Abstract

This purpose of this study is understand how consumer characteristics and analyze the effect of promotion, brand image, brand ambassador, and product quality on purchasing decisions on Somethinc products. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The number of samples in this study were 114 respondents who were determined by purposive sampling technique with the criteria of active university students in Purwokerto City who had purchased Somethinc products. The data analyzed is primary data collected using a questionnaire and processed by multiple regression analysis methods using the SPSS program version 26. Instrument testing states that all indicators are valid and all variables are declared reliable. The t-test results show that the promotion and brand image variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the brand ambassador and product quality variables do not affect purchasing decisions. The F test results show that the regression model in this study is suitable for hypothesis testing. The coefficient of determination (Adj. R2) test results show the ability of the independent variables to explain the dependent variable by 59.1%.

Abstract

Problematic financing is reflected in Non-Performing Financing (NPF) because NPF is a parameter that can determine whether there is risky financing in Islamic banking. This research aims to determine the impact of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO), inflation, and Bank Indonesia (BI) rates on Non-Performing Financing (NPF) in Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The data in this research uses secondary data. The population used is Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in 2018-2022. The sample used is the published report for the 2018-2022 quarter I-IV period. The research results show that BOPO has a positive and significant impact on NPF. Meanwhile, CAR, inflation, and BI rates have no significant impact on NPF.

Abstract

Limbah menjadi persoalan yang kompleks jika tidak diolah dengan tepat terutama pada limbah dapur baik itu limbah organik maupun non-organik. Limbah dapur terutama sebagai limbah yang dihasilkan sehari-hari oleh manusia dalam lingkup keluarga dan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Limbah dapur yang tidak diolah dengan tepat akan menyebabkan dampak yang negatif untuk lingkungan dan manusia sendiri. Tujuan dibuatnya artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi dari masalah limbah dapur dan mengolahnya menjadi limbah terpakai yang dibuat menjadi bahan pupuk organik cair. Pembuatan Limbah dapur menjadi bahan pupuk organik cair di masyarakat Tundagan mendapat apresiasi tinggi dan menjadi contoh serta solusi yang dapat dipraktekan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk mengurangi limbah dapur yang tidak terpakai. Metode penulisan dalam artikel ini dengan metode berupa pelatihan dan praktek secara langsung yang dalam melaksanakan program kerja pengolahan limbah dapur menjadi bahan pupuk organik cair dilaksanakan dengan partisipasi masyarakat dan turut serta dalam pembuatan sebagai langkah pemberdayaan masyarakat desa Tundagan. Selain itu, pelaksanaan pengolahan limbah dapur ini menjadi sarana masyarakat Desa Tundagan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari limbah dapur yang tidak terpakai.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan suatu kondisi kegagalan tumbuh kembang balita yang disebabkan karena kurangnya gizi yang kronis yang menyebabkan anak mengalami pertumbuhan yang lambat atau pertumbuhan yang lebih pendek dari anak seusianya. Desa Bongas merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Watukumpul Kabupaten Pemalang yang disebut sebagai Desa Miskin Ekstrim. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan minimnya informasi yang berkaitan dengan gizi. Salah satu kegiatan yang dirancang untuk mengatasi stunting di Desa Bongas adalah memberikan sosialisasi peduli stunting, diskusi tanya jawab, dan praktik pembuatan makanan sehat yaitu pudding daun kelor yang dilaksanakan di Balai Desa Bongas dengan peserta ibu-ibu posyandu. Pada praktik pembuatan pudding ini memanfaatkan daun kelor yang banyak ditemukan di Desa Bongas dan mempunyai kandungan gizi tinggi yang dapat mencegah stunting. Hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berjalan lancar dan peserta berperan aktif dalam diskusi dan praktik pembuatan. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini masyarakat Desa Bongas khususnya ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita dapat mempraktikkan sendiri pudding daun kelor untuk menunjang stunting.

Abstract

This research has respondents who are dominated by employees with civil servant status, the age of the respondents is dominated by the age range ≥ 10 years. Employees who have an educational history of up to a bachelor's degree also dominate the respondents, and employees who have worked for ≥ 10 years also dominate the respondents. In this study, studyers tested the influence of the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Environmental Service of the Environmental Service of Purbalinga Regency and Banyumas Regency. A good work environment will improve employee performance in both agencies. With operational discipline, agency goals will be achieved more quickly and employee performance will increase. Then, effective interpersonal communication will increase work morale and ensure employee performance leads to maximum results. Apart from the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication also have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

The increasingly rapid and stringent development of the cosmetics industry requires companies to continue improving their strategies and innovations to survive and compete. This research analyzes the influence of hedonic shopping motives and sales promotions on impulsive buying. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 106 respondents taken based on purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 26.00. The research results showed that 1) hedonic shopping motives have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, 2) sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, 3) There are no differences in impulse buying behavior based on employment status.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze trust, customer satisfaction, brand image, and experience on the loyalty of iPhone users in Purwokerto. The iPhone product is a smartphone brand produced by Apple, Inc., and is currently very popular with the public because it has an image as a top-notch mobile phone with unique features and appearances that are not owned by other brands. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 25.00 software. The results of the study show that: 1) Trust has a significant positive effect on loyalty, 2) Customer satisfaction does not has a significant positive effect on loyalty, 3) Brand image has a significant positive effect on loyalty, and 4) Experience have a not significant positive effect on loyalty. These results indicate that trust, customer satisfaction, and brand image are important factors in increasing the loyalty of iPhone users in Purwokerto.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, teamwork, and work-life balance on employee performance at PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. The study population consists of 209 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used, resulting in 109 respondents who participated. The data analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS version 4.0. The tests conducted include the Outer Model test; convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability tests. The Inner Model test includes hypothesis testing, r-square (R2), and goodness of fit. The Outer Model test is used to assess the validity and reliability of the research instruments. The Inner Model test is used to examine the relationships between the research constructs. Hypothesis testing is used to determine the significance of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership style and teamwork have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. These findings are expected to provide insights for the management of PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto in improving employee performance through the development of appropriate policies. ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kerjasama tim, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work-life balance) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 209 karyawan, dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga tidak seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, dan diperoleh 109 responden yang berpartisipasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat Smart PLS versi 4.0. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji Outer Model; confergent validity, discriminant validity, uji reliabilitas. Inner Model; uji hipotesis. r-square r2, goodness of fit. Sementara itu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim secara parsial memiliki dampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengembangan kebijakan yang tepat.

Abstract

This research aims to test knowledge sharing, team work and work skills on the performance of Owabong Park Purbalingga employees. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to obtain as complete information as possible regarding the influence of knowledge sharing, team work and work skills on employee performance through Owabong Park Purbalingga employees. The population of this study was 112 permanent employees of Owabong Park Purbalingga. The data analysis method used is SEM with the smart PLS version 3.0 tool. The tests used are outer model, inner model test, and hypothesis test. The results of this research show that knowledge sharing, team work and work skills have a significant positive influence on employee performance.
