Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh Latihan Ankle Weight Terhadap Hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Sabit Pada Atlet Pencak Silat Remaja Perguruan Rajawali Bangka. Metode eksperimen ini mengunakan pre exspremental design dengan desain penelitian the one-group pretest-posttest design . populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet pencak silat remaja perguruan rajawali bangka. Penarikan sampel mengunakan teknik random sebanyak 18 atlet. Proses yang di laksanakan selama penelitian ini adalah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah yang di terapkan dalam latihan ankle weight. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan tes kecepatan tendangan sabit pencak silat. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji T. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan nilai thitung = 10,130 lebih dari ttabel (0,05)(dk=n-1) = 2.100 sehingg Ho di tolak. Begitu juga dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,025. Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh latihan ankle weight terhadap hasil kecepatan tendangan sabit pada atlet pencak silat Remaja perguruan rajawali bangka.

Abstract

Produk pengembangan pembelajaran teknik dribble sepak bola berbasis permainan dirancangn untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam belajar dilingkungan SMP Kota Palembang. Tujuan pengembangan ini untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran yang valid dan praktis digunakan siswa SMP Kota Palembang. Metode yang dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari Analisis, Desain, Development, Implementasi dan Evaluasi. Validator ahli terdiri dari validator permainan, validator pembelajaran dan validator media. Uji coba dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 30 Palembang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengamatan/kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis persentase. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian diterangkan bahwa pembelajaran teknik dasar dribble sepak bola valid digunakan untuk siswa SMP Negeri Kota Palembang, karena memiliki nilai validasi sebesar 84%. Pembelajaran teknik dasar dribble sepak bola praktis digunakan untuk siswa SMP Negeri Kota Palembang, karena memiliki nilai kepraktisan sebesar 83%. Produk akhir berupa buku pedoman rancangan pembelajaran berbasis permainan untuk teknik dribble permainan sepak bola.

Abstract

Objective. During the 2023/2024 academic year, this research aims to evaluate the extent of badminton expertise among 10th-grade students at SMA PGRI 4 Palembang. Materials and methods. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research design, utilizing a survey methodology. The data-gathering method involved the utilization of a closed questionnaire as the instrument. The participants in the study were 60 students from SMA PGRI 4 Palembang, all of them were in the 10th grade. The data analysis was conducted using percentage-based descriptive statistics. Results. According to the research findings, the knowledge level of class 10 students at SMA PGRI 4 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year in the game of badminton is primarily categorized as medium, with 33.4% (20 students) falling into this category. Students in the very high category make up 23.4% (14 students), while those in the high category account for 18.4% (11 students). The very low category consists of 18.4% (11 students), and the low category comprises 6.7% (4 students). Conclusion. The findings suggest that the level of familiarity among class 10 students at SMA PGRI 4 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year about the game of badminton falls within the moderate range.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini telah mengubah semua dimensi kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali perubahan pada dunia Pendidikan. Teknologi dan dunia pendidikan adalah dua hal yang tidak bisa terpisahkan, yang saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain.  Sehingga tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran, guru dituntut harus selalu menyesuaikan dengan teknologi sehingga baik proses maupun hasil pembelajaran tidak akan tertinggal dari perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran blended learning menggunakan media inovatif terhadap motivasi belajar Pendidikan Jasmani siswa Sekolah Dasar. Dengan perkembangan teknologi pendidikan, blended learning menawarkan kombinasi antara pembelajaran tatap muka dan pembelajaran daring yang dapat meningkatkan interaksi serta keterlibatan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu jika diterapkan Metode Blended Learning menggunakan Media Inovatif, maka Motivasi Belajar Siswa kelas V SDN 01 Tiuh Balak pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, olahraga dan Kesehatan meningkat, dapat diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Blended Learning menggunakan Media Inovatif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN 01 Tiuh Balak, Kecamatan Baradatu, Kabupaten Way Kanan, Provinsi Lampung, Indonesia.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low agility of the sickle kick of pencak silat athletes at the school in Teluk Jaya Village, Kelekar District. Therefore, during the match, the attacks carried out are easily read and analyzed by the opponent. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of zig-zag run and shuttle run training on the agility of the sickle kick of pencak silat athletes in Teluk Jaya Village, Kelekar District. The method used was an experimental study with a two-group pretest–posttest design. This research design aims to determine the causal relationship or the effect of a treatment on the dependent variable. The population of this study was all 20 pencak silat athletes, with 16 training sessions in each group. The sample of this study was divided into two groups, each consisting of 10 teenage boys. The data collection instrument in this study used a test, namely the sickle kick agility test. The test was conducted twice, namely a pretest where the aim was to determine the level of the athlete's initial ability before being given treatment, and a posttest after the zig-zag run and shuttle run training treatment. The data is in the form of the average number of crescent kicks successfully performed in a certain time according to the Bruce kick agility test procedure. The data analysis techniques used consist of descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Descriptive analysis uses the mean test of pretest and posttest results by processing the data results from each group. Inferential analysis with prerequisite tests uses normality tests and homogeneity tests. The data results are continued with an independent sample t-test to determine the effect of zig-zag run and shuttle run training on the crescent kick agility of pencak silat athletes.

Abstract

Low ability of straight kick to Dikapasita martial arts athletes in Teluk Jaya while competing is one of the problems that are emphasized in this study. This study aims to determine the influence of single leg bound and split jump training on Dikapasita straight kick martial artist. This research type is experimental research with an experimental training control design design using a pretest-posttest two group design method. The research subjects were 20 Dikapasita male martial artists in the teenager age category divided into two treatment groups. Data collection techniques use a test and measurement by a straight kick trial test that is carried out before and after providing treatment as well as posttest. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics to find out the mean value as well as inferential statistics in the form of t-test at a significance level α= 0.05. The results showed that the average leg straight kick ability in single leg bound training group increased from 17 to 26, whereas the split jump training group increased from 18 to 26. The t-test results show a significant increase in both groups, namely the single leg bound group with t count 25.735 > t table 1.761 and the split jump group with t count 14.720 > t table 1.761. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that single leg bound and split jump training have a significant effect on increasing the ability of Strainght kick martial artists Dikapasita, but single leg bound training is more effective than split jump training.

Abstract

Physical education (PE) requires innovative and enjoyable learning models to improve students’ motor skills, motivation, and engagement. Traditional striking-based games are often less contextualized with students’ developmental characteristics, leading to limited skill acquisition and reduced participation. Therefore, this research aims to develop a Bola Tepak game-based learning model for PE instruction at Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Palembang and to describe its validity and practicality. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The participants included 7th-grade students as users and expert validators consisting of learning experts, content specialists, and media developers. Data collection techniques consisted of expert validation sheets, observation sheets, questionnaires, and field implementation tests. Validation results indicated that the model was feasible to implement, with an average score of 84% from learning experts, 86% from content experts, and 83.3% from media experts. Practicality testing involving students demonstrated positive implementation outcomes, with an average acceptance score of 88.1% and positive responses toward five game variations: Single Target Tepak, Chain Cone Tepak, Rolling Ball Tepak, Score Zone Tepak, and Team Relay Tepak. The findings show that the model enhances students’ striking skills, coordination, concentration, teamwork, and learning motivation. In conclusion, the Bola Tepak game-based learning model is valid, practical, and feasible to be used as an innovative and enjoyable alternative instructional strategy for PE.
