Abstract

Pura Luhur Andakasa adalah salah satu pura bagian dari Sad Khayangan yang ada di Bali. Pura ini terletak di Desa Antiga Kelod, Kecamatan Manggis, Karangasem. Pura ini terletak di dataran tinggi lebih dari 200 mdpl. Sebelum mencapai Pura Luhur Andakasa, para pemedek akan menjumpai Pura-Pura Penataran dibawahnya. Pura-pura ini kemudian disebut Pura Penataran di kawasan Andakasa. Salah satunya adalah Pura Penataran Manik Geni. Pada Pura Penataran Manik Geni ini, penataan Pura berdasarkan konsep Tri Mandala belum terlihat jelas antara area Nista Mandala, Madya Mandala, dan Utama Mandala. Dengan kondisi eksisting Pura Manik Geni tersebut, ada keinginan dari pengempon pura terutama untuk kembali menata dan melengkapi fasilitas pura sehingga dapat berfungsi dengan semestinya. Oleh sebab itu dengan adanya rencana penataan kembali Pura Manik Geni, maka diperlukan gambar masterplan dan Detail Engineering Design (DED) yang terencana dengan baik. Sehingga diharapkan dengan adanya gambar tersebut dapat membantu pengempon pura pada proses penataan selanjutnya, sekaligus bila diperlukan dapat dijadikan kelengkapan pada pengajuan proposal penggalian dana.

Abstract

Abstract

Open space is a concept of public space to accommodate people from all backgrounds. Open spaces must also consider the existence of people with disabilities. A public open space considered a failure if the public space is not able to accommodate disabled people. The construction and procurement of city parks as one of the typologies of public open space that’s become one of the programs launched by the Denpasar City government in order to improve the quality of life of city dwellers and increase the growth of RTH and city RTNH. The existence of public space as one of the urban space entities is a unit that is not separated from the city system. Which has a role as a fulfillment of the living needs of the community which includes living, working and recreation. The Aim of this study is to provide an analysis of the process of implementing disability accessibility as the main aspect that has been applied to public spaces in Taman Kota Lumintang. This study uses a comparative description method by examining the types and forms of public open space in urban areas which are then compared with regulatory documents and related literature studies. From the analysis obtained from the comparison of existing literature conditions and existing regulations, found that Lumintang City Park conditions were far from ideal conditions for people with disabilities and there was an imbalance between the application of regulations and open public design space. The conclusion is in the form of alternative modeling that provide ideal conditions for Lumintang City Park should. Ruang terbuka publik merupakan suatu konsep ruang untuk mengakomodasi masyarakat dari seluruh kalangan dan latar belakang, dalam artian ruang terbuka publik juga harus mempertimbangkan keberadaan kaum difabel. Suatu ruang terbuka publik dianggap gagal apabila ruang tersebut tidak mampu mengakomodasi masyarakat difabel. Pembangunan dan pengadaan taman kota sebagai salah satu tipologi ruang terbuka publik merupakan salah satu program yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah Kota Denpasar dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas hidup penduduk kota dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan RTH maupun RTNH kota. Keberadaan ruang publik sebagai salah satu entitas ruang kota merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak dipisahkan dengan sistem kota yang memiliki peranan sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup bagi masyarakat yang meliputi tempat tinggal, bekerja, dan rekreasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisa terhadap proses pengaplikasian aksesibilitas disabilitas sebagai aspek utama yang sudah diterapkan pada ruang publik Taman Kota Lumintang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi komparatif dengan mengkaji jenis dan bentuk ruang terbuka publik pada daerah perkotaan yang kemudian dikomparasikan dengan dokumen peraturan serta kajian literatur yang terkait. Dari analisa yang didapat dari komparasi kondisi eksisting terhadap literatur serta peraturan yang ada didapatkan bahwa kondisi Taman Kota Lumintang masih jauh dari kondisi ideal terhadap kaum difabel dan terdapatnya ketimpangan antara pengaplikasian peraturan terhadap perancangan ruang terbuka publik, sehingga dihasilkan alternatif permodelan untuk memberikan kondisi ideal Taman Kota Lumintang yang seharusnya.

Abstract

Planning and Design of Supporting Facilities for Cultural Performance The Tourism Village aims to optimize the Tourism Village in Baha Village can be better than before. The effort to create a Supporting Facility for Cultural Tourism Village in Baha Village which is later expected to be able to develop or improve the quality and function of various existing potentials, from the many potentials owned by Baha village, then an idea arises to further enhance and strengthen the existence of a tourist village in the village This Baha with a planning and design which later can become a place of tourism based on the existing potential. Abstract

Minat generasi milenial di Bali untuk mulai usaha berkontribusi sebesar 12,57 % terhadap Product Domestic Bruto (PDB). Dengan dukungan pemerintah contohnya Kota Denpasar yang terus berupaya mengembangkan dan memajukan ekonomi khususnya dalam bidang industri kreatif di kalangan milenial, dengan memberikan Kredit Usaha Rakyat yang difokuskan ke pelaku UMKM. Dalam memulai sebuah usaha adapun masalah yang dihadapi contohnya kurangnya tempat untuk mewadahi usaha tersebut, pemilihan tempat yang berpengaruh dalam perkembangan pemasaran produk, dan konsumen yang merasa kurang puas dengan pemasaran produk lewat online, karena konsumen tidak bisa melihat secara langsung produk yang ditawarkan dalam peneleitian ini akan menganalisis kriteria desain perancangan mall UMKM yang berlokasi di Denpasar. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penulisan ini yaitu dengan observasi lapangan, studi literatur, dan wawancara dengan beberapa pelaku UMKM lokal. Dari permaslahan yang ada maka diusulkan untuk membuat perancangan Mall UMKM Bidang Industri Kreatif di Denpasar sebagai wadah bagi pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan kegiatan komersial dan terus mengembangkan produk lokal di Bali. Serta memberikan fasilitas seperti workshop, exehibition, retail ( kuliner, kriya, fashion, dan lain sebagainya ), sekaligus menawarkan tema Green Architecture yang diharapkan dapat menguntungkan bagi civitas yang ada pada mall UMKM ini, serta menghilangkan pemahaman terhadap arsitektur Mall yang kurang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

At present, the kinds of foods have begun to develop with different kinds of input from children to parents wanting to try a wide variety of growing foods, with restaurants that feed only 1 types of raw materials and yet can produce a variety of items that the buyer can select at his or her own convenience. The jembrana county has a high capacity of fisheries, but it is not comparable to the tourists visiting the jembrana district, with a demand to use the fisheries sector to attract tourists to the jembrana district with planning and designing a seafood tourist attraction in the jembrana district, Bali. The survey methods used are those with associated agencies that survey to get the data used. Reviving the Lake Batur Crossing Port to Become a Tourist Place in Kintamani Bali is a redesign of the Kedisan Port facilities due to unorganized port conditions, minimal facilities, decreased visitors, underutilized natural potential of Lake Batur and other architectural problems that have resulted in the port not being interested in being visited. a decrease in the income of the community around the port. This design focuses on designing a ferry port with tourism and recreation which has several new facilities such as a restaurant, coffee shop, bar, public space, and recreation to play in the lake with natural potential and the beauty of the lake and Mount Batur which will revive the port area which has only been known so far. as a crossing only. With the concept of Port And Lake Tourism, which is an amalgamation of the port's function as a crossing transportation facility and a new port atmosphere with natural and culinary tourism, not only for ferry tourists but for local people and local tourists. Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah hadir sebagai rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan untuk berbagai jenis penyakit mulai dari yang bersifat dasar, spesialistik, hingga sub spesialistik yang diselenggarakan dan dikelola oleh pemerintah daerah. Sebagai pusat kedatangan wisatawan ke Provinsi Bali yang tentunya memiliki berbagai latar belakang riwayat penyakit, peningkatan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan dinilai sangat penting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan skematik desain Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah kelas C yang mampu memberikan nilai lebih dalam penyembuhan secara Healing Environment. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D). Metode ini diterapkan dengan melakukan kajian terhadap konsep Healing Environment dan mengembangkannya dalam rancangan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah kelas C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep rancangan skematik dengan pendekatan Healing Environment ini dapat membantu mempercepat penyembuhan dengan menggunakan (1) tata zonasi site; (2) bentuk massa bangunan; (3) ruang dalam (interior) rawat inap; dan (4) konsep ruang luar berupa Healing Garden.

With the advancement of technology, architectural consultants can eliminate limitations in publishing their works for marketing. By applying the Marketing Funnel theory, it explains how to reach the market and get new market segments. Abstract

Bungaya Village, is one of the cultural tourism villages because the village has its own uniqueness, and has seven tourism potentials, one of which is historical heritage, unique traditional activities and nature. However, as time goes by, most of the Bungaya Village Area is now untouched by development, which is one of the reasons for the lack of special attractions for tourists, such as dances, weaving and other cultural activities which tend to be rarely carried out. only performed at ceremonies in certain months and not supported by commercial facilities. From this, it results in a decrease in function as a cultural tourism village area which will have an impact on decreasing the number of tourists and causing a loss of existence compared to other cultural tourism villages such as Tenganan village. Therefore, the need to build an object that can maintain and improve this area by establishing an Art Center with an Eco-Cultural Approach arises from the natural potential of the Bungaya Village and the diversity of arts and culture which is a local identity and has been inherited from generation to generation. hereditary.
