Pada setiap perusahaan baik Badan Usaha Milik Negara maupun perusahaan swasta senantiasa membutuhkan beberapa faktor penunjang agar perusahaannya dapat beroperasi dan berkembang serta bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Salah satu faktor penunjang yang sering disebut dengan sumber daya manusia atau karyawan. Karyawan merupakan aset atau modal utama dari suatu perusahaan karena mereka selalu berperan aktif dan menentukan berbagai kegiatan perusahaan dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Pada era globalisasi saat ini setiap perusahaan akan selalu dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan mutu serta produktivitas karyawannya. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu pelaksanaan program training yang diadakan oleh perusahaan dengan maksud dapat membentuk sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien serta mampu mengikuti perkembangan dan tuntutan teknologi.

The implementation of the quality of services provided to customer satisfaction and response at BCA Syariah is examined in depth with the research method used is data collection which is directly observed by researchers with probability sampling and quantitative techniques. This research was conducted since June 2020 by working directly at Bank BCA Syariah. There is a strong relationship between service quality of 20.52 so that the level of satisfaction can increase positively and is influenced by the amount of customer service at BCA Syariah. The contribution made between the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction is 42.4%. This can have a positive impact and a big impact on BCA Syariah and the customers themselves. So that a good quality service provided by BCA Syariah to BCA Syariah customers will give a positive response and satisfaction for BCA Syariah customers. Utilizing human resources so that they are sufficiently knowledgeable and proficient in explaining a product, training can be held to help improve quality.

As workers, humans are required to be able to do their work effectively and efficiently. The meaning of effective is to achieve goals in accordance with the plans that have been set, while what is meant by efficient is workers who can use minimal resources to obtain the planned output so that the workforce is given a design to avoid a decrease in morale and aims to improve productivity. To reduce the decline in employee productivity, companies are required to be able to meet the needs of their employees. Given the purpose of employees in working to be able to meet the needs of his life well. Incentives are given to employees twice a year, so these incentives are given every 6 months. The amount of incentives given varies, depending on the work performance that has been achieved by the employee concerned. From the data on the development of employee absenteeism and employee turnover (LTO) for 5 years, it can be seen that there is a decrease. This reflects the reciprocal relationship between employees and the company that is created through the provision of incentives and welfare. Wisdom in providing incentives must be increasingly considered. With the development of the company, the demands of employees will also grow in an effort to meet their increasing needs, so it is better to provide incentives or employee welfare to be negotiated first with all employees. What form of program is desired and can be enjoyed by all employees.

In today's era of marketing is very influential in the development of a company, especially a company engaged in the field of Products and Services, it certainly makes a company rely heavily on the role of marketing is to increase the productivity of the company. One of the companies that need marketing role is PT. Dantosan Precon Perkasa, one of the companies engaged in the field of products and services requires a petrified figure marketing can develop products owned, the company manufactures precast concrete and possess marketing experience that can compete with other competitors in the field are the same, and marketing a very influential role in the sale of products and be able to continue to increase the volume of product sales increasing each time. PT. Dantosan Precon Perkasa is a company engaged in the field of products and services provide solutions for more rapid development and not discard or remove the cost is too great. By launching products that are useful for irrigation, construction of buildings, overpasses, fencing, etc., as well as providing important information on precast concrete. The conclusion of the research conducted by the authors showed that marketing is very influential figure for PT. Dantosan Precon Perkasa to increase the volume of sales of products owned, and can compete with other competitors kompetito-its, is evident from the increased sales levels each time, so the PT. Dantosan Precon Perkasa be a company to be reckoned with

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of commitment on employee work productivity; 2) the effect of work experience on employee work productivity; 3) which influence is more dominant between work commitment and work experience on employee work productivity. This research is a descriptive associative research with hypothesis testing. The population in this study was a sample of 60 public junior high school teachers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, with a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and tested its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was the F test, t test and R2 test. The results of this study are that work motivation and work experience together have a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained Fcount of 36,956> Ftable of 3,159 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation has a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained tcount X1 = 3.584> t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Work Experience has a positive effect on Employee Work Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X2 = 3.294> t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. From these results Work Motivation has a greater (dominant) influence on Employee Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X1 is greater than t count X2, namely 3.584> 3.294.

This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement in Instagram social media on purchasing decisions for Kasa Beaute Moist Lip Serum products. This study uses a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were the general public with a total of 100 population. The sample of this study was 100 people using the slovin formula and obtained a sample of 54 people from the community. The technique used in this research is non probability sampling or purposive sampling method. The data source to be used is primary data. The method in collecting this data uses a survey method with a questionnaire questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, F test, partial effect significance test (t test), and determination coefficient test while for data processing using SPSS Statistics software version 26. The results of data analysis in this study show that the average value of problem solving in endorsement celebrities is lower than purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the difference in average values of 0.8070 and 0.8337 and the distribution of data on endorsement celebgrams is better than purchasing decisions, because the standard deviation value tends to be smaller. The hypothesis in this study, the authors used the t test with the results of the significance obtained smaller (0.000 <0.05) which means it is feasible to test. The author also uses a partial effect significance test (t test) with the results of the significance obtained smaller (0.000 <0.05) which means that the endorsement celebgram variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and the author also uses the coefficient of determination test with the results of the R value obtaining a value of 0.837 which means it shows the relationship between the endorsement celebgram variable and purchasing decisions there is a strong correlation

This research aims to determine how much influence brand image has on puchasing decision for Lux Body wash at Transmart Cempaka Putih, partially and simultaneously. Currently there is a problem related to the boycott of products that This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used observation and a questionnaire with a Likert scale and 40 respondents were obtained by processing the data using SPSS version 20 software The research method used was descriptive analysis method, validity test, classic assumption test which includes normality test and simple linear regression test. Hypothesis testing includes partial regression tests (t tests), simultaneous regression tests (f tests) and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS version 20 software. The results of research using partial regression (t tests) show that Brand Image has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, this is shown by the results of the calculated t data (0.1396) < t table (1.6859) and shows a significant value of 0.171 > probability 0.05. Simultaneous research results (f test) show that Brand Image has no influence on Purchasing Decision, this is shown by the results of calculated f data (1.948) < f table (4.18) and the significant value (0.171) > 0.05 significant level. Then an R Square value of (0.008) was obtained which shows that the dependent variable Purchase Decision can be explained by the independent variable Brand Image 0.8% while the remaining 99.2% is influenced by other factors not explained in the research

Dengan adanya kerjasama antara pengusaha dan karyawan diharapkan masing masing pihak menyadari akan tanggung jawabnya untuk bersama sama mencapai tujuan perusahaan, disamping itu perusahaan juga harus menyadari bahwa memberikan gaji dan insentif secara adil serta layak akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dengan adanya penjelasan tersebut maka penyusun memilih judul penelitian tentang Peranan Gaji dan Insentif Terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Wana Artha Life. Berdasarkan latar belakang penelitian ini, maka dapat dirumuskan masalah yaitu Bagaimana pelaksanaan gaji dan isentif pada PT. Wana Artha Life dan Sejauh mana peranan gaji dan insentif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Wana Artha Life Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaji dan insentif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan maka dinyatakan rumus koefisien korelasi dan regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis.

Banyak diantara pegawai-pegawai yang mempunyai harapan besar tentang jabatan mereka. Pekerjaan makin banyak dipandang sebagai alat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pribadi, sebagai pengalaman untuk maju guna memenuhi tantangan-tantangan pekerjaan yang baru dan menarik. Perjalanan seseorang dari suatu pekerjaan ke pekerjaan yang lain yang mengalami peningkatan inilah yang disebut dengan karier, berkenaan dengan hal tersebut maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penempatan pegawai pada Bank BCA Cabang Biak Jakarta Pusat. (2) Untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh kesesuaian pilihan karier dan posisi pekerjaan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah “Semangat kerja akan meningkat bila ada kesesuaian pilihan karier dalam posisi pekerjaan”. Untuk melakukan penelitian masalah yang dibahas maka metode yang akan dipilih adalah metode penelitian survei, dimana informasi dikumpulkan dari responden dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei, dimana informasi dikumpulkan dari responden dengan metode kuesioner. Penelitian survei adalah penelitian yang mengambil sample dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan pokok, (1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penempatan pada instansi yang bersangkutan, digunakan analisa kualitatif deskriptif yaitu analisa yang memungkinkan diperolehnya gambaran tentang sasaran, tujuan dan jenis metode yang digunakan. Analisa tersebut disesuaikan dengan teori-teori yang mendukung penelitian ini. (2) Untuk menganalisa pengaruh kesesuaian pilihan karier dalam posisi pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja, keinginan untuk pindah dan komitmen terhadap organisasi digunakan analisa kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisa varians, yaitu pengujian hipotesa tentang perbedaan lebih dari dua rata-rata. Pelaksanaan penempatan posisi pada Bank BCA Cabang Biak Jakarta Pusat pada dasarnya sudah benar dan sesuai dengan teori-teori yang telah dipergunakan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang semestinya berdasarkan prinsip dasar penempatan, dimana pada dasarnya semua pegawai dikembangkan untuk menjadi pelayan publik / konsumen. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan adalah sebagai berikut (a) Faktor prestasi kerja (b) Faktor pengalaman (c) Faktor usia (d) Faktor jenis kelamin (e) Faktor usia perkawinan. Pegawai-pegawai yang pilihan kariernya sesuai dengan posisi pekerjaan yang sekarang akan lebih puas, lebih sedikit kemungkinan untuk pindah serta memiliki komitmen yang lebih kuat terhadap organisasi yang berarti lebih meningkatkan semangat kerjanya dibandingkan dengan pegawai-pegawai yang pilihan kariernya tidak sesuai dengan posisi pekerjaannya.

Electronic banking facilities are provided by PT BCA Tbk in order to provide convenience for customer in transacting. This will support customer satisfaction in transactions using BCA electronic banking products. Therefore, author want to know the extent of relationship between the ease of BCA electronic banking transactions on BCA customer satisfaction. By using the questionnaire research method, the variables used are independent variables which indicate the ease of electronic banking transactions and the dependent variable which indicates customer satisfaction. The results of data analysis with correlation test obtained correlation value of electronic banking convenience to customer satisfaction is 0.62. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction will increase positively and is influenced by the ease of electronic banking transactions of 0.40.
