction are significant positive influences which have standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.224, (4) Advertising variables for Purchasing Decisions are not significant positive influences that have standardized estimate (regression weight) amounting to 0.093, (5) Brand Image variables on Purchasing Decisions is a significant positive effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.434, (6) Service Quality variables on Purchasing Decisions is a non-significant positive effect that has standardized esti mate (regression weight) of 0.112, (7) the Consumer Satisfaction variable on Purchasing Decisions is a significant positive effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.352.
