Abstract

This research has respondents who are dominated by employees with civil servant status, the age of the respondents is dominated by the age range ≥ 10 years. Employees who have an educational history of up to a bachelor's degree also dominate the respondents, and employees who have worked for ≥ 10 years also dominate the respondents. In this study, studyers tested the influence of the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Environmental Service of the Environmental Service of Purbalinga Regency and Banyumas Regency. A good work environment will improve employee performance in both agencies. With operational discipline, agency goals will be achieved more quickly and employee performance will increase. Then, effective interpersonal communication will increase work morale and ensure employee performance leads to maximum results. Apart from the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication also have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Democratic Leadership, Motivation, and Work-life Balance on Employee Performance at Purbasari Pancuran Mas Educational Tourism Park. Data were obtained from 108 respondents through questionnaires, and processed with the help of Smart PLS and multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings prove that democratic leadership and work-life balance positively and significantly impact employee performance. However, motivation has no significant effect on performance. This study reveals the importance of leadership style and work-life balance in improving employee performance, while motivation due to other unidentified factors. The company is advised to strengthen the implementation of democratic leadership and programs supporting work-life balance, while reevaluating its approach to employee motivation to identify other factors that may affect performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Word of Mouth and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Mlaku Coffee Products in Purwokerto.The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 100 respondents were obtained as a sample. The method used in this research is to use quantitative research with data collection using a questionnaire in the form of a 1-5 Likert scale to respondents who have purchased Mlaku Coffee products who live in Purwokerto. The data analyzed is primary data collected through questionnaires and processed using the SPSS version 26 program. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis test. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image has no positive effect on purchasing decisions. Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi, self-efficacy dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Perum Perhutani KPH Banyumas Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sejumlah 134 responden pada pegawai Perum Perhutani KPH Banyumas Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik incidental sampling dan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis data, uji kecocokan model dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, self-efficacy secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara simultan budaya organisasi , self-efficacy, dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, self-efficacy, disiplin kerja, kinerja.

Abstract

Organic waste in Karangklesem village, Kutasari, has not been utilized optimally so that it has economic value. Utilization of the most possible and low cost is by making compost. PCPM Karangklesem Kutasari Purbalingga took the initiative to take advantage of this potential by utilizing the potential of Pemuda Muhammadiyah members to make it economically valuable and beneficial for individuals and organizations. For the compost production process and its marketing, PCPM Karangklesem Kutasari Purbalingga does not yet have human resources who are experts in producing compost fertilizer, so this is a significant obstacle. By looking at the existing problems, it is necessary to increase the abilities and skills of Pemuda Muhammadiyah of the Karangklesem Kutasari Purbalingga in managing organic waste through Training on Making and Marketing of Compost Fertilizer so that it can become an economic resource for individuals and organizations. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menilai dampak online customer review dan E-WOM terhadap kepercayaan konsumen serta bagaimana faktor-faktor ini memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli pada marketplace ShopeeFood. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi ShopeeFood, dengan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu responden yang pernah menggunakan ShopeeFood dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Penelitian ini mencakup 105 responden yang digunakan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis statistik dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0 untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil studi menganalisis bahwa E-WOM dan online customer review memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan. Terhadap keputusan pembelian, E-WOM dan online customer review memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kepercayaan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan memediasi pengaruh E-WOM dan online customer review. Temuan ini menegaskan peran kunci kepercayaan pelanggan dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian.
