This study aims to determine the effect of principal transformational leadership and strategic management mastery on improving the quality of education. This study was conducted at State Vocational High Schools in Kayuagung District. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 201 respondents and the sample in this study were 137 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Data processing using SPSS version 22. Data analysis techniques used were data normality test, data linearity test, and data multicollinearity test. The results of the study showed that: 1) There is a significant influence between principal transformational leadership on improving the quality of education, 2) There is a significant flow between strategic management mastery on improving the quality of education, 3) There is a significant influence between principal transformational leadership and strategic management mastery on improving the quality of education.

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Principal's Visionary Leadership, Teacher Commitment, and School Culture on the Work Productivity of State Junior High School Teachers. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. The research sample consisted of randomly selected State Junior High School teachers in Kayuagung City District with a total of 151 respondents. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the analysis showed that the visionary leadership of the principal had a positive and significant influence on the teacher's work productivity with a correlation value of 0.243 with a relationship percentage of 24.3% or close to 25%, while 75% was determined by other factors not mentioned in this study. In addition, teacher commitment and school culture have also been proven to significantly contribute to increasing work productivity. These findings underscore the importance of the role of school principals as visionary leaders in creating a supportive work environment, increasing teachers' professional commitment, and building a positive school culture to achieve optimal work outcomes. The implications of this study provide recommendations for education policy makers to strengthen the leadership capacity of school principals and build a conducive school culture.

This study aims to determine the influence and analyze the proposed changes in salaries and services of financial sub-division employees on the job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study were teachers at senior high schools in Ogan Ilir Regency and the sample taken was 119 teachers. The research data collection technique used questionnaires and documentation. The research data analysis technique used a program assisted by SPSS. The results of this study concluded: 1) The proposed salary changes affect the job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency; 2) The services of financial sub-division employees affect the job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency; 3) The proposed changes in salaries and services of financial sub-division employees simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the availability of infrastructure and teacher competence on the sustainability of the implementation of the learning process at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City. The availability of adequate infrastructure and high teacher competency is believed to have an important role in improving the quality of learning and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in schools. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, involving a sample of teachers and school principals from several state vocational schools in Palembang City. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was processed using regression analysis to test the relationship between the two independent variables and the continuity of learning. The research results show that both the availability of infrastructure and teacher competence have a significant effect on the smoothness and success of the learning process at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City. Thus, efforts to improve infrastructure and increase teacher competency are important factors in improving the quality of education at the vocational school level.

Quality schools are the goal of every educational institution, therefore it is important to pay attention to various aspects which are believed to influence school quality. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of work commitment and teacher certification on school quality (State High School in Palembang City). The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with data obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained from the research process was then analyzed quantitatively through statistical computing (t test and F test). The results of the research conducted state that work commitment has a positive and significant effect on school quality; teacher certification has been proven to make a positive and significant contribution to school quality; In simultaneous testing it was found that work commitment and teacher certification affected the quality of State High Schools in Palembang City. The contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent variable is in the quite high category

This study aims to determine and describe: (1) the influence of affiliative leadership on the implementation of the vocational high school center of excellence program, (2) the influence of teacher professional competence on the implementation of the high school center of excellence program, (3) the influence of affiliative leadership and teacher professional competence together on the implementation of the vocational high school center of excellence program. This study is a quantitative study with a nex post facto design. This study was conducted at SMKN 2 Kayuagung, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with a sample of 83 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The validity test used the Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 program package and the Excel 2019 application, while the reliability test used an internal reliability test obtained by analyzing data from a trial result with the Croanbach's Alpha formula. The data analysis prerequisite test used the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. While the data description analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used the T Test (Partial Test). The results of the study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between Affiliative Leadership on the Implementation of the Center of Excellence Program of Vocational High Schools at SMK Negeri 2 Kayuagung, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between Teacher Professional Competence on the Implementation of the Center of Excellence Program of Vocational High Schools at SMK Negeri 2 Kayuagung, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of Affiliative Leadership and Teacher Professional Competence together on the Implementation of the Center of Excellence Program of Vocational High Schools at SMK Negeri 2 Kayuagung.

The Punti Kayu Tourism Forest has great potential in maintaining environmental balance and improving the local economy. However, this potential has not been utilized optimally due to lack of public awareness and limited skills. This community service activity aims to increase public awareness about the economic and educational potential of the Punti Kayu Tourism Forest, provide training and assistance in utilizing the potential of the tourism forest, and encourage the development of creative economy products based on the tourism forest. The method used is counselling and socialization, which is carried out by the Prasetiya Mandiri Polytechnic Lecturer Team, PSDKU Palembang, on April 10, 2025. The results of the activity showed an increase in the number of visitors to the tourist forest, an increase in the income of local communities, and an increase in public awareness about the importance of conservation. The interpretation of the results shows that this community service activity has had a significant positive impact on the community and the environment. The conclusion of this activity is that community empowerment through education and training is the key to success in utilizing the potential of urban forests in a sustainable manner.

The study's objective is to characterize and assess how the blended learning model affects the caliber of historical learning results in the contemporary day. This research uses quantitative methods with a simple correlation approach. The research location was in the History Education Study Program FKIP PGRI Palembang University, with a sample of 114 active students who were taken randomly. Data was collected using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. According to the study's findings, the quality of learning outcomes was significantly impacted by the blended learning pattern in the new normal era by 0.325. It was concluded that the quality of learning outcomes for students of the History Education Study Program, FKIP University of Palembang, was successful after implementing the mixed learning pattern in the new normal era. In order to improve the caliber of learning outcomes, it is advised that the History Education Study Program continue to combine online and offline learning methods in the new normal period. It has been demonstrated that when the blended learning pattern is applied as best it can, the caliber of student learning outcomes rises.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan Tingkat kompetensi profesionalitas guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri 3 Sungai Rotan. Menjelaskan apa saja Permasalahan kompetensi Profesionalitas dalam menerapkan pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri 3 Sungai Rotan. Dan Menjelaskan apa saja Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Kompetensi Profesionalitas Guru SD Negeri 3 Sungai Rotan telah berada di Level 3. Permasalahan Kompetensi Profesionalitas dalam menerapkan Pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri 3 Sungai Rotan adalah minimnya keikutsertaan pendidik dalam kegiatan yang menunjang peningkatan kompetensi professional, Sarana untuk berdiskusi sesama guru sangat terbatas, dan Kurangnya fasilitas guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran. Upaya dalam mengatasi Permasalahan Kompetensi Profesionalitas dalam menerapkan Pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri 3 Sungai Rotan adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan professional guru, mendorong kolaborasi antara guru, peningkatan akses terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), dan pengadaan fasilitas guru dalam media pembelajaran.

Motivasi belajar pada siswa merupakan keseluruhan daya penggerak baik dari dalam diri siswa maupun dari luar siswa, sehingga menjadi sebuah dorongan yang muncul secara sadar maupun tidak sadar dalam diri siswa pada saat kegiatan belajar secara terus menerus untuk mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapai sehingga terjadi perubahan tingkah laku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi tuntutan orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK YP GAJAH MADA Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan metode korelasi dengan uji regresi linier sederhana. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari siswa yang mengalami rendahnya motivasi belajar disekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tuntutan orang tua mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa secara substansial, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0.784. Uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk menunjukan perolehan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.200. nilai ini lebih besar dari taraf signifikasnsi α = 0,05, yang berarti data residual berdistribusi normal. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa tuntutan orang tua sangat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK YP GAJAH MADA Palembang secara signifikan. Penelitian memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi guru BK dan sekolah dalam merancang layanan bimbingan untuk membantu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.
